So I paid for a maintenance contract with these folks it should cover like 3 visits per year for 2 years they came out one time since, I caught them before not doing their job, they come out and won’t do anything they are horrible man the business sure has gone down since old man Jim passed.

Mr. Jim Dyer, his son James and daughter in law Erin are amazing to work with. We were having issues with our septic system and they can out at no charge and discovered we had leaky toilets. They came in the house and looked at all the toilets individually as well as open the septic tanks to see where the problem was! Initial Great Experience!We inherited the service with the house we just bought, I called the company - they were very helpful over the phone and scheduled a home visit for the next day. Lets see how it goes.Obviously, I am a bit surprised seeing the other posted reviews.I had a great experience.

Like the reviews say lol. A lot of lip and talking to you like you know what the process of getting a septic installed.

Employees are professional and respectful. The owner on the other had is one of the most childish morons I think I have ever met. I hired this company a few days ago and thought it was strange that they didnt give me a date when the service would be completed. Later I found out it was so the owner could come unannounced and start banking on my bedroom wall at 7 am. I didnt receive a call nor even a simple use of my functioning door bell. Then when I finally answered the knocking from my wall I was met with cussing and other language I will not repeat. I had a chance to talk to a tech to find out this childish man was indeed the owner. But before I even had a chance to talk to him he ran off in his truck while I was talking to his tech. I dont know about the rest of you but I dont appreciate playing this games so early in the morning. Will not be using this company again. The service from the techs were great but that experience with the owner is a deal breaker on all future business.

My boyfriend called the company looking to get a septic inspection for a house we put an offer on. Whoever answered the phone asked where the house was and my boyfriend told him that it is in Needville. The guy laughs and says Im not driving to Needville and hung up on my boyfriend. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. They are probably still in business by cheating customers like other reviews mention.

After trying to get multiple septic companies to come out to fix my grinder pump problem, A Advanced Septic was the only one that made the process easy. All others either couldnt pump out my tank and fix the pump too, or I would have to wait days for them to come out.Mr. Jim was very knowledgeable and got the job done in the same day. I could tell he was concerned about me as a customer and explained everything that was going on. He pumped out my tank and replaced my grinder pump as well as other components. The other companies I was trying to get to come out kept giving me a run around for about a week! I am so grateful A Advanced Septic was able to get my problem resolved as quick as they did.

Wish I could give this POS a zero review. He did my New install at a new construction house. I paid him 2 years in advance for maintenance. When that two years was up and i called to pay for another two years he never sent my paperwork to the county. Yet his guys still came out and inspected my system. So I had no clue my paperwork had not been filed. Now today I am facing $1500 in fines because of this company. So how does he act when i ask him for help, he tells me its all my fault and hangs up on me then refuses to take my calls. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN.

This man is very rude and unprofessional I highly do not recommend these people to anyone. Only called to get info on my account and for no reason he starts yelling at me then hangs up the phone.

Nothing but lip service. We purchased a new home with an existing contract with this company and when we called with concerns they convinced us to wait until their scheduled visit the following month. That month came and went and still no visit. They dont respond to e-mails. They rarely answer the phone or return calls. After calling out another company, who answered the phone and scheduled a service call out within days, we found that our aerator was not working which is why we were having such a stinky smell. The new company had the problem repaired in no time, so we signed a new contract with them.

The last septic cleaning I had I used these folks. The biggest complaint I have with them is when they tried to open the tank they dropped the concrete cap into the tank then, shrugged their shoulders and giggled then asked if I had any concrete block,rude and obnoxious

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! I called for a quote and I basically got yelled at because I didnt tell HIM what kind of aerobic system it was! Oh and they are 5 to 7 cents more per gallon than all the other companies I have called.
