Poor communication, poor performance and poor repair. Took over 3-1/2 weeks to get my car back for a quoted 5 day repair. Job was never finished and I had to stop him from attempting to finish the car, due to the wrong repair materials being used (fiberglass on yellow urethane bumper). Was lied to on multiple occasions on the progress, so I went there to find that what I was told was not accurate. If you value your time, money and investments(car) look elsewhere. He has been in business for a couple years and his skill level and lack of customer service show it.

I’m not a personal customer of Trevor’s, but I’ve dealt with him multiple times. In January my car was rear ended, and although Trevor knew he didn’t have the tools to do the repair at his shop (the damage was extensive and would need frame shaping tools) he took time out of his day to get in touch with me, to give me feedback as to what it would require to get my car fixed, assisted me in the steps to find the right shop for the repairs that would be needed, and even checked on me periodically until my car was fixed. Just to make sure everything was going well.Trevor goes above and beyond for his clients and future customers regardless of if he’s making money off of it or not. I’d definitely recommend That Paint Guy to anyone needing any type of Paint and Body work done, regardless of if it’s repair or cosmetic upgrade.

Needed my bumper repainted and he was very attentive and answered all my questions fast. Great work and very helpful. Worth the hour drive and will definitely be back in the future if needed.

Dropped a tv stand on my wifes hood from the overhead garage storage. I was in the dog house, so I took her 2018 Explorer to TPG right before mothers day to get and estimate. While I was there I also asked Trevor to address a rear fender that had been rubbed against the garage entrance and some door dings from parking lots (those were not my fault). Prices were good and I saw his work all over social media. I even asked if he could tint the tail lights as a mothers day gift. I dropped it off 3 days later and he was done in 72 hours. Great results and my wife loved the tinted lights. No more doghouse for me.

So glad I found Trevor to respray the front end of my car due to severe rock chips. I dont know that anyone else wouldve taken the time and effort to match the silver stripes like they did. They didnt stop until it was perfect. Only problem is how far he is from me, because I will be taking any other car needing paint to him as well!
