Very nice and very fast for my oil change! Took about 15 minutes and everyone was so polite and helpful. This is the best service I’ve ever gotten from an oil change!

I came in for a very simple tire puncture repair.The workshop was nice and empty on a Wednesday lunchtime and the service took around 45 mins.However, on collection of the car, I noticed a missing dust cap, a missing nut cover (luckily with some hunting in the workshop all was found on the floor) and clear scratches and gouges from the inner lip of the rim (as pictured).This is extremely disappointing, and considering this is the very first time my tires have been removed from the rim (vehicles still with original rubber from new) is beyond extremely frustrating.The service person offered to take the tire off again and inspect the damage, however at this point I had lost all confidence in their care and abilities.

I had a great and professional customer service by Shon’Dre and the rest of the team. I got my brake brake pads and rotors replaced while I waited in the lobby. The wait wasn’t that long, they got me out fast and ready to roll the streets with my new brake pads.

I just want to say these guys are honest, polite and very helpful. My 19-year-old daughter went there and they treated her with respect and not like she’s some dummy that doesn’t know anything about cars, even though she doesn’t. I love her to death but she feels intimidated by car shops and these guys don’t do that. I bring all my cars there, and I recommend that you do too. They do all kinds of repairs! I’ve even had brand new tires put on. And I’ve had problems with that when I leave with my car other places where tires aren’t balanced properly. Five stars!

Service was great untill they told me I had less than 25% left on my brake pads which is funny because they were replaced less than 10,000 miles ago. They also added to many miles to the reminder sticker last time causing me to come in for my oil change to late. I do not recommend coming here unless you want to be taken advantage of.

Excellent service up until having to wait at the register to pay the bill while cooking in the sun and no cars around. Otherwise I wouldve given them a 5.

Brought my car here for an alignment, when I left the alignment felt off so I brought it back. They realigned it, 3 months later I am having to buy new front tires due to uneven wear from the alignment. Would not recommend this shop.

As a 20 year old girl, going anywhere for car help can be intimidating and scary, these guys are BEYOND respectful, so incredibly helpful, AND THEY DONT SCREW YOU OVER!!!!! ive never paid anything less than reasonable for any service and its always very quick and quality as well, 10/10

Called them to see if they can do a quick oil change and tyre rotation. The gentleman on the phone told me to come at a certain time in the afternoon, but when I show up another gentleman tells me there’s no chance they can do it as they have too much work.There’s nothing wrong with saying no over the phone....much better then getting me there and wasting my time. Going forward I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

Went the other day to get the TEXAS STATE INSPECTION...One of the workers measured my tires before the inspection, and said they are compliant. A bald black guy interjected and tried to sell me tires in order to pass the inspection...Tires were in compliance when I went elsewhere...What an unethical and illegal practice. The state of Texas is going to hear about this...

This place is fast and friendly. You can get quality service and not have to spend half your day waiting. Staff is helpful and always willing to give you advice and answer any questions. Always in and out in just a few minutes. They do other things like tires and other mechanics but so far I have only needed them for oil changes!

I care for six vehicles. I’ve brought four to this business-four state inspections and two oil changes. I’ve received good service on three of the four. Unfortunately, the fourth is bad enough to loose my future business. It was incredibly slow and not altogether honest. I might forgive slow and unsolicitous once, but I will not return to a dishonest shop. Beware.Just so you’ve got an idea what was lost in one customer-that’s six vehicles - three need all four tires in the next 3 months- all the oil and filters-and any other peripheral work that high mile 2004, 2007, 2007, 2012 and 2013 vehicles might need. That’s a lot of potential business. It’s dumb to try to take advantage of customers.

I was ripped off, and another mechanic agrees with me. I took my car in because the air conditioning was blowing hot. They diagnosed it as a bad ac compressor. I was quoted a price of $1,100. I approved, and picked my car up the same day. The next morning the air was blowing hot again. After I got off that day, I called them to let them know. When I took it back, they then told me it was the evaporator coil which would cost me another $900. Why wasnt this noticed when I first brought it in?

First off, Chris, the manager is fantastic and so is Ivan!!!Just went to get, basically, ALL of my lights fixed and they did a wonderful job. They also fixed my brakes! I had taken my car to brake check a month or two ago, thinking there was an issue, but they said nothing was wrong. It was strange since they were bumping, grinding, and squeaking with every stop. These guys actually saw an issue and fixed it! I trust them more than any other shop.

Best place for a quick oil change, tires and more. They even have zero percent financing options!

Today a young kid broke down on Kuykendahl and I helped him get his car off the road. I then called Express Oil to ask them what might be the problem - the Manager, Chris, on his own time who wasn’t working drove to our location and checked out the car and then followed the kid safely home. This is a business where they treat their customers very special. I can not believe how amazing Chris has been every time We have interacted with Express Oil. How lucky to have this business in our community! 5 stars for sure!!!!!

Okay...I have been here twice and both times there was hardly any communication. I brought my car in 1st thing this morning and waited an hour and 20 minutes to have a tire replaced. The manager was really nice but I think the staff here needs some training in customer service. I dont even think they took a look at my other tires. This is very close to my house so I gave it another try, shame on me I guess. As you can see from the photos attached they didnt even bother to write anything about what was done. After all was said and done I had to be the one to alert the tech that my vehicle was done. Way to go guys and not even an apology.

We’ve been to this location twice and both times we have received excellent customer service. They gave us good estimates and tell us which repairs are urgent and which can wait a little longer. Great group of service techs/mechanics.

Great place to take your car! We try to DIY when possible, but some jobs are too big. This is our new go to car care center. The service is great. I never feel pressured or walk away feeling scammed. They are always busy, so you know they must be doing something right! Despite the high volume of cars there I always get fast service. Highly recommend this place.

Got my car inspected and had to replace two tires, they got it done in a reasonable amount of time despite the fact that it was a little later. No complaints so I can safely recommend these guys.

These guys took care of me and my family’s safety. Volkswagen Tiguan has a recalled oil plug. To make a long story short, they hunted down my oil leak, researched the problem and FIXED it. They were persistent, resilient, and did a lot of leg work to provide a quality service. Express Oil Change won my loyalty as a result.

Had a fantastic experience today with my visit to Express Oil Change. I had a mechanical issue with my car and they diagnosed it quickly. While I was waiting they gave me an estimate. I called another auto shop to double check their price and they were about $50 less than the other auto shop I called. Needless to say I let them fix my car today. My tires were low so I went there thinking I needed a tire. I was met in the parking lot by a worker who began asking me questions, he determined it was likely weather related. Ivan was so charming, helpful, and a real comedian but ever so professional. He aired the tires up and my light went off. He noticed my sticker was nearly expired, he gave me a VIP card so I sent my son and husband back; they had the same experience with Ivan as well. The shop is clean and very well organized, all the employees are on the same page. They weren’t pushy and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. We’ll be returning for the services they recommend.

Been there on Saturday 14, 2019They spent 2.5 hrs to change two tires.Didnt do alignment.Didnt warn me they wont do it.Simple tire change took two hrs. Omg. Bad.

Worse place ever!!!! They say they will take 20 minutes to do a brake system check and after 1.5 hours i had to go ask the manager about the status. He, a white bald guy, said sorry at least the service is free dont ever go there. You are wasting your time. They also have the worse costumer service. I would have given them zero stars!!!
