They LIE!!! I was given several hours to order a chair to have it delivered by the next day and it wasnt. The people at the Cypress Store didnt have my chair picked up by UPS until after 12pm the next day and then UPS set it to be delivered 1 day later. I tried contacting Office Depot (Chat and phone) and no one helped me. I am still waiting for a Supervisor to call me back by 3:30pm 4 days ago. Im ordering from Staples from now on!

I would like to thank Jody and Michelle for their excellent customer service here at office Depot in Tomball Texas. Jody was so helpful to help me with the printer because I was not familiar with it at all. Michelle was amazing! we cannot figure out how to print what I needed to print so I could print it and fax it and she diligently discovered we could do it through Adobe and I was able to print my documents sign them and fax them and they were very important. I just want to thank you so much you both for your excellent customer service. Keep up the good work girls! You rock

Needed 5 sets of copies made the guy behind the counter was doing nothing and there was no customers just pure lazy This is the second time I’ve been there it just pure laziness he said I could pick it up tomorrow sometime all you do is put the copies in the machine and they do it themselves I will never be back to that store again

I went to use the self service printer. Works great. However I needed to print a return label from an amazon email which has a pushlink in the email to get to the label. After a long wait (bc they were a bit busy) it was sorted out and handled with above and beyond help from a wonderful woman named Malinda. Thanks so much

They dont maintain their self service printers here and theres a flat $2 fee for anything they print for you versus $.12 a copy for self service. Additionally because they dont maintain their self service stations the lines are usually backed up.

Office depot is the next radio shack. I went here thinking maybe ill get a deal. I never go to office depot. All I needed was a mini dp to hdmi adapter. They wanted $35 for it plus tax. It can be ordered on amazon as cheap as $5, and to make it worse, I just went up the road to walmart and bought one of the same quality, no office depots wasnt gold plated, and it only cost me $10.

I dont like giving bad reviews, but if you can shop somewhere else for office supplies whether its Walmart or Target, then do it because this place is awful. And dont expect to be able to return something and have it go back to your credit card, if you return it theyll give you a card that you must spend at this store at a REDUCED PRICE! I returned something bought for $15 but they only gave me a $4 credit. Service is slow and not always very friendly.

Rating Office Depot 1 star because 0 is not an option. I’ve had the WORST experience. I ordered a printer on a Monday and it was supposed to arrive Wednesday/ Thursday. When I checked the tracking information on Thursday it shows delivered so I called Office Depot and they informed me it was still on the truck but on its way. I call back on Friday to follow up and they inform me that someone at a different location had signed for my package. The manager Jennifer filed a report and reordered my printer so tell me why I call back on Monday and there’s no record of this second transaction. I was offered 20% off a third order however it would take another week to MAYBE arrive. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I had to track down my order. DO NOT ORDER from this location. They are not helpful whatsoever. You will be left high and dry.

Thank you to the Tomball store. Was rudely turned away from another location for not having a mask. I dont have a problem with them asking me to wear one in their store but since this must be a store specific policy they need to take note of other retailers giving patrons disposable masks upon entry to meet the stores rules. I will not spend money to be let in your doors only to spend more money at your store. Needles to say we will be coming to Tomball from now on instead of the other local location.

Simple copies and cutting were needed. Black & white and color copiers were not clearly marked. Good thing I asked an employee. Requested my small prints to be cut and wasnt clearly informed that the automatic cutter wasnt working correctly, apparently it doesnt cut evenly. The employees response to providing the service for me the customer, appeared more than they could handle. I cut them myself with a loud squeaky cutter that was hardly worth the hassle.Color copies were poor quality. Automatic cutter is broken. Customer cutter is not in great shape. These are basic services that nobody should have to write a review for, but management should be embarrassed. This is the second of three Ive recently been to thats automatic cutter isnt working right.On a positive the gal who checked me out was polite and apologetic for their technologies not really being up to date.

