Everyone there was great, with Mike coming out to the car and helping me bring the printer in, and fixing the paper jam and testing the printer as well to be sure it worked ok. Karen also got me a great cup of coffee!! Truly a great place to bring your printer to. Agreed, not all printers can be repaired, but it is worth a try for sure....great company!!!

Erie Ink came highly recommended to me a few years ago and I have relied on them ever since!Chuck and Mike have helped me out several times on short notice... and have provided expert advice, prompt delivery service and reliable products.

I had a laser printer at home that was refusing to detect paper, so I gave Erie Ink a call after seeing that they offered laser printer repair. I spoke with the owner (I believe Chuck) and he diagnosed the issue over the phone (faulty logic board, not worth the cost to repair), but offered to have his technician take a look at it if I brought it in. I stopped by, and the main technician came right out and looked at it while I waited, confirming Chucks diagnosis. They didnt charge me a thing. They then offered some printer replacement options for me within my budget, including some recommended inkjet printer models (which they dont even sell).While I was disappointed that my printer had died, Im incredibly grateful that they were looking out for me and didnt want me to waste my money to have them take it apart and try to fix it, and that they were willing to make the best recommendation for a replacement, even if it meant sending me elsewhere. Great folks, and would happily recommend their business to anyone looking for a new printer, service, or ink/toner.

We have been using Erie Ink for a number of years and are always satisfied with the level of service Chuck, Mike and their team provide. We have purchased printers and cartridges from them, and Erie Ink was attentive to what our needs were. They even deliver, usually within a day or two!Prior to purchasing from Erie Ink, we had gone through at least 3 color laser printers (about 1 every year or two) and a monochrome laser. We explained our needs (over 15,000 mono prints annually and about 8,000 color annually) and expectations for the equipment; we not only needed a work horse, but we needed something that wouldnt need ink refilled every couple of months. We purchased a couple of refurbished printers that are excellent on ink consumption. We highly recommend Erie Ink.
