Incompetence and rude describe the Enterprise employee here. I scheduled a car rental through Enterprise website for 12p on a Saturday at this Tomball location. When I arrived at 12p, the manager had already locked the door. When I knocked, he came out to tell me I needed to arrive before 12p to get my rental. The Enterprise reservation confirmation email did not indicate that this location would be closed when I scheduled my pick up. Manager wished me a good day after refusing to honor my printed reservation confirmation.
Horrible customer service. Was told I could not rent a vehicle until I had proof that my vehicle(which is not drivable due to an auto accident) was in the shop. Scheduled tow wasn’t until Tuesday(This was on a Saturday). I called on Sunday & was told by another employee I would have a vehicle by Monday. I called Monday ahead of time, no vehicle’s available for rent, was told I would have one by Tuesday at 10am for scheduled pick up. Drove 1hr via Uber to pick up my scheduled rental & was not provided one. I was told several times it was “not my fault.” No s**t Sherlock. Was able to pick up a rental within 1hr at Avis Car Rental in Spring. The lack of responsibility & customer service of the employees at this location is nauseating. 1 star is more than this place deserves.
I turned in a clean, full of gas vehicle to the same location where I picked it up I did use the toll road like 10 times at an average of $1.75 at that as I was told the vehicle was already set up for it and was told by the attendant that everything was good, I asked if I need it to sign anything and he replied NO! everything is fine. Then a few days later I got a charge on my card for $56.67 with no explanation or invoice itemizing the charges.People is a scam to get extra money hoping that you wont complaint, because you either dont have the time or you just dont want to bother, they are counting on you not doing anything about it, next time this happens to you please complain and or get a receipt showing you there are no additional charges before you leave the location, dont make the same mistake I made trusting the con attendant, do not take their word or you will got through the same frustration I am going through right now.
So, these guys are awesome. I had a car accident and insurance set up a rental for me. There was a comedy of errors unrelated to the rental, and I was about....three minutes away from having a full on, tear-filled mental breakdown in their lobby. The guys were very compassionate, super helpful, very understanding, and very professional. Thanks, yall, that experience totally turned a very bad day into a very good one, and I NEEDED that.
What horrible service. A lot of rental places are having issues right now but these guys flat out lie. They tell you there’s a car, bring you over after waiting to pick up another customer and strand you at their dingy facility while they then realize there is no car. Worst customer service at the store front. Terrible driver who picks you up. Good luck if you’re stuck renting with these idiots
I will never, ever use this location or this company again!! Not only My account was charged over $1,000.00 no one could tell me why. All they said it will be refund to you in 3 to 5 days . No one wanted to help. It started with Taylor calling me a day before I needed to pick up my car. I was unsure if I could get a car even with making a reservation. But when I dropped off my car I got charged another $414 in addition to the $611 I got charged when I picked up the car. I don’t have money like that just to be waiting to get it back. No one could tell me way nor tried to help. Still waiting on a call from them after leaving a massage Sunday for the manager. I also email the customer service email and no answer yet either.
Terrible service. I was asked to book the vehicle a day before to make sure they get it in time. I booked it 3 days ahead to allow them even greater time. Morning of reservation I call to make sure they have the vehicle and surprisingly they did not. They said they would go get one and it would only be 15 minutes late. Showed up 30 minutes later and they still didnt have it. It took another 45 minutes to get the vehicle. Very disappointing service. They know how to take a reservation but they dont know how to HOLD the reservation. The most IMPORTANT part. WONT use them again.
Very unsatisfied. Not helpful at all. Instead of giving you a car you may need, they give you something you don’t want. I drive a Volkswagen Jetta to commute to work each day. So instead of giving me something similar or around the same size they gave me a Dodge Grand Caravan ... and then try to up sell me on something smaller.... so now I’m stuck paying 3x as much on gas and away bigger vehicles than I’m used too. So do not recommend this place.
Currently trying to call and have been waiting 45 minutes. This is the second time I tried today. Last time I was there, they had one person to help all customers and answer phones. Needless to say, he didn’t answer the phones and the line was extremely long. They need more staff.

