Weve had several clocks over Time repaired here. We have been very pleased with each one. The people are very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Get your clocks cleaned soon. This skill is a dying breed. Fifth generation is struggling to keep up with the needed work. We’re running out of places to get these movement clocks repaired. A+ knowledge and service.

The people at Fulkerson Jewelers are very nice. I had to get a watch battery for my watch. They were the only place that I could get a battery at. They ask that you call before you go in the building. They only allow 3 people in the building at a time.

3 Clocks taken in for repairs sat in the store for 8 weeks as the clock person was ill. Finally 2 were repaired but the third clock would not be repaired for 3 more months!! Their sign states they can sell your property if not picked up within 30 days..but they can keep your items not repaired for 6 months or longer.

Very reasonable price for repairs and repairs done while wait.

Stopped in last fall for an o-ring to be put on a gold chain, the employee gave me two options; $5 for an o-ring or $14.50 if I wanted to have it welded. I choose the o-ring only, it opened up twice in the past 8 months so I went back in July 2020 & suddenly the price for welding went up $28 😮 I realize the cost of gold has gone up, but not double in 8 months. THANKS BUT NO THANKS, Ill passed & I wont be going back again...

Absolutely the best jeweler in Toledo.I bought a watch band with pins and every other jeweler wanted $60 for a seiko band, which Fulkersons chuckled at, got the same band for $27.00.Very high quality band.I would reccomend Fulkersons highly. 100% Class act.

Needed a watch battery replaced. Fulkerson Jewelers & CLock Shop was the first hit on Google. I read the reviews then headed over. Plenty of parking on the side of shop. Nice friendly staff and waited 10 minutes while they worked on my watch. I will return when I have need of their services again. Pleasure doing business with Fulkerson.

I needed some watch batteries replaced, and I noticed an ad in the paper for Fulkerson Jewelers for $3.95 to place a battery. I brought in three of those coupons with three watches and my total price was $12.95 for three watches which I was very happy about. They have really nice jewelry in their store and they also repair clocks. I will go back to fall for something Jewelers since I do have a grandfather clock and more watches that need batteries replaced.

After being late by a month from when they said they could have my watch back to me fixed with almost no communication from their end, they gave me my watch back even more broken than before. Terrible service. I do not recommend these people at all

Took my 10k watch to fix the four breaks in band they told me 270 which didn’t include fixing the actual watch that was not working either. Took my watch to a Michigan jeweler and they fix the watch and all four breaks in the band for 75. My watch looks new and works well!!!!!! Fulkersons tried to rob me!!!!!! They are crooks!!!

Had a ring sized, then two weeks later the pearl fell off. Took it back and they gave me a attitude about how sizing pearl rings is a bad idea. They could have told me that before they took my money. Then replaced the pearl with an off color one that didnt match the necklace. Extremely disappointed.