I stood there an hour while the two girls behind the print desk tried to figure out how to print 10 jpegs on glossy paper. The more experienced employee was completely unapologetic and just said its not going to work. Ive done this at other office depots in less than 15 minutes, but this was embarrassingly unprofessional, not to mention a complete waste of my time as I walked out of there empty handed.

After misplacing a whole bag of school supplies (not like a day or 2 ago - we are talking weeks ago) manager on duty Lesley worked her butt off to make sure that I could get my items replaced. She was a great help and very understanding! THANKS SO MUCH..... CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST!!

You made my drive worth it!! I recently received a gift of a L-Shaped desk. My desk was missing part of the desk that connects to become a L- Shaped. The gift giver was nice but could not help. Contacted the manufacturers who suggested I come to the store for the missing pieces. Lo and behold 2 awesome female managers were able to assist me and not before long, the missing pieces were given to me. The staff even placed the desk piece in my vehicle. Everything is perfect and I want you guys to know that I think you are pretty awesome!

Im a business owner and have used Office Depot for 10+ years.. After today, never again! I recently moved to magnolia and 1st time using this branch. I ordered pictures and picture poster online yesterday on early 4/14/15 (order #123449). The order I did says will be finished in 3-5 hours so I decided to wait till 4/15 before picking up since I live 30 minutes away. So today, 4/15 I drive to store and there are 3 customers ahead of me and I waited for 10 minutes. 2 associates were behind the counter having a conversation and had their backs to the customers and you could just tell that customers were getting pissed, including myself. (It doesnt take much to acknowledge your customers) I decided to leave and return an hour later. Once at the counter the girl pulled up my project and said its not done. I explained to the girl that the project should have been completed on 4/14 and she took a quick glance under the counter and said its not here.So now Im taking my business elsewhere. Buying my ink, paper, invoices, cards and everything elsewhere.

They need to check their sales better. I got some air freshener and they said if you buy one you get the second one for half off and then they wouldnt let me have it like that so I dont know what their problem was. It was a door marked wrong or she didnt want to bother to find out if she was right or if I was right.

There used to be great service here whenever I needed a copy order done but recently they don’t complete what I ask for on time. I specifically called to make sure it would be done at a certain time and they reassured me that it absolutely would be. I show up there 30 minutes after I said I would need it and employees say it won’t be done for another two hours. At this point they have had the order I sent for 18 hours and have still not completed it. Very upsetting and has caused major dilemmas in my schedule.

The management here is very toxic and self centered. They only care about the numbers on paper, not about the customers or the people working below them. They’re ready to talk down to you if you say something they disagree with and it makes the entire environment of this store a headache. It’s also super creepy how they whisper into their little headsets about all the customers when they walk in. I’m not joking, watch them after they greet you. They talk into their microphone about what you look like and what they said to you, I guess for customer service or whatever, but I really don’t want a forty year old man heavily breathing into his headset about me, it makes me highly uncomfortable and skeeved our.

I have used them twice now for large print jobs for courses that I instruct. I will not be back. It isnt due to effort, its due to quality control. The last straw for me was when my over $3000 order couldnt be applied to the office Depot account that talked me into opening. They said it couldnt be applied because they had already entered the invoice in the system. So they talked me into opening the account and only then told me that the 3000 invoice would be applicable.

Super friendly staff! They should get recognize some how for this! If you have to do a lot of business with Office Depot I would suggest this specific store. Just super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable.

I was frantically trying to fill out some documents while I was already late for work and the staff helped me out and processed the rest of the emails for me so I could head out... really appreciated!!! People arent that way anymore so it was nice to see them trying to go above and beyond to help!

I called to see if the laminated machine was working. The little girl replied yes with an attitude and hung up.So when I arrived, I saw two little girls standing there not doing NOTHING. As I approached the counter both of them were eagered to informed me that my things will not be done until 2 days since they are backed up.It does not take 2 days to laminate anything. If your backed up then why are you just standing there??? Why one of you not working and the other handling customers??? Why are both you handling customers and just standing there????Where is the manager????? Its tunes of people out here that need jobs mann. Those two little girls are not it man. And this happened today at 5pm. They were just standing there talking. Lazy as hell.

