We Called black and white to do a special project with multiple stops with very carefully instructions. David went out of his way to ensure that we were taken care of as a customer. I never used them before as we are from of the country and they certainly over delivered on a promise. The black Car shuttle experience he provided was top notch and it made my Guest being transport feel like a celebrity.Thanks David !!!
I don’t know if B&W changed owner but recently I had my worst experience with them. Fist I booked a sedan for my mom to the airport ‘cause I had a c-section and I wasn’t able to drive. On the way to the airport, a police officer pulled the cab over, apparently the car registration had lapsed .... then the driver left my mom at the North terminal when I specifically said on the confirmation she needed to go to McNamara, as she was flying with Delta. My 70 year old mom panicked as she is not from the area. I didn’t say anything then ‘cause it was the first time I had a bad experience with this company and I thought it was a one time mistake.... I was wrong.The second incident was that I booked a sedan to Detroit airport again days in advanced. I needed the cab at 4 am. At 3:55 am they called me that they needed to confirm my data.. huh? Well I give them my confirmation number and we checked my credit card number. They told me that they will search for an available sedan so they can be on time. Obviously, they couldn’t have a cab for me within 5 minutes. I called them again at 4:15 am and they told me that they were still looking for a cab. 4:30 I decided to call for an Uber. I called them to cancel the cab. The next day they charged me for the cab I didn’t use. I have called them at least 6 times to get my refund. One month later I’m still calling them to get my refund. This has become the worst company I’ve had to deal with!!!
