Oh my gosh. Jules injected my face and she is the best ever. First, there is no pain and no marks left. Great! Second, she is a facial scientist. By that I mean, she actually studies the contours of your face very carefully and recommends what product can be injected to solve the problem that you point out and what you can afford. It is a collaborative process which I appreciate. Finally, she has such a chill personality that you can trust her right away...much like Dr Barrone. I highly recommend her because she is a patient advocate that lets you know every step of the way what is coming next. She is my girl from now on.

Everyone there is so nice!!!! Doctor Barone is funny and very informative! You wont leave his office without answers to all your concerns and questions! He is awesome! Dr Barone and his staff are amazing! The front desk girls always greeted me with a smile and by name which made me comfortable right away. I had a full body lift. The procedure was explained to me in full. I felt I received excellent care at Regency and by Dr Barone and his team. The nurses there are excellent. One of them even came to my home on a holiday to assist with me getting in the shower the first time! Amy, the massage therapist, was wonderful and helped me start feeling better through lymphatic massage! It was a very emotional, and physically challenging at times, but the entire office wrapped their arms around me to let me know they cared and were there for me! I was just 37 when diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer. Im a nurse and was familiar with Dr. Barone which is why I trusted him and his team to do my breast reconstruction after my bilateral mastectomy. Dr. Barone and his staff thoroughly explain all of your options and work with you to get the best results possible. Every single person in the office are the kindest and nicest people I have ever met and they always make you feel so special. I always feel so good after my appointments with Dr. Barone thanks to him and his staff. They are also all very knowledgeable and efficient. Like I stated before, I had a bilateral mastectomy with immediate reconstruction. The first step was expander placement. The second reconstruction stage was implants which I chose to do with fat grafting. I highly recommend the fat grafting to give you warmth, a more natural feel, and better fullness to your breasts after the reconstruction. Treating yourself to the liposuction part for the fat grafting will only boost your confidence after going through the mastectomy and overall breast cancer journey. Trust me, its well worth it! Dr. Barone was able to get my breasts to look very symmetrical despite a lot of skin having to be removed from my cancerous side. The overall results so far have been amazing!! He is truly gifted and well experienced in his field. I highly recommend Dr. Barone and Evolv. You will not regret your decision.

I considered getting a breast augmentation after I saw the fabulous results my mother had from Dr. Barone. I finally decided to contact his office and made an appointment. As it would turn out, this would be one of the best decisions I had ever made! As a medical student, I understand the importance of seeking treatment from a board-certified plastic surgeon regarding safety and desired outcome. Dr. Barone was the right choice, and his results speak for themselves. I had my first consultation in the spring of 2020. I was very impressed as soon as I walked in the door. His staff greeted me with a warm welcome and made me feel right at home. The office was in immaculate condition, and I immediately knew I was in the right place. When I met with Dr. Barone, I was impressed by how up to date he was on the latest and greatest implant options available for me to choose from as a patient.I initially wanted to increase my breast size drastically, but Dr. Barone was reassuring and practical. I felt very comfortable talking to him about what I wished to have done. He was first and foremost concerned with my skins integrity to hold the implant and how it would complement my body. Truly amazing staff in all ways. Earlier this year I was diagnosed with early stage breast cancer and was referred to Dr. Barones office with multiple professionals telling me hes the best of the best. In my experience this was definitely true, and his staff is high caliber as well. It wasnt my favorite thing to go through, but the way that Dr. Barone and his team interacts with people made it easy, comforting, and helped me feel more peaceful and confident about everything I was about to go through.Now that Im on the other side of things and working with Dr. Barone on reconstruction post-mastectomy, I genuinely look forward to my appointments - not just to track my progress (which has been amazing!) but to get to talk to him and his nurses. They are ALL so sweet and caring, attentive, and genuine. I went in to get treated for my acne and I would highly recommend evolv. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the products are very good and high quality. I had had quite a bit of active acne and red skin only three months ago, but now, I have a much more even skin tone and only a little scarring left on my face. Dr Koltz is very caring, after my lumpectomy and reduction, I had a colon rupture 4 days after his surgery, he visited me while hospitalized and checked up on the surgery he performed. Love my new breast! They are just the right size now. Would recommend him to future patients.