Disappointing. Made a reservation 8 days ago for today. I arrive at time and no vehicle available. The rude rep said they had no inventory and walked away without trying to assist in possibly finding another vehicle. I had a reservation as I was traveling from MD. Absolutely horrible experience and would not recommend this location at all. Not even a courtesy call to let me know there were no vehicles available. I went over to Hertz and they provided a vehicle. Thank you Hertz
Its great when able to rent a car so hassle free but right now havent been able to get a rental for two weeks now cause of shortage.
I was put in a rental car by the repair shop because they did not repair my car correctly after an MVA. After months of fighting with the repair shop and enterprise over a $150 bill that we should not have been liable for, enterprise stated they would take care of it. Instead I got a bill from a collection agency over it, over a year later. (So we paid it.) Enterprise has told me multiple times they will refund me this money, yet I havent received a dime. I have spoke with the mngr many times who continues to just give me the run around.
Im disappointed that they advertise a range of vehicle sizes and offer discounts . I was promised a mid-size and got a sub-compact. This is not by accident. I tried the previous week with the same result.
I rented a car and total was 58. Plus they took out a 200. Dollar deposit. Car was turned in in time with hours to spare but then I look on bank statement and they have only given back 138. This is second time I rented from them and the second time they have tried to cheat me. Not a good way for this company to treat customers.

The employee was respectful, he conducted his self in a professional manner, The cars and trucks are clean for the most part, except the windshield. This is the 2nd time ive had to clean the windshield so i could see at 4am
My only issue with this location is that they refuse to answer the phone once it reaches an hour before closing. I get that you want to go home, but I want a vehicle. The fact that they would rather extend an inconvenience in someone’s life all because they’re too tired to work is not fair at all. My vehicle has been in the shop for well over a month and not only did I have this experience with enterprise my first time around but today I’m having the same experience. I have a child to take to school, work to go to and I just need a vehicle without having to explain why. This is what you get paid for. Why not answer the phone an hour before closing??? You guys have no idea what people are going through and the challengings we’re having to face and something as simple as answering your phone can help and resolve so many problems. It’s ok to go a little out of your way for guest satisfaction. I promise you it will repay you some how some way in the future. Just stop refusing to answer the phone. You’re in a demanding business and if you don’t want to help people, that’s fine but this isn’t your field. Let someone who wants to help others get the job. On top of that the rental broke down twice, second time was on the way to pick my daughter up from school. See where I’m going?? I need my rental. I have no friends in this state and I’m new to Texas so I have no one to call for help. And I normally don’t write reviews but this place falls short of great service.
Enterprise is a fantastic Company to do business with! EVERYTHING was very pleasing and your personnel were amazing to attend to my wifes and my every detail.This is why I use Enterprise! The pick up of a vehicle, explanation of services and the drop off of our vehicle was a very pleasant experience! GREAT job Enterprise!!!
Bad customer service.
I was apprehensive at first going to this location because of the reviews.When I got there Chase helped me out. He was AMAZING and went above and beyond for us! Out car was clean and perfect and we had no problems at all on our long road trip! Not a single problem AT ALL! The price was right and the car was wonderful!!! Would definitely rent from them again!! Thank you so much Chase for your outstanding customer service!!
Location manager is Dre. He was fantastic to work with. Each employee I worked with from start to finish was very helpful and friendly. Its never fun to rent a car when yours is in the repair shop but they made the entire process much better.

