I very much enjoyed my experience with Randalls. They are not a high pressure sales. I had my ac fixed pretty quick. They were reasonably priced. Fred and Peggy took really good care of me. The installation techs cleaned up very well afterwards. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

I have called Fred numerous times to maintenance and repair our home ac system. Every time he has been prompt to arrive, diagnose and repair or replace anything needed. This past month I made a call because my husband was going through radiation treatments and told Fred of a problem that presented itself in the late evening, and his reply was I will be there at 6am tomorrow morning! And he was! He fixed the problem and went on his way! Thank you Fred for your customer service and availability! We will refer all of our friends and family to you and Randall’s Climate Control!

Randalls installed a brand new system 4 years ago. This October it quit working! 4 Years! We were told Lennox had manufacturing issues but still had to pay $1200 for the labor and wait 4-6 weeks for a new part. In December they installed new handler and since then we have had the same issue arise every two weeks and they cannot fix. Once again it is not working and now that we have had numerous people there from their company try, it is the same issue! The VPs remedy was to call and yell at my wife because of his incompetence. I am done! Do not use this company as they have terrible customer service!

Have known these guys for years and am constantly referring them to family and friends. The do great work and are reasonably priced.

Randalls Climate Control has serviced our AC needs on more than one occasion. They have been great. Not only were the excellent in their service, but I really felt they were reasonably priced for the time and energy for the job! I highly recommend their services. I will be a repeat customer for years to come!

Requested service to blow out AC drain due to water exiting the overflow drain; that service was performed, in addition he taped up areas around the unit where the duct tape was loose, finished in less than an hour and handed me a bill for $270.00. I would say thats expensive air and tape! And BTW, I still have water running out the overflow drain.

Randalls Refrigeration A/C was part of our new home build package. As such they were our first choice to contact for repairs. When our 1 1/2 year unit froze over we called them and they charged us for coming out. The technician did not fix anything as I had already taped over the leak and I was told that this was the right corrective action. He checked the refrigeration fluid and all seemed good. So far we were happy customers. Unfortunately the unit froze over again 2 month later and we called them again. After checking the unit the technician established that the unit was dinged up and the seals were not holding. The unit was still pulling air our of the attic from the side and the bottom which was not taped. The technician did not do anything and I was asked to pay the service charge again. When I talked to the service manager he was extremely conceding and unfriendly. I have never been talked down to like this before by someone in the service industry. We agreed that the technician would take pictures and he would get back to me immediately. After talking to the service manager I reluctantly paid the second fee in promise that I would get a credit for the repair of the unit. This has been now one month and I still have not spoken to the service manager despite calling their office frequently.At this point I do not use their services again and I have no hopes of getting the second service fee back which I believe was not warranted as non of their technicians actually fixed the problem.I do not recommend to use this company for any services as long as the owners allow their service manager to treat customers like this.

Randalls came out and installed a new system for a reasonable price. Randall himself was a pleasure to work with and Jason came out for the final balance and educated me on everything i needed to know but didnt. Would not hesitate to recommend. Would give 6 stars

Great service with very friendly office staff, I will use them for all my A/C & Heating needs.

So I had a leak in my condenser, which was causing mildew issues on my siding. These guys came by my house and fixed it within an hour. Super fast service, knowledgeable, and friendly. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Randalls is the best ac service company. We have used them for years and always trust that Randalls will get the job done right!