I was in desperate need of a breast reduction. I found Dr. Barone on the internet and scheduled an appointment. I was nervous and a little skeptical. Soon as I walked into his office, every bit of doubt was washed away. His staff makes you feel like family. Its not a regular get in get out kind of visit. Everyone speaks to you and are genuinely interested in your well being and your journey. With that being said, Dr. Barone is one of the most well rounded, down to earth person Ive ever met. He is approachable and very thorough. Absolutely no confusion what so ever. He also provides a folder specific to you, pre-op and post-op so you can keep and refer too. That helped me a lot. My procedure was excellent and he gave me PERFECT breasts (in my opinion of course). I am extremely happy and super satisfied.

I am a week and three days post op from an extensive and difficult eye surgery. I will give a descriptive history regarding my severe eye issue. I have a history of ectropion, which originated back in 2009 from a very bad facial Staph infection that caused underlying/tissue scarring.I was suffering severe dry eye at this time, so my very experienced ophthalmologist, Dr. Rodney McCarthey, performed a tissue graft(takenfrom my ear) in 2010. This gave my lower lid a bit of elevation/support and seemed to help for about a year or two; however, around the two year mark, my internal scarring started to pull down again on my lower lids.In 2013, Dr. Barone performed a canthoplasty with a cheek lift, and the results were wonderful but because of all my internal scarring, my lower lids began to pull down thus exposing too much sclera. I even sought out a world renowned oculoplastic doctor, Dr. Allan Putterman, from the Chicago area. Dr. Putterman thought that the best procedure for me was to perform an invasive palate graft with yet another cheek lift. This procedure was so very extensive and it took almost six months to recover. Two days post op, I was in the emergency room because my palate broke open, and I was literally choking on what seemed to be a river of blood! The emergency room doctor seemed to get the bleeding to stop, so I was sent home. The next night, I ended up in the emergency room again because my palate broke open a second time thus causing blood to go everywhere! I was of course terrified at this point! The emergency room doctor finally had to cauterize my palate in order for the bleeding to stop.My eyes seemed to be stable for about two years only to go back to the ectropion condition like before and this meant.....the internal scar tissue was winning at pulling down my lower lids and causing constant tearing of my eyes and especially my right eye. My right lower lid was pulling down so much that my eye would tear all day long and day after day.Finally, I was back to see the most talented surgeon I have come to respect and love, Dr. Frank Barone. Dr. Barone is a very knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, and very talented surgeon. On February 27, 2019, Dr. Frank Barone took on my very challenging case. He decided to use AlloDerm, which is donated (cadaveric) human skin that is FDA approved and used in many types of reconstructive surgeries. Along with the AlloDerm placement into my lower lids, Dr. Barone performed a canthopexy, and used surgery thread from the lower lid to the brow bone to help keep my eyes lifted. My recovery is going well. I absolutely LOVE the position of my eyes, and my eyes are not tearing anymore! Dr. Barone is amazingly talented!Finally, I wanted to comment on how kind and professional Dr. Barones staff members are, and his nurses, Suzi and Julie, are extremely compassionate and talented. Suzi is Dr. Barones surgical nurse and right hand. She is very knowledgeable and kind. During my post op last week, she took the time to explain thoroughly the technique for massaging my eyes to help with the lymphatic drainage and how to gently pull up on my lower lids to help soften the lower lids. I thoroughly trust Dr. Frank Barone with my life. He is by far the most talented, knowledgeable, and compassionate surgeon I know. He truly cares about you. I want to thank him and his entire staff for always being so very kind and supportive.

I cannot describe enough how pleased I was with Dr. Barone, his staff, and the outpatient surgery crew.Everyone explained everything clearly and listened patiently to my questions and concerns.

