Being a new company owner can have bring on a ton of new stress, financials being one of them. Tom and his crew has taken away all of that stress by doing everything they can, leaving me to be able to focus on bringing in new business and growing stress free. They are extremely helpful and have wonderful response times with any questions. I highly recommend them to anyone just starting out, or even looking for a new accountant.

I was looking for a CPA to switch my business to who would keep me informed of where my taxes owed were during the year and who not charge me for every little thing they did. I was happy to pay a flat fee as long as all services (with a few minor exceptions) were included. I have been with Tom and his crew for about 3 months now and we have had a few issues pop up, as they always do when dealing with accounting, but they were taken care of right away...fast and professional service. They always looked into the problems and even if they didnt know the answer right away, they were back to me within a few days with it. They also have followed up on everything they have done to make sure it was done correctly. Good professional service...hard to come by now-a-days.

I went to Tom for help with an issue with my Toledo local taxes, as well as a question about a settlement check I had received. I am very pleased with the help I received and would definitely come back to him for any further CPA needs. Compared to what I was going to pay filing by myself, Tom ended up covering his fee and saving me about an extra $100.We had a quick meeting (15 minutes) to go over the basics of my taxes, I gave him my paperwork, and then I just had to pick up my taxes once they were done. After calling and asking for information 1/21/19, prior to confirming an appointment, I asked what was a ball park figure it costs and that I didnt want to waste anybodys time. They wouldnt give a price so I mentioned how I wasnt obligated upon being told the price at my appointment 1/22/19 to follow thru with it. So, now its day of appt, After dropping the kids off at the sitter and enroute to my appt they miraculously called and asked if I remembered about me calling and not wanting to waste anybodys time, which I acknowledge and said yea, suddenly they have a price, itd be a minimum of $395!!! Total waste of my time, babysitters time, and not very professional. Had they told me the starter price yesterday of $395 I wouldnt have wanted every bodies time.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! My wife and I attempted to do our personal taxes on one of those do it yourself tax sites. After completing the forms, it claimed that we owed over 20,000. I knew this wasnt right, so I asked Toledo CPAs for help. After Tom reviewed my documents, it turned out that the IRS owed me nearly the same amount. Thats nearly a 40,000 turnaround.