I’ve come to this location twice this year, and they’ve been very supportive, helpful and customer oriented. They really gave a whole good experience with rental car service. I remember one of the car I picked up for rental had a weird rumble noise in the back and they exchanged a different one for me with no questions. If there’s 10 stars rating I wouldn’t hesitate giving them that 10 stars because they deserve that
The manager waited until after hours for me to pick up my car. I really appreciated that after hours of getting my car towed in traffic. I was beat. So, being exhausted I really could not appreciate that while doing the walk-around in the dark, the person helping me noted every tiny scratch and checked even the interior. Come on guys, cars will get scratched and used in your line of business. I rented the car for convenience, not to worry if Ill be held liable if someone opens their car door and hits your car or if theres a tiny additional scratch somewhere. Im afraid to even drive it but I have to. Ive been a loyal Enterprise customer for almost twenty years and this has never been an issue. All others-all over the country- just did the walk-around for obvious dents-on the outside. Customers time is valuable, were tired at the end of a day of car issues, and renting a car should not be another source of worry, so minus 2 stars.
Dre has an exceptional team and it shows!! Carlos almost ruined my experience but the rest of the team made it so much easier to come back. I appreciate the great customer service that Dre, Chase, and the rest of the team provided!! You guys are great!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I went in last month to rent a compact vehicle that I had reserved online a week beforehand. I show up the day and time I’m supposed to and they ask me if I’d rather have a larger vehicle. I immediately suspect they don’t have the compact I wanted but I let it slide because the price difference wasn’t much and it just wasn’t a big deal. The gentleman (Tomme) took me outside and showed me the car to make sure it was okay and I agreed to it so he asked me to come to the front and wait while they vacuum it. Several minutes later he comes up to the front and informs me that he accidentally locked the keys in the car and he had to call roadside assistance to come unlock it. I asked how long that would take and he didn’t have an answer for me. This was frustrating because I was in a hurry. That was the whole reason I reserved it ahead of time. I could see he felt bad so he went and found another vehicle. He’s showing me vehicle #2 and just as we’re about to sign the paperwork he tells me never mind they’re going to put me in another one. I guess third times the charm, I finally ended up with vehicle #3 after spending almost 2 hours there. I return it the next day, 30 minutes earlier than I was expected to but they’re very busy so the gentleman up front named Dre asked me to just leave the keys and he’d handle it. I trusted him and left the keys. In the coming days I’m checking my bank account waiting for my deposit to come back through and when I get it it’s $60 short. I go online and track down my receipt and they charged me for an extra day! And the receipt states I returned it to an entirely different location that I’ve never even been to. I called them several times and when I finally got through Dre assures me it was a mistake and they would refund the difference but it never happened. I called the 800 number and got through and all they did was tell me they’d have a manager call me. Shocker, I never got a call and it’s been over a month now. So if you like having your money stolen, rent a car from enterprise.
After having a horrible experience with another office. I came to this office to drop off my rental that I had set up with Kia warranty while my vehicle was being worked on. Blake listened to everything I had to deal with and immediately went to work to make it right. I was amazed and so happy I came to them. I highly recommend this location
So Enterprise apparently is financially suffering. The vehicle rented to me (at full price) had been wrecked. No discount was offered. Not only had the car been wrecked, it had high mileage for a rental. Judging be my experience, they are not maintaining their fleet. Next time I will be going with a different rental company.
I always receive fast and friendly service from the team at the Tomball Enterprise location. I frequent this location even though its not the closest Enterprise to my home. The team here goes out of their way to make sure you will be satisfied with your car and your renting experience. I highly recommend!
Have rented from this location several times because there are few alternatives. Had a long term reservation. Arrive and no cars. How can you run a rental location with known reservations and have no cars. Waited for nearly 2 hours for one to arrive. This is unacceptable with reservations in the system.
Doesnt do any good to offer a free pick up if no one ever answers the phone at Enterprise to set up the pick up. Have called them five different times and after being on hold with the local office in Tomball for over 10 minutes each time, I am done with them.
The female staff member that rented me the car wasnt rude, but she was definitely very no-nonsense. I refer a little more friendliness in my customer service. Also, I specifically mentioned that Im allergic to cigarette smoke and was told the car had no such odor, but after drove away I definitely smelt it, then got to deal with tightness in my lungs the rest of the week. Ive had positive experiences with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in general, but I dont plan on going back to the location in Tomball. It just wasnt pleasant.
I always rent from the location in Tomball on business 249. I have never had any issues with this location and the staff are fabulous and always helpful. I have them pick me up and drop me off when I return the car. I extended my rental during the holidays this year and the manager, Chase Warner was a huge help in keeping my rates the same as I was quoted from EHI. My experiences have been wonderful and I would recommend this particular location to anyone. Getting another rental from them on Friday!!

I was just involved in a car accident and this location was the only location in the area who had a available rental just before Thanksgiving.I appreciate these guys for their help. I had a separate problem at a different location in Cypress but this location took care of everything and I was able to have a stress free weekend.
Enterprise met me at the collision company to make it easy. They accommodated me in a difficult situation. The gentleman helping me even carried my baby seat to the vehicle. My only issue is that I have yet to receive my refund deposit. Its been over a week since I returned the vehicle.
All the employees were friendly and helpful. It was a great experience.

