Great rental company for equipment, always great service and very knowledgeable. Always helpful when looking for that certain tool that you cant afford for that one small job. Definitely will be calling them again for the next job, to rent some great tools.

Rented a track steer and transit level for my pool project. Great prices, and everyone there is always friendly and helpful.

Rented an aerator for my lawn for a couple of hours. They also provided a trailer for an extra $20. The equipment was in excellent condition and ready to go as promised. Everyone was very helpful. I did not mind driving a couple of extra miles in order to support a local business. I would certainly recommend them to both homeowners and contractors.

I have done around 25 rentals through Great Lakes and their service has always been impeccable. Of those 25 or so rentals, Ive only had a problem with 1 of them, and they not only solved the problem promptly, they didnt charge me for the rental.I would highly recommend Great Lakes Rentals to anybody I know.

Tim and his staff are so great! They are very knowledgeable in what they do. We called for help making a garden in our back yard. Tim suggested the right equipment and sent a very knowledgeable person out to help with the project. They cut the sod and showed us how to dispose of the extra sod properly. Everyone there has been friendly. We have had a fair amount of work done on mowers over the years and they are great with getting you back out on your lawn quickly. We’ve rented other things from them as well and everything has always been in great shape.

Excellent Service! I had a problem with a chipper I rented and Tim, the boss showed up in 15 minutes personally. Climbed in the equipment in business casual clothes and fixed it up right away. I was able to find the generator at Great Lakes at a time when a lot of people were looking for them, because of the significant wind damage. Great Lakes offered a fair delivery charge and rental rate and delivered the generator in less than an hour. Will definitely rent from them again, and recommended Great Lakes to another storm victim.

Took in my Wright Stand On Mower for warranty work. Had an issue where I would go to start the machine and it wouldn’t start due to an electrical switch not functioning correctly. (Diagnosed it myself but didn’t repair due to being under warranty still). Dropped off machine and staff was helpful. 1 week goes by and I get a call saying they are having trouble duplicating my issue and only got it to act up once. I’m told by the technician that over the next few days he would “go back and turn the key to start the machine a few times per day to see if it acts up”. I say okay that’s fine. 2 weeks after I drop the machine off I end up calling to get an update and was told the machine wouldn’t act up, they called the manufacturer with no luck, etc. I say okay I’ll come get the machine and just keep an eye on it and try to record what happens if the issue comes back. Drive 1hr from Michigan to pickup my machine and I’m hit with “since we couldn’t file a warranty claim, we have to charge you a $54 diagnostic fee”. Ummm what? I was never told this would be the case if they couldn’t warranty the part and $54 to turn a key a handful of times? Needless to say, I will not be going back to this location for any of my repairs or to purchase another $7,000 machine and will have to stick to fixing my machine myself until another Wright Dealer opens up closer to home.

So far all positive experiences with them. Ive rented twice, a skid steer and concrete buggies and although i had an issue with one of the buggies they made it right. By far the cheaper prices compared to everyone else in Toledo.

I have never been talked to like a child in my life like i was talked to in the 5 minutes i was at this place so unprofessional.This place sounded so sexist just because a girl comes in to rent a lift (but im sure if i was a guy he would not have said the things he said.

Made online reservation for 2 banquet tables and chairs. No one ever called finally had to call them they said they were out now and had to rent round tables instead. Went to pickup at location in Perrysburg they werent there. Told they would be sent to that location in the afternoon then they changed their mind and said they would deliver them after 3pm. Waiting now since 3pm it is now 7pm. No one has shown and they are closed so I cant call to see what is going on. I have used this Co in the past to rent equipment for local remodeling business but no more. I dont appreciate businesses that lie to me. In the morning I will update this review and if they dont take care of it I will be getting my deposit back.

Unhappy with their service. I accidentally forgot the $1 spoon when returning my item and they charged me $8 because it was not returned. I was unhappy with the way the situation was handled and plan on using another rental company for my services.