I walked in and was able to find everything I needed except for one thing. One of the employees helped me find two items. He was very helpful.

Great sales on back to school items store was clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking and easy access from fm 2920 and Tomball parkway 249. Sales staff were very helpful and checking out was a breeze.

Usually plenty of helpful employees to grab if I have any questions. I always drive around the back way from 249 behind target and Lowes to avoid all the foot traffic in front of the stores. Also they sell stamps.

The people who work here are what make the experience. Everytime I come here to ship something, this being the last, I find myself waiting in the first position of the line for 20 mins or more while two or more associates are doing much of nothing. They dont seem to care about my experience or my time. I cant speak about the retail experience but I wouldnt recommend coming here to ship.

The print department was absolutely horrible the so called supervisor her self “kat”was extremely rude to me when I asked to place an order for flyers and asked her if they could be done by the next morning she looked at me and rolled her eye and with a nasty attitude said “I don’t know I’ll give you a call” and walked away from me. Like ok? No help at all she didn’t ask me what paper and how many I needed. I waited 20 more mins so I could tell her my instructions but she seemed to ignore me. After a while a different girl came up to me who was working the registers seem to care more about me and asked me if I needed help and she took in my order and right away worked on them she finished them in 5mins i wasted more time standing there for the supervisor to completely ignore me than actually getting my flyers done. By far the rudest person working in the print department

THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!! ESPECIALLY IN THE PRINT DEPARTMENT!!! I know associates hate when customers enter store minutes before closing, but today i knew what i needed. It was five minutes before closing and the associate told me i woulnt have time to make some business cards. I told her they are basic and needed them asap to be picked up tomorrow. She said its five minutes before they close and i wouldnt have time. Once i left, 8:56pm it looked like they locked the doors. Wow, just wow!

Dealing with the people at this store has been so incredibly frustrating. I had sent a copy order the night before I needed something and asked to pick it up by noon. I was told that the order wouldn’t be ready in time but that I could pick it up by three. Although this was an inconvenience, I understood since it was a large order that it would take more time. However, when arriving at 3 I was informed that they had been “busy” and weren’t able to have my order done until five. I understand having busy days and having a lot going on, but I had given them plenty of notice and they did not complete the order even close to the time that I needed it. In addition, when I have made orders here in the past, the employees have been incredibly rude about fulfilling simple responsibilities. I wish I could say anything positive about the experience but frankly I am tired of poor customer service and a disregard for timeliness. This store will not be receiving my business again

I ordered some laminating of some posters. I was told next day, but when I arrived @ 4pm, my posters had not been touched. So, I waited almost 2 hours later and was so disappointed. They laminated one poster but it looked horrible. I refused to let them work on the second poster fearing that they would damage it as well. I should have taken it to the kwik kopy. I will NEVER use them again3

This office depot is undoubtedly the worst when it comes to customer service!! It doesnt matter if you go into the store or call on the phone. I really dont think anyone there likes their job at all. They act like ita a true pain to help anyone. Maybe its management and they are way under staffed. The store stays very very busy no matter what time you go in. This is my local Office Depot, its less than a mile from my office and I go there often, painful as it is. Order on-line, youll be better off.

This is seriously the worst office depot Ive ever seen in regards to customer service. I waited for 30 minutes trying to get someone to assist me in buying a new laptop. I eventually left after asking for help at the front 3 times. It wasnt crowded either so theres no excuse. I counted myself and 5 other customers in the store. Its sad that I couldnt find anyone to help me in purchasing an $800 computer. Id highly suggest management take a close look at how theyre running this store because I know as a business owner who purchases thousands of dollars in office supplies a month Ill never go back.

Employees are generally very nice. My problem is with how out of date all their printing station procedures are. Office Depot is crazy frustrating if you have anything to print go anywhere else.
