Make sure you see every charge on your receipt or agreement before you walk away when you do any transaction at this store. I was charged additional $40 apart from the initial $35 activation fee. They said the $40 is for phone set up and I did not get my refund back. My phone was not set up at all. I only got it activated and left. This is a total tip off. Guys stay away from this store. Rather go to a corporate store rather than an authorized retailer.

Beware!!! Super shady absolutely dishonest do not grant them access to your account! Went in on August 29 to upgrade my husbands phone, Ziyed outright lied to us advising if we took the free tablet it would reduce our monthly bill quoting $226 per mo. We turned down knowing full well free is to expensive, Ziyed pressed and we accepted so stupid on our part. After being a loyal Verizon customer for over 16 yrs. We got the shaft at this location. Not only were we charged the price of the free tablet. We were charged 2 set up fees $40 each, insurance, which we declined in store, Ziyed while he had access to our account changed our plan without permission. After contacting Verizon found this is not a corporate store and 9 hours of communication Verizon rep is fixing our account. We were advised to return the tablet to the store and speak with the manager which we did to return the tablet. Upon arrival store manager Will ? opened the box and stated the tablet was damaged and there would be a restocking fee of $35 added to the account. The tablet was not damaged however there was a mark on the back as big as a speck, I took photos of the tablet as it is not the money but the audacity of the manager to add insult to injury and get us one more time....in addition I was the one returning the tablet and originally the $279 was paid via my husbands debit card and Will insisted he could not just refund to my account. I said Ok keep the refund and just take the tablet off my account, I was told they could not do that. My husband had to come to the store to ensure the tablet was removed from our account. I wish I would have read the real reviews before visiting this location. BEWARE THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS read everything before you sign it otherwise you will be the next to read reviews after the fact. This is a real experience review. I will be pursuing all options to right this wrong. BBB, Verizon, etc. If you need a phone visit a corporate store! Hoping this doesnt happen to any other honest consumer.

I’ve been a customer with ATT for over 20 years and in those 20 years I never got treated like I was a king until I walked in this location and met Ziyad. He switched over my lines and transferred over everything and gave me a great deal! This man is amazing! I will never forget this experience. You will have a customer for life!

Edited to add: Verizon Corporate assisted me in returning all the equipment and getting a phone. When I went back to the store to return all the merchandise and get a refund, Ziyad attempted to argue with me (I didnt take the bait) and ended up getting into an argument with the Verizon rep. Whew.This review only had 1 star because I couldnt do zero.I have been with Verizon for 16 years and it has been great. I went to this store on 5-2-2021 as I was passing through this town and needed a jetpack. While inside I made an off hand comment that at some point I needed to come back to get the new iPhone, but did not have time that day.The rep, Ziyad Hassan, then mentioned since I had a Samsung, they had a special that was ending, to where I could get a new Samsung that was equivalent to the iPhone I wanted, and would make my bill even cheaper than it was now. I was happy to upgrade at that time because I would be getting a new phone and a bill that would be cheaper than current and cheaper than if I got an iPhone. I asked him how did he get the bill so cheap (107) and was it because of the employee discount I applied for? He said no, he didnt even see that I had applied for it. I was even happier because once the discount applied it would be even cheaper. I was told the first bill would be around 180 and going forward I would see the 107 bill.Lies. I went home to check my verizon account and the next bill said 226 and the following would be 141. This is the price that it would have been if I would have gotten the brand new iPhone I wanted. For that price I would not have settled.This representative is a fraud and lied to me just to get a sale. I called both Verizon and Cellular Sales and no one could explain what he did. Over 10 calls later with me calling them and them calling me, I have had enough. I am willing to leave to a new carrier just because of the dishonesty and the back and forth. Not one person could give me a break down on how he got to 107, and he even changed my plan from the 70 dollar base to 90 dollars. They spoke to Ziyad and he even agreed that my bill would be 107, but I cannot pay my bill on his word. It needs to reflect that on the STATEMENT. I am returning all of the new products to receive my money back and was told there is a chance that I would not get my phone back and would possibly need to purchase a new phone. Verizon or this location should give me back my phone or an equivalent because the contract was voided when he lied. He even admitted this was the deal that I was supposed to get so Im not understanding why the bill doesnt reflect it. TERRIBLE customer service and a hassle. I am in the process of filing a corporate complaint to get some results.

I have been with Verizon for over 15 years. Never in my life have I had a worst experience. I went in for what was a simple request. I started asking questions and he started cutting me of and telling me this is the way it is. I said so, this is how we do this now? We dont let the customer talk and you try to dominate the conversation? Thats very rude.. what is your name? He said I am not telling you my name. So, I pulled out my camera and videoed him REFUSING to tell me his name. He legit was rude to a customer, as rude as possible - and tried to hide it by not telling me his name. Well, here he is in all his glory.
