Ariel preformed my pedicure today & she was great. She was gentle & caring we had great conversation. I hadn’t been here in almost 2 years they now have a mini bar & Sara is my go to lady but she teaches now & I went on a Sunday…yes they are open on Sundays now!

Exceptional manicure & pedicure with Mya! She did an amazing job and was delightful to talk to! Everyone there was very kind and helpful.

This was my first time. There was no explanation of what to expect. What shoes not to wear. It was a gift for me and when I called for an appointment they had no explanation, warning about shoes or nothing. They were only intent on making the appointment. The girl was professional but still didnt make any explanation. They said 10 minutes should dry them. I waited 20 and they still werent dry. When I said I was dissatisfied, she said I could get them repainted but they would be a long time dying unless I wanted to pay an extra $15 for gel that dries faster. I didnt have time to wait today. I know this may sound petty, but business is business and customers should get what they pay for.

Always extremely clean and professional!! A little more expensive than the average nail salon but It’s so worth it! Never had a poor experience and have had several different techs when my usual one isn’t available. Bonus that they just remodeled and it’s beautiful!!

First time going to Jonathon Khoi Nail Salon in Sylvania, Ohio. Amanda was manicurist/pedicurist assigned to me as I had asked for someone experienced.She had a friendly personality and her experience shined.I highly recommend.

Mya did an excellent job on both my manicure and pedicure. I almost fell asleep while she was working on my feet it was so relaxing! Several lotions and a couple of massages made this an exceptional pedicure, far above any Ive had at other salons in town.

Not being from the area. I thought the spa prices were a little steep. When booking please tell them what package you want or they will book you for the top package.

Have had an appointment twice now with Jonathan Khoi nail salon and twice the appointment has been canceled on the salons part with no one available to perform the service. First appointment was canceled the day before. The second appointment was canceled the day of three hours before my appointment. I used to love the salon. Trying to decide whether to give it a third try before I move on to another salon.

Chloe was great, friendly, and east to talk too. I never go get my nails done, but will definitely be back if shes the one doing my nails 😊

Horrible experience, normally my past experiences were great this was my first time getting a manicure here instead of my normal pedicure. The woman who did my manicure (I received acrylics) filled two of my nails almost to the bed, so they hurt if pressure is applied or if I bump them on anything. You can see where the chunk of nail is missing. She was running 20 minutes behind which wasn’t a big deal except she didn’t have time to do gel polish which I asked for and instead I got regular polish. And the nails truly look awful I took them off the next day. Also while filling my nails down she was just filling my skin so I pulled my hand back and she apologized for not paying attention.

I truly enjoyed every bit of my pedicure,,,my nail tech Ashley has won me over completely, she did a wonderful job,,,esp with the feet I brought,,,jk!,,Im sure all the techs are great though,,it is very clean, professional beautiful atmosphere,,, perfect for my stress.

I made an appointment on their website and received an email confirming the appointment. When I arrived they had no record of the appointment in their computer so I shared the email I received from their salon. They offered no explanation as to how I had an email confirming the appointment and it wasnt in their computer. It was of no concern that I drove 50 minutes to get to the appointment. No effort was made to makeup for the mistake on their end. So disappointing -

The receptionist was great and very helpful. I called to see if they accepted walk-ins for two gel soak offs and an acrylic pedicure. I was told I could be seen in 10 minutes due to two no call no shows. I went to the wrong location and called notifying them that I would be late by 10 minutes. She said that was fine If worst comes to worst you wont be able to get the massage. After washing my hands I was greeted by my nail tech. She spent 30+ minutes attempting to remove the gel polish from my toes. I then reminded her that I wanted acrylic on both feet. After she spent more time attempting to remove the polish from my feet. She said she would not have time to do the acrylic because I was 10 minutes late. I attempted to tell her that the receptions told me being 10 minutes late would be okay, I would get the express pedicure instead which included no massage. The second person I was with was able to get both a soak off and a massage in a lesser amount of time. My nail tech left the white polish on both of my feet because she was running out of time. She buffed and painted over the old white and told me the color would cover the old white color. Never have I experienced a pedicure this badly. Everyone was nice however the service was not what I wanted at all.

Ive been once a month since December and I always have an enjoyable experience! I go to Brandee every time and she does a wonderful job and shes great to chat with! Everyone there seems to be super nice though!

The pedicure was great...service was good. But they didnt enter my appt. Lucklie they had someone available. Other wise I would have been upset.

Had an appointment with Chelsea today. She was fantastic. First time client at this salon and already booked another appointment. I have acrylic nails and needed a balance along with two repairs. She did an excellent job and the salon was extremely clean and very pretty. The receptionist working was very polite and helpful as well.

Clean building. Friendly girls. However, this was easily one of the LEAST satisfying or indulgent pedicures we have ever had. We paid $15 more than other locations and got way less for our money. Typically I get a scrub, massage, lotion treatment and some time to feel relaxed and pampered. This pedicure was about 30 minutes long and a complete waste of money. The building is lovely but that is as far as I would go. 🤷‍♀️

My wife & I have been in Toledo a little over a year. We liked our old nail place back home. It took us a few tries, but we finally found somewhere we like as much. Jonathon Khoi Nail Spa is great. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable. Its very easy to walk-in & see how clean the facility is. This location is the only nail place we go in Toledo.

