I had several cracks in my LG G8X ThinQ, ending with a seemingly fatal one that I caused at the gym on 11/13/2020. After scrambling for options, I decided to give A-1 a try. This place is a scam shop. They sold me an unlocked S10+ knowing it would not work correctly and then told me there would be a $225 restocking fee to return it! Do NOT go to this place even if you are looking for a good deal. Spend the few extra bucks to go to a reputable shop.Response --- These guys ended up taking care of me getting it all taking care and fixed. Started as a great place until I needed a simple fix to a repair that they had done. Would not offer any type of refund and expected me to walk out with the issue they created after insinuating that I somehow made it happen. Customer service is a simple fix... they failed miserably.

I havent had my phone working in several months on my iPhone 6!! Couldnt hear when making a phone call nor could my friends and family hear me I was always using headphones..
