Isaac was very unprofessional and did not communicate hardly at all. Do not use him for service, major waste of timeWe had a backyard that needed mowing after a lot of rain also wanted a quote on some landscaping. Issac came out and quoted 40 for the backyard just to mow and was unsure about the additional brush removal. He showed up an hour late initially for the quote which was red flag number 1 but this is understood kind of as he has other jobs.The rain stopped him from mowing day 1 and so he scheduled for the next day at 8:30-9:30I get a text later stating he wanted to raise the quote due to the grass height which was red flag 2. He quoted while standing there in the yard so it was not as if it was a surprise, however I understand that sometimes mistakes are made and that you may have more info later so I told him I understood. I disagreed that he would go back on his initial quote but I understoodIn the morning Isaac never showed up. We called and asked for eta as we could not wait all day. He eventually responded an hour after he was supposed to be here saying he was headed our way which gave me hope that maybe he just got busy.Isaac never showed up and blocked my number. I never rushed him. He just simply chose not to be a professional and communicate he no longer wanted to do the work.

I recommend Isaac, without reservations....he does a great job for me, for a reasonable price.Hes a really good communicator....he shows up when he said that he would, and if something happens that hes not coming, as promised, hes very diligent about letting you know beforehand that hes making a change.Hes a hard worker, and takes pride in his work.!

Isaac has been servicing my lawn for many months now & I have recommended him to my neighbors & they are just as pleased.