If I could give less than one star I would. Car we got had no antenna.... So no radio on a 12 hour road trip. Cars registration was expired. We told the employee, Tommy, he stated youll be fine. Get on the road to find out the air conditioning barely worked. Called this location again, they said sorry we have no other cars to give you. Also turned the car in and was billed for tolls that were dated from before we had the rental. RUN AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!

Picked up my car no problem. Wasnt sure if the Agent noted the chips on the front hood I saw when filling up the car which had less than 1/4 tank that I didnt notice 10 minutes earlier.. Tried to call at 5:00 pm to verify but no one would answer except the machine. My emailed agreement doesnt mention. I know the Agent acknowledged the chips on the back.

Excellent service! The driver who picked me up was on time and I was put right in to the car as soon as I got to their store. When I returned I was taken home without any wait. It was Gizmos first day on the job and he did great!
The rental experience was okay. I had the car for over a month due to a wreck. I returned the car March 23rd. All was good. (So I thought)I received a call a week and a half later saying my husbands license was found in the car and that they would hold it for us. Come to find out, someone threw it away and they have no clue who did this or who contacted me. What?! This is completely ridiculous and unprofessional. I am so disappointed in this location. Who does that without calling or saying anything?! Especially when they know they made contact with us.My suggestion is to not deal with someone named Dre Smith. He was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend the Tomball Branch to anyone. Youll get screwed.

After scheduling a rental through insurance, I called to confirm they had a suitable car for pickup the next day. Agent who answered was busy and forgot to call me back before close.The next day the agent apologized for the oversight and took care of the rental. He got me into a suitable rental. It was my first time driving a Hybrid and really liked the Ford Fusion for the trip to Austin.Even though I stated I would not be bringing the vehicle back on that Friday, the contract was written up that the car would be returned Friday. Odd.Despite being very busy when I returned the car on Monday, the return process was relatively quick.
I had done an online reservation on Monday to pick up at 5 pm. When i arrived they told me there was no more trucks but that there will be some the next day. Tuesday came and I called at 8 am just to verify if they would have trucks available.. they assured me they would and that also they would waive the gas fee When i turn it in. I asked again are you sure? They assured me again saying yes there will be plenty. I said ok I will be there at 4:00 pm. I arrive at that time and again... WE HAVE NO TRUCKS AVAILABLE. Are you serious??? This is the reason I had called and asked that morning to verify!! So those two days were a waste of my time! Will never go there again!
Ive rented vehicles from this location before and had no issues. My last rental experience left a LOT to be desired! I also contacted Enterprise customer care (have had positive experiences here as well) and have received almost no response except for them to say they forwarded to regional office to resolve. So disappointed in this location and customer care. Will definitely never rent here (if from Enterprise at all) again!Longer story follows:I reserved a small vehicle for 8a. I arrive later (10a) due to service diagnostics taking a while. When I arrived I was told I would have to wait a few minutes for a vehicle. No problem, i understand I was late. Was told I would get a pick up. Waited until 10:54 with no update other than someone was on the way with my vehicle.A manager returned from picking up another customer with a pick up truck vehicle that was dirty. The young lady helping me said she would take that vehicle to vacuum and I would be on my way. A few minutes later she came back out to give me a different vehicle that was already there at least some of the time that I was waiting. I didn’t understand why I was kept waiting almost an hour if there were other vehicles available. We did the walk around and add ons and then she told me the vehicle was EMPTY of fuel (I’m confused why it couldn’t have been fueled in the time that I was waiting)!I have been a long time customer of Enterprise and must say this was the WORST experience I have ever had with any car rental company. I hate Hertz as a company but I have never had an experience this bad there. While this location is closest to my dealership, I don’t plan to return for future rentals. I hope that location gets it together before the bad reviews increase.After complaining to customer care I was told the regional office would contact me. I was not contacted by anyone. I returned the vehicle to the dealership where my vehicle was repaired and did not hear anything from the office for a week. I had to call to close out the rental and request a receipt to have the deposit released. I will definitely never do business with that office (or maybe Enterprise at all) again.

Typically service at the locations is good. However, dont book a minivan or SUV for the weekend thinking you will actually get it. ERAC will say youve got a reservation when you call the booking phone number. BUT I suggest call the specific office if you need a certain car. We had a weekend trip planned for a group of six get ruined when they couldnt give a vehicle that would hold 6 as they promised.

