Very good service and quality job

I went for state inspection. After the tech failed my car saying brakes were bad I was told to take it to somewhere that repairs brakes. So I did & was told that there was no reason as to why my car failed. I contacted this business & the owner was very rude, raising his voice at me & told me to just have the brake shop inspect it but .... Ive already paid you to inspect it. Needless to say he refused to re test it & I went elsewheres & got it done. In the end it cost me $115.00 RIDICULOUS !!!

The owners are the sweetest people Iv ever met! They are very knowledgeable and don’t try and up sell you. There pricing is fair and They are truly amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone!

The owners here are such wonderful and honest people. We had been going to another mechanic for years and stumbled on this place and we wont go anywhere else now. They have taken car of us time and time again. Because this is a family owned operation they are honest with you, and dont try to upsell you on things you dont need right then.

I live in the West University/Rice Village area of Houston. I dont trust my car to any automotive repair business except Tomball Car Clinic. They have proven time and time again that they have what it takes to take care of my automobile. To me its worth taking the drive up to Tomball to have my vehicle serviced. Not only do they service my vehicle, but they also service my mothers vehicle. Their work is second to none and I will always refer my family and friends to them. Thank you, TCC.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They seemed more concerned with helping me and my truck to pass inspection than they did selling me on something I didn’t need. Highly recommended and I will be back for my maintenance needs!

Pete and his guys fixed up my cars a/c (bad hvac) With a Quick turn around and had to call around and got the parts real quick for a nice deal as well as fixing my throttle body on my car! His guys did a good job !

Told my in with electrical problem, new truck so could do anything to help, but got me in touch with Ford rep, no charge. We will see how Tomball Ford does in later review.

I stumbled across Tomball Car Clinic about 7 years ago and havent gone anywhere else since.The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Pete and Linda have gone above and beyond my expectations of excellent service. As a single woman I completely trust what Pete says needs repair now and what can wait. Can perform most service requirements but will let you know which services should be made either at a dealership or at another facility that has the equipment and/or capability to address that specific issue. Polite professional service. They did a muffler delete on my Lexus SC430. The work was done quickly and efficiently at a good pruce. The mechanic was neat, polite and detail orientated. The couple that own the business were just kind and warm people I would love to have over for dinner. I am a mechanic and customizer and anything I dont want to do I take here. You should to. They will not get my business or referral!!! I stop in to ask a question concerning a vehicle I needed inspected. The gentleman in the office (Manager or Owner??) couldnt give me an answer and I was told to by the lady behind the counter to look it up online! When I politely question his lack of knowledge, he proceeded to arrogantly direct me to his wall of certifications. I was totally amazed at their total lack of professionalism and snide attitudes.Notes to manager1. The customer pays your salary2. If you cant answer a question let someone who can, handle it.3. Dont tell a customer to find information you are licensed to handle by the state.4. You can spend a lot of money to advertise but one upset customer can cost you much more.P.S. Here is the answer strait from TxDPS site but its sad I (the prospective customer) had to look it up. Please notice the TxDPS website used ALL caps on the word NOT.The windshield is NOT an item of inspection. However, the windshield wipers are. Be sure that the crack does not cause the wipers to tear and that the crack has not caused the windshield to become concave or convex so the wipers loose contact with the windshield.

Only one thing,, just do what you said.. never received my call back, you lost my business to the shop down the road,,I had my exhaust installed there a few years ago and almost every hanger support has broken off..
