If there was a -5 star they deserve it. Horrible horrible service and counter workers. Didnt take care of lobby (with copperhead snake baby in the lobby) and rented a car with lights on the dashboard and didnt want to fix the issue. Wanted the customer to take the car to the gas station and fill the tire with air. If you care about good customer service, ethical practices and being waited on my by someone that doesnt curse as he is waiting on you dont ever rent a car from this Avis/Budget location.......
After many failed attempts at the enterprise and hertz my last resort was to stop into the Avis in Tomball. The manager by the name of Jazz I believe was more than helpful. She not only assisted with my future reservation she walked me outside and allowed me to look at some vehicles that way I can assure I picked the right size. She was knowledgeable and more than polite. The office space smelt really well and it was nice and clean. I even expressed my frustration with how high rates have been lately and she empathized with me and explained while it was taking place then followed up with helping me with the best rate.
After a long attempt at trying to find a store with cars, me and my family ended up at the Tomball location. The agent that helped me, Jazmah Bell, had amazing customer service and made sure my needs were fulfilled. Thank you very much! Also my car was very clean. Looked brand new. I’ll be sure to continue giving my business to this location!
This is my family’s go to location to rent vehicles. The staff is pleasant and always accommodating m.
Nice rental experience as far as processing and getting the car it was very fast. The young lady there was very professional. The 3 star rating i gave is caused by the cleanliness of the car. It was pretty disgusting inside Windows had all kinds of streaks and I couldn’t tell who or when it was cleaned last.
When I got the car thought it was a good dill. They said I was going to $300 back after I turned the car back in. But I had to keep it longer, and was told today by my mom the I was only going to get back $200. Well to get right to it my mamas account was overdrawn almost $600. So basically we got jipped off. I paid over $1,000 for this car. I was going to send them two customers because I really like the car until I found out they overdrawn my moms account almost $600. And they told me I was going to get 300 back once I turned the car in but I had to keep it additional days which was cool but the way they handle their business with my moms card was not right. Will not be renting from them again. The car was also durty with dog hair in it.
This location is convenient to Tomball or Magnolia but car was dirty inside and out and not much variety.
Horrible service. Received a dirty car with trash and sticky cup holders with a horrible stench of cigarette smoke. Jazmah Bell was extremely unhelpful, saying she cleaned the car herself, and was very condescending. We tried to take the car back or work out a different deal and she hid her business cards. Very sketchy. I do NOT recommend renting cars from this location.

I was in a bind and need a car rental on 1 day notice during spring break Another company I had booked months in advance did not have the auto I had booked. I was desperate needed some help. They were so nice. She assured me she could get me taken care of. I showed up at 7:30 am. They had a vehicle for me. She made my day and saved my trip to St. Louis for my Daughters volleyball Tournament. Thank you very much.
I had the unfortunate experience of bringing my grandfather to this location to try and rent a vehicle. Jazmah Bell tried to turn me away despite having confirmed a reservation with Avis in my name. After some difficulty and changing the reservation in my grandfathers name due to her refusal of allowing me to rent a vehicle she provided my grandfather the rental agreement without even muttering a single word to him. I inquired about upgrading the vehicle size and Jazmah Bell responded that it would triple the price and acted as if it would be a huge inconvenience for her to change the reservation. We were pushed out the door only to be met with more disappointment with the rental vehicle. The car was in extremely, disbelieving poor condition as it looked like it had just been dropped off after driving through a dumpster. I took several photos to document the unbelievable condition the vehicle was in as we gagged on the cigarette stench that poured out from the car. We had time commitments that we couldn’t allow the misfortune of a bad car rental to interfere with so we left the establishment with plans to come back and switch the car out. I called the location and Jazmah Bell proceeded to respond with “Well, I cleaned the car already and there’s no other rentals available. You can go to a different location.” I understood at this point that this individual Jazmah Bell was not going to help and rather make the situation worse. I tried to ask for her name so that I may resolve the situation with customer service to which she refused to provide me with her full name. We then drove back to the location where she had her business cards hidden under the counter which were previously on the counter when we had initially picked the car. Without a single attempt for resolution, Jazmah Bell repeated what she said on the phone which was “the car is clean and you can go somewhere else”. Feeling helpless I left with no other options except for call Avis and be put on hold so that a supervisor could call me back. Needless to say, I would not recommend this location. I hope this warning spares any individual of this major inconveniences caused by Jazmah Bell.

Very displeased I come to drop off my vehicle and no one is here . Now I have to wait 30 dam minutes until someone comes when I have my uber here to pick me up. I will never ever use this location again. Business should be open at 7: 30 all the money I spend here will take my business to another rental company

Horrible service!!! My wife rented from this location and they accused her of smoking in the vehicle which she does not do in her own vehicle let alone one we are paying to borrow. The accusation is not what bothers me it is that he proceeded to yell, scold and demean her on the property in front of co workers and customers. It was almost like he was making a statement that if you dare try to question him he will embarrass you enough to give into an act that you did not commit in order to get extra fees. Very disappointed and upset that my wife had to go through this situation.
Just had the misfortune of dealing with Michael Shusi at Avis. I should have known what this rental was going to be like when I got there and he was screaming at another customer. Looking back, I should have left then. Unfortunately, I did not, and I too was subject to his nasty yelling and degrading language. I will never use Avis again, simply because of this mans nasty attitude.