When i went to make my payment the receipt contained the wrong pricing and they tried to charge me a rate over double which i had agreed to online. When I finally completed payment and received my receipt and took it home and compared it to my online booking I realized I had also been over charged in another area.When I originally called and explained the situation of the over charged I was told accounting (which of course sounds like a complete lie) would call me back in 24 hours. Of course I received no call back. 2 weeks passed and I would sit on hold for over 20-30 minutes with their automated system constantly telling me a representative is currently busy with no luck of talking to anyone.Finally after 2+ weeks of still never hearing from accounting I was able to speak to a representative and they had me email THEM (suddenly accounting does not exist or matter) a copy of my original receipt. I went ahead and did this and now have still not received any form of response, confirmation or anything along those lines. And they are now ignoring the emails. And I have never been issued any sort of refund nor had any customer representative actually review anything.If you are going to make things up like accounting will call you at least remember to be consistent with your story staff wide but I can clearly tell no one at this location actually cares anyway. Most likely hoping the customer just gives up on receiving any sort of response in the end.
Rented a car here that was covered by insurance, and was charged over 700 on my card for an insurance package we never signed up for. They are taking there time trying to figure out why we where charged, and not refunding our money. Car was returned with no issues, staff does not care. They had no papers signed by us saying we wanted the package. We called our insurance company to verify they where payed, and insurance says they where paid over 5 weeks ago in full. Even enterprise says we paid them in full and weeks later they charge my card for 700.

My husband worked for Enterprise from 2003-2008 and we have always loyally supported this company. However, after what happened to us on Sat. 9/9, we will NEVER be renting from Enterprise again.We had a scheduled reservation to pick up a car at 1:30 on 9/9. We arrived to the branch at 1:55, and Will informed us that we would not have a car. Since we were not a hurricane victim or going through an insurance claim, we apparently didnt rate high enough to receive a car. Never mind that NO ONE called us beforehand to let us know. Never mind that we were paying for everything ourselves. Never mind that I had ALREADY dropped off Mr car for repairs and didnt have one. He shrugged and said there was nothing he could do. We demanded he call another location and have a car brought over. He called the airport who said they couldnt provide a car either. So it was basically, Sorry, we cant give you a car and cannot tell you when you will get one. He gave us his employee number and a vague promise to help us next time. But he couldnt help us THIS TIME. We asked who was responsible for calling the customers ahead of time and he said he couldnt answer that. We canceled the reservation and will now be using Hertz or Avis from now on.I am APPALLED that loyal, paying customers are treated like this. Even if there are many, many other people that need cars, arrangements should have been made to accommodate those with an existing reservation. I made it in August so there is NO excuse why I shouldnt have had a car.

Save yourself a headache and take your money else where. Is extremely difficult to get them on the phone and once you do, they dont have any regards for customer service.I tried to get a hold of them for 4 days and even called corporate and never heard fro anyone at the store. I had a simple question on weather it was possible to get an AWD car without getting a full size 4x4 vehicle. Once I was finally able to get someone on the phone all he said was sorry I dont know if well have one available when you pick up... What am I supposed to do as a customer? no possible solution was offered and I should just wait util I pick up to see if they have what I need? what if they dont? oh yeah screw me right, it doesnt matter to them.This place is absolutely worthless and because of them Ill never do business with enterprise again.
The customer service representatives at this location are truly the nicest people. Weve rented twice and both times the cars were great and the service (from 2 different people) was even better. We wont be renting cars from anywhere else!
Aug 27th, 2017. Houston. Our house was just flooded and both cars are gone. It was still raining and the water level was still rising. I called and Mr. Trevor Burton picked up the phone. Please come before 6 pm.After we arrive, Mr. Trevor Burton went out his way to help us. Overhead my cell phone was low on battery he even gave us a charging cable.Then I find out Mr. Burtons own street was already flooded in the morning when he left for work. He was not sure how to get back since the city was being paralyzed with increasing number road closures. However, he waited for me after my call.
Great location with some very helpful and friendly staff. One of the best Enterprise locations Ive used in the country.
The sales agents were super nice! I was disappointed in the condition of the car. I had to note a scratch or ding in the car every few inches. Additionally, when I picked up the car, it was not on full, so that made my return more difficult trying to match the amount of gas so that I would not incur additional charges.
Don’t rent from here. I’ve had it. Last time I did, they forgot that I needed pick-up, so I had to wait nearly 2 hours. Today I visited this location and they say that there is a nationwide server issue affecting all of their computers. They pulled me up with a tablet but my card was not accepted multiple times, which put a lock on the card. I have rented from enterprise so many times but they were not able to make anything work. There are others out there and I will happily begin using them.

