I hired Titan Property Services to clean my gutters. After my initial phone call, I had a quote within a few days and after accepting the quote, I was promptly scheduled for service. Zach and Justin worked quickly and efficiently to clean our gutters and remove debris. They even took extra time to fix a small roofing issue. Reasonably priced and very professional! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I called Titan Property Services to request a quote. I received a quote by email that same afternoon. I called and asked some specific questions about their services, the woman who answered the phone was very friendly, took my information and told me I would receive a call back. Zach, the owner, called me later that day and I went ahead and scheduled. On the day of the service, the crew showed up looking very professional in Titan Services shirts. We did a walk around the house and discussed what they would be doing. The crew leader, Nate, was high energy, friendly, and obviously cares about his work. They got to work right away and were finished in about an hour. I am very happy with the final result, my house looks fantastic! About a week after, my underground downspouts filled with leaves. I emailed Zach and told him I wasnt happy that this was happening because the downspouts should have been cleared. He called me about 15 minutes after receiving the email and asked if he and Nate could come out to see what was happening and try to resolve the issue. They came out and re-flushed the downspouts so they are now clear. I am impressed with the personal involvement of the owner and the pride he and his workers have in the company and their work. I will be using them in the future for gutter cleaning and I highly recommend Titan!!

Titan Property Services was given as a recommendation by several individuals. I went to their website and reviewed the section on deck restoration. The website was professional and informative. I called the business number and left a message. Zach got back with me promptly and within a couple days he made a site visit and got an estimate to me. From that point forward, my wife and I were extremely pleased with the effort of Zach’s crew in first power washing the deck which brought it back to looking almost like new treated lumber and then a couple days later in staining the deck with a beautiful translucent oil based stain. Our deck looks great and we are very happy. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Used them for exterior house cleaning. Prompt, courteous, fairly priced (about in the middle of the estimates I got), & stellar finished product. They ran out of cleaner & had to delay finishing a couple days, but they were very apologetic & communicative. Things happen, of course, & I understood, but their clear communication & updates about the delay made it a great experience overall.