Dr. Koltz and his office have been amazing to me. After going through reconstruction surgery from breast cancer 5 years ago (not with Dr Koltz) I felt I lost a huge part of me. On 3/5/19 Dr Koltz forever changed the way I feel and look. I decided to have a Diep flap done and I now have my chest back. I only wish this was available and offered to me 5 years ago. I was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer. My choice which was the best option for me, a bilateral mastectomy. A good friend of my sister had just been diagnosed and was a few months ahead of me in the surgical process, she gave me the name of Dr Koltz. I told myself going in this was just a consultation and probably one of many before I made my final decision on who I would trust with my breast reconstruction. I happened to be in the office on a busy day. Checking in the front office staff was so kind. Initially my husband and I went in Dr. Koltz’s office, sitting down across the desk from Dr. Koltz we proceeded to discuss all the options and he answered all the questions I had written down and any question my husband had. If you recall I mentioned I was in the office on a busy day, but every step of the consultation I had the complete caring, kind, devoted attention of every member of the Koltz team, when Dr koltz or Tara are with you you feel as if you are the only person in the office. When we were moved to the exam room my husband and I had time to talk. We both could not believe how kind Dr. Koltz was. His education and training speak volumes but it was so much more. We felt like we were in amazing hands. I trusted Dr. koltz and knew that day I had found my plastic surgeon. The day I had my bilateral mastectomy and expanders placed I didn’t realize how hard it would be not having my husband with me, being wheeled away from him in preop. Once I got into the surgical suite ( not kidding I thought about making a run for it). I was a bit overwhelmed and then I heard the voices of Dr koltz and Tara, then as I felt someone holding my hand I saw it was Dr. Koltz and Tara was there at the end of the table. They did not need to be in the surgical suite at that point but there they were and I will never forget how much that meant to me. I tell everyone I can about Dr. Koltz, Tara and Sam (Sam just recently joined the Koltz team). I recently had the Diep flap procedure for reconstruction and once again every step of the process I felt confident in the caring hands of Dr. Koltz. I recommend Dr. Koltz for anyone in need of a plastic surgeon!!!!!

This is my second attempt to write my long and overdue review!Ive been a patient of Dr. Frank Barones for the past eleven years. I had a very bad facial Staph infection that caused a lot of internal scarring. Over years, the scarring started to pull down my lower lids thus causing a constant tearing of my eyes. A local ophthalmologist performed a graft by taking tissue from my ear. This procedure helped for about two years but after two years, my internal scarring started to pull on my lids yet again. I even had a world renowned ophthalmalogist from Chicago work on my eye issues. This helped again....but only for a few years.Finally, Dr. Barone took on the very difficult surgery to restore my eyes to the proper position and to add AlloDerm grafts to help support my lower lids. Finally, my eyes have stopped constantly tearing, and my eyes look amazing! I LOVE my results.Dr. Batone is truly amazing, talented, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Barone for all your cosmetic needs and wants. He not only addresses surgical needs, but he is an expert in skincare too!

If there was such a thing as a 100 star rating, that is what I would rate Dr. Barone and his staff. I am one month post op for a Breast Reduction, and VASER Liposuction and I am so happy with my results! Dr. Barone is like a magician with a scalpel instead of a wand. He is a perfectionist with a great personality along with his nursing and reception staff. All of them make you Feel right at home and like your part of their family. At my pre op appointment, his nurse explained in great detail of how my surgery day was going to start and how it was going to end. It was also written down as well so I wouldnt forget anything. On surgery day, Dr. Barones surgery team was fantastic! Again all great personalities, very careing and all very fun people. I cant wait for my 3 month follow up appointment! Im so happy!

About 3 years ago I began to notice that my eyebrows were falling out, and my dermatologist diagnosed it as alopecia. Not wanting to wear a mere eye pencil line I purchased human hair prosthetics from a cancer patient website. While they are very realistic (Many people had no idea that they were fake) they have several drawbacks: a) Theyre expensive; 2) They only last about 3 months; 3) You cant swim in them; 4) Unless you have great dexterity theyre a pain to apply. My sister told me about how popular tattooing eyebrows, or more exactly, Micro-blading Pigmentation was in her area of Florida, and when I researched it I was impressed by how realistic they could be!In choosing my provider, I wanted one in a highly rated plastic surgery center. The first facility listed was Evolv. I was able to get my consultation appointment within a few days, and I was immediately impressed! The office staff are so cheerful, kind, and helpful! Lindsay Cole, the Medical Aesthetician who performed my eyebrow re-creation, put me right at ease! She has a terrific eye for color, thoroughly explained every step of the procedure including why touch-ups would be necessary, and patiently answered all of my questions...even when I asked them more than once!On the day of the procedure Lindsay showed me several different color pigments, and together we picked out what would look the best. She was very meticulous about documenting exactly what color pigments she used, the ratios that she used them in, and any other relevant detail for future reference. Another detail that I appreciated was that she applied the numbing gel numerous times before she started and also during the procedure. The most painful part of the process was the first pass of the needle/blade which felt like a moderately bad pinch. After that I didnt really feel much of anything. I held a mirror so that I could watch the entire process and found it fascinating!While its true that prosthetics are more realistic, what I would spend for them in both time and money made eyebrow re-creation well worth it! I am absolutely thrilled with the results, and I cant say enough good things about Lindsay! On a scale of 1-5 starts, I give her 10!!!!
