Don Same came to my house and we hit it off right away. I was never sorry. They gave me back a home that was even more beautiful than it had been. Roger worked with the insurance company to get the maximum benefit. David Register worked with all the contractors-we saw him so much we missed him when it was over. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend NRT.

Where do I begin, this company not only took care of our family they became family. From Kirk Hopkins to Ryan Hopkins the part owners of the company they made an effort to not only meet our needs but whole heatedly exceed our wildest expectations. From the start Kirk made it an priority to show up to our house walk me through all of things that needed to be replaced and also made it a priority to show up when my adjuster came to the house. When you say the Lord was in control man did God send us a company that from start to finish stayed with us and always answered our calls, texts, emails never once made us feel like what we said or wanted done was out of lines. They treated us like a family member. Kirk made sure that he gave us one of his best construction foreman he had in Doug Bailey who is actually a neighbor of mine man did he take care of us also! NRT did the worst job restoring and renovating my parents home. Three years later the electrical work is still not done properly and then we found that they used wood manufactured in China that was infected with wood boring beetles and destroyed an entire island of cabinets. They have not stood behind their workmanship. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Please do your homework before choosing them.

From start to finish, these guys were awesome. They went way beyond any expectations I had. I felt they were sent by God! They took care of all my needs and was there to answer all my questions, no matter when I bothered them. I would highly recommend this company.

Let me start by saying that this company stands up for you. During one of the recent storms I had some roof damage that caused a leak. The NRT representatives fought for me and ensured that not only my problem was fixed but also fought for an entire roof replacement. They did the contracting and within a matter of a few weeks I ended up better than I was. This only happened because of the professionalism of their reps and genuine care of the client. NRT did an excellent job on the re-build of my house after Harvey. They were there from the beginning of the muck out through completion of the renovation. Their experienced staff helped with everything from insurance issues, mortgage company requirements to final inspections. Alex Boone, who was the superintendent on my house was knowledgeable in all areas of the construction process and always answered my questions and my phone calls promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend NRT for any construction project.

I had the opportunity to get to know a lot of NRT employees, at the beginning of my ordeal they were wonderful people, so I thought. They took my job in June of 2017, my house caught fire. I was told that it would take 4 mos, well guess what it April 2018 an they still have little odds and end to complete and Im so aggravated, Ive been told that someone is coming out and I wait or cancel my appointment and no one calls or show up. I been called a dumb ass by one of the site manager, because I told his manager what he shared with me about something he was to do on my house project. They have Contractors that take the job, but have other jobs an fir that reason they arent sure when they will be available for your job. Im sorry because they were so on point in the beginning, but when you a customer gave a complaint, well lets say they dont like that, because then youre calling them out. I will end this by saying I hope that anyone who have or will hire these people will have a better experience. Me myself Im lost for words. But I will say that Mr. Don is always trying to fix the problem an assuring me that it is going to be taking care of, and I do truly appreciate that. I have grout thats falling apart in shower an floors and thats after someone came out to repair it.

In October of 2013 we had a house fire. The fire was catastrophic and most of our belongings and the house itself was destroyed. The day of the fire we had many companies come by and give business cards, trying to get the contract. We felt most comfortable with Don Same at NRT. He didnt seem like the vultures the other companies were coming across as. We went with NRT and they helped us in so many ways. Among other things, they provided us an advocate to deal with the insurance company and they rebuilt our home better than I could have imagined, allowing for changes we wanted to make in general floorplan and design. With everything from roof, plumbing, electrical, down to window blinds, so many decisions felt overwhelming, but with their help we got a home we love. We were back in the house by July of 2014 and we could not be happier with the result. The company helped guide us through a very difficult time. We could not have done this on our own. I highly recommend NRT.
