Working at MSS has changed my life so completely, and I could not have asked for anything more as far as preparing me to succeed in medical school and in my life.Though I began working at MSS as a full-time scribe, I had the opportunity to take on more responsibility in the form of a leadership role. Being able to explore my interest in all aspects of the medical field made this the most unique and fulfilling experience of my life so far. I began this job with the expectation of being mentored by the physicians I scribed for, but I did not expect to be so inspired and supported by my manager and my peers. As a scribe, I notified management that I would be taking the MCAT in a few months and was immediately offered the option to take on a lighter schedule while studying and returned to my usual hours afterward. Also, as a nontraditional student, I had access to a lot of resources I would not have even known about otherwise while building my medical school application, based on the recommendations and experiences of other scribes in the company.This company would not be what it is today without the vision and sacrifices of its owner, Ramy. In the two years I experienced under his management, I can ardently say that I have never seen another leader go so far out of his way to support every single person on their team. With complete humility and optimism he has handled every setback encountered during the growth of this young company, all the while personally celebrating the victories of each scribe to pass through this job on their way to achieve their ultimate goal in the healthcare field. He has put every minute of his time in the years I have worked with him into developing a personal connection with each scribe, just so he could make sure they were getting everything they possibly could out of this experience. In just a few short years I have witnessed him build a small group of medical scribes into an organization which has become an undeniable asset to the medical field and pre-health students in this community.In every single way, being a part of this company was never how I imagined spending my gap years, but I could not be more grateful for the time I spent and the friendships I have gained working at MSS.

They’re nice people overall. But it’s a new company and I feel like it’s not a very reliable job from my experience. I never ended up getting placed after several months of asking and waiting and i got frustrated (and poor) enough that I had to quit.I feel like once you start working it’s a great experience and most of the team is pretty cool. They may be in a better place now but I thought I’d share my experience so you know if there’s any red flags it’s not worth it.

Great place to work. I have really enjoyed working for the company and have learned so much. Everyone is very friendly and the president tries his best to ensure everyone gains the most out of their experience while working for the company.

The doctors offices you may get placed in are a good experience but working with the company itself is not.