The service offered was phenomenal, I already had a pre booked reservation so the process was smooth and speedy.
Reserved a mini van 2 weeks in advance. When we called the day before to confirm, they said no problem, it would be there. When we showed up Monday morning, they had no mini vans. They tried to give us a small, beat up SUV (which wasn’t cleaned) instead which was not big enough for us (and we already own one). No one called us in advance letting us know they didn’t have any. Everyone was very disorganized and didn’t seem to know what was going on. Would never rent from Enterprise again.

Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service.These people are terrible at communicating, and I dont think the Branch Manager is a real person (Garrett W.). He always seems to be at a meeting or on the phone when I try to reach him to discuss issues Ive been having with employees that dont know what theyre talking about. They will charge your card without your permission, and will put holds on your account for amounts that have nothing to do with your transaction without so much as a phone call.I will not be renting another car from Tomball Enterprise, if I even rent from Enterprise ever again. Get it together, and communicate with your customers a little more instead of screwing them into things they dont need.

This Enterprise location went above and beyond to make my plans work out, I was also dropped off at home when I returned the car to them (my home was more than 10 miles away from this location) great service and awesome customer service at this location, I used to be a budget car rental personal but no more.

This enterprise ABANDONED me at their facility. I was in a very unfortunate situation where my Jeep had to be towed to a dealership and enterprise picked me up from work to get a car. Mind you, I live an hour and a half from home. I got there, they would not accept my debit card, only credit, which I did not have. They would only accept my debit if I had a light/phone bill. Who carries that?! I understand they have rules, but I needed to be in a vehicle to get home. They would not accept my payment, they had no sympathy for the fact that I was stranded for at least 2 hours until someone could pick me up. They basically said they could not help me at all. It was 6pm so they were closing up. I sat outside in the cold crying while they sat inside, closing up shop. I watched THREE employees walk past me as I sat on the ground hysterically crying and scared in front of their office. No one asked if they could give me a ride somewhere to get out of the dark. I’m a young, female, sitting outside unarmed in Houston. I couldn’t walk anywhere safely without getting onto the highway and I did not feel safe doing so. My phone was on 1% but thankfully I was able to call and Uber to drive me to Katy so my fiancé could pick me up. I am traumatized from this situation. How dare this enterprise. I understand rules, but this situation could have been handled SO much better. They could have at least put me in a car to get home and other methods that fit their policy could have been handled the next day. Chelsea (the employee that I dealt with) I hope you lose your job. Shame on you for treating someone that way. And shame on this facilty. If I could give this a negative star review I would. I’m disgusted.

The service was great.. as always...been a customer here for 20+ years. But there has been some changes that well..I am not too happy about...use to in the past there was no question about picking me from my home..but now due to some territory thing now I can not be picked up..unless I use the one in magnolia which when I called them they told me that unless I made my reservation at least a week or more in advance..well they would not pick me up..well the reason that I rent is because I need a car... Right then ... As in my car broke down..and needed to have a vehicle to drive to and from work..and get parts in order to repair mine... thankfully the people at the Tomball office told me that if I made it there they would bring me back to my house ..of course ...they did mention that it was out of their area..but because the one person said that they would they did...and again I want to thank them for doing so...but still not happy of the changes...(would rather keep doing business in Tomball rather than Magnolia)

I was given a rental with expired plates and a registration sticker for another car. Enterprise said they would take care of it and they have been entirely unhelpful. Every person Ive talked to has insisted that enterprise is above registration laws and they are immune to local regulations. I have been told by multiple people that this is an ongoing and persistent problem.

Poor management. The staff treats us like we are a huge inconvenience. Even with a reservation (made over a month in advance), they tried to tell us that they could not accommodate us and told us to go to another enterprise location eight miles away to pick up our vehicle. We tried giving them several chances thinking that perhaps our first experience was just a fluke. Unfortunately, this location continued to disappoint us two more times.
I have used this company for many years simply because of the great service and the great people who quickly and eagerly take care of my needs.
