Our new Kinetico softener system is GREAT ! John Keener, from Toledo Water Conditioning, came out to our house to survey the tiny install area, answered many questions & gave us suggestions & ideas that really helped us make our decision. The installer Nick was also Top Notch. He showed up on time, answered more questions, while working & was finished in 2 1/2 hours. I was amazed at how much accumulated goo was inside the copper pipe pieces Nick cut out to insert the new fittings. Our water pressure seems a little better already. We have Toledo city water & hope this new softener will eliminate our new faucets from plugging up again. Many, many THANKS to you TOLEDO WATER CONDITIONING !!