Full acrylic set was horrrrible! I have never had a new set look so bad. I regret coming here on a whim when I needed a set quickly. I had to schedule at a different salon the next day to get them corrected. Price was NOT worth it. Paid about $20 more than my usual salon. Will not be returning. Quality & cost 👎👎👎

Lots of reasons but mostly expensive and not what advertised. Very deceptive even when dealing with reception. Didnt fulfill my scheduled appointment. When finally was seen after an hour...was told they wasnt enough time to put tiny heart on 2 fingers for valentines day. Also technician bragged about how she finishes with clients in an hour when others all take 30 min or more longer. Nails looked ok under the ambient chandelier lighting but once got home and saw...the tips were wrong sizes...too small and filled funny to hide...my cuticles werent pushed back, even after having asked them to be...was told oh yours arent bad. I didnt argue but they were and if I was to then pushed back and trimmed...would have needed a balance aka fill. Within 2 days I had 3 nails fall off so easily I didnt notice each time it happened. Had paid for gel...the nails were uneven in thickness within each nail...looked lumpy from side view. Treated a friend as well...her experience was basically the same. I bought us each 2 bath bombs. I started to get 1 each but was told they were buy 1 get 1 free...I asked if they had more variety of scents in back and they said no...we are trying to get rid of them. Noone buys them!! I spent $130 on two gel sets, 4 bathbombs and more on tip. When I explained I wasnt tipping rather than act concerned, I was told most people tip 15-20% my technician was nearby so I just tipped and left. Environment was gorgeous but that was all that might be considered special. No pampering...long wait...one of our technicians we were told was 40 was pregnant? and called in. I told them thats why I made our appointments in advance and wish they had called. They said they did and left message but not only was there no vm when I checked later, no record of a call to my phone that day at all. Last text was from night before from them confirming my appt which I did. Why they schedule a pregnant woman overdue to be one of our technicians who knows. Anyway...nothing pampering about it. Extremely disappointed...both of us.

Definitely had issues with larger people. Most of my girls for my bachelorette were plus sized. My nails were not done correctly and fell off after a week I also did not get the manicure care I paid for. One of my other girls polish didnt set and she went to wash her hands 3 hours later and the polish sloughed off. We had to go buy the color from the store to fix. Because it was such a big day, I didnt even think about these things until after leaving. $300 for 6 people and none.got their manicures before their nails. Disappointed.

Went there to get my nails fixed and polished, i had to go on my lunch hour so i was on a time crunch. My nail tech was Amanda and she did a fantastic job in a short amount of time. I even made it to work with time to spare :-)

My experience was amazing, from the relaxing yet sophisticated atmosphere to the customer service from each and every employee. My nails still get compliments, and I havent been back for 3weeks now. Taylor was my nail tech for my first visit an was very friendly an professional I look forward to my upcoming appointment.

My gel manicure came off one nail and I did a walk in. They took me within 10 mins, they didnt have an exact match so they did an accent silver glitter nail. Looks great and the staff was very nice and professional. Highly recommend this nail spa.

I love the look and cleanliness of the salon. The customer service my husband and I received was well below expectations. I had several gift cards and each time I went I felt the same way. Im a professional brown woman and I just get the feeling that this is not a place for me. I asked if I could soak my feet for a few minutes and you would have thought that I asked for a steak. I will no longer visit a place that doesnt value me. I never write reviews but, Im tired of being treated like my money isnt green. Im so angry. The more I think about how I Wasnt treated the more upset I become. The pedicure was basic, the young lady wasnt rude but she was cold, not friendly and made little to no eye contact with me. #youwontgetmymoneyanymore

Took my girlfriend and her friends to this place for her birthday, and her nails get all messed up by inexperienced nail tech after she work on it for an hour and half. So I decided to ask how long have shes been doing nail... her responded was she just recently, and shes been working as a receptionist, but since no one was available so the manager told her to take chances and learn.I had to take my friends to another salon to get her nails fix. The manager offered me 10% for the messed up nail service instead of the full refund. I didnt want to make it worst by arguing with her in front of my friends so we left, but definitely I will NOT recommend this place to anyone! Most of them are students just got out of nail school and getting pay by the hours so they dont really care about your nails.

Had to go back twice to get a decent mani-pedi and it still wasn’ t right. I have been there multiple times, always problematic.

Luxuriously decorated. Girls are very thorough. So far, they all speak English! A little on the high side price wise, but I think its worth it.

If you are a brown individual, I don’t think this is the place for you. Being as it may, me and my mother went in search of having her nails done for her birthday. Upon arrival, entering the door we didn’t feel very welcome. Also not knowing that they are an appointment driven company we were told they didn’t have any available seats for walk ins that day (the store was virtually empty) even though we arrived at 9:10 and they open at 9:00 am. The place just didn’t have a welcoming atmosphere for someone that looks like myself and my mother. Would have given it 0 stars if possible. The young woman at the front desk looked at us almost in disgust for entering the building.

Friendly staff!! Ive had my nails done twice at the Central Avenue location and have enjoyed the people I worked with each time. I only gave 4 stars because its incredibly difficult to get into the Maumee location and the second appointment I made at Central Avenue didnt start on time, but overall happy with the quality of my nails. Its expensive, but you get what you pay for.

I love this place. The girls are always so nice and do great work. Very cozy for a nice escape from reality.

Not sure if anyone in here qualify to do nails. They all seems to be trains from receptionist to nail tech within a couple of weeks. One of the girl told me that she still in high school working at front desk, and was told to do nail polish if someone walk-in since shes on hourly. I asked her if she is license nail tech, and she said she have to pass the exam first. *lolNever go back to this place again...
