Do not ever use this company from what the drivers say and from what happened to us on our trip. Bus breaks down sat on the side of the highway for 4 1/2hrs on a trip a busy highway buses full with kids. They get the run around from whoever they speak too for hours they said this happens every time. The buses are old well over 5yrs they barely run 500,000+ miles on them. They may be cheapest but it’s for a reason trust me take blue lake or deans might cost a little more but it’s ran a lot better then lakefront lines out of Toledo.

Terrible will never patronize lakefront again went to cleveland to the casino bus broke down on way back left us stranded for almost 2 hours at rest stop remind you we had elderly people and people in wheelchairs but the company insisted they had no one to bring a new bus to us very bad experience lakefront you need to step your game up other bus services are far more better than LAkefront only giving 1 star because thats the only way you can post your experience but truly dont deserve any stars terrible terrible service and raggedy buses

Driving from Michigan to Washington DC bus has a vibration at 60 miles an hour talk to the tour guide remembers the bus from a while ago never fix the vibration?Driving through a lot of neighborhoods not sure why driver even commented this is where I grew up is that a personal tour. Took 2 hours to go a 1/2 hour Missed Multiple planned destinations apparently driver can only operate bus for 9 hours. Missed cut off for bus cleaning toilets smells bad glad we brought freebreez. Saw other good post maybe its the luck or the unluck of the draw.

My daughter forgot her phone on the bus. She called and the gentleman who answered went and found her phone and held it until I could pick it up. Nice people, nice buses!

Bus we rented was almost brand new, the price we got was by far the most fair of the charter companies we received quotes from. We had two bus drivers... one was a little short at the beginning but warmed up over time and was a friend by the end of the trip and the other (Theo) was one of the nicest men Ive met. Dont hesitate to go with this company.
