This is the worst place any company could ever ask to help find employment for their companies. Not only is the place a reminder of my grandmothers Floridian 4 season porch, but the old lady behind the counter isn’t truthful, lacks customer service skills in every way.They are going paperless with no computers available to help with the process of achieving employment. They tell you to use your computer at home. (I’ve never owned one). Then they say you can use your cell phone. ( I have a basic flip).So here I am asking a fellow friend to help me fill this out.I would recommend EXPRESS temp service, Renhill, Manpower, etcAnyone but this company here.Your Southwyck location is HORRIBLE!

I worked with Supplemental Staffing a very long time ago. I had a lot of problems with my life when i was younger. Now since I want to use them since I put my self through a trade. I cant use them to find a job that I have a trade in. They told me they cant use me at all and need to move forward. I guess they dont believe in people to change there work ethic or for the better in their life. They play games and Chelsea and Lisa Dison are very unprofessional and play the he said she said game with you and get you to be banned from them. Without people that need a job they would not have a job either. Dont work here.

I have used supplemental staffing for over 5 years for my short term and long term projects requiring extra labor. We have had many wonderful employees report, some of whom, we have hired on full time!The only negative is the nature of supplemental labor itself, in that sometimes the dependability of employee punctuality is less than perfect.All in all, a great temp service, definitely will be used for years to come!

Ive been working with he Supplemental Staff for almost a year now and they have been truly wonderful partners. They have assisted many of the clients I serve, who are in search of stable employment. We check employment retention at 30 60 and 90 days. Most of the men are currently still employed!I would also like to especially mention Christie who has allowed some of her staff to engage with our clients. Karlee Revoir has been very dedicated and flexible to meeting with potential candidates, getting them scheduled with Cassie for employment as well as giving tips and tools on how they can improve!!Thank you

This place is wonderful, super nice, friendly, and most importantly, they actually try to get you a job. Within a few days after applying, they connected me with a great job. The staff was super communicative, responsive, and hard working to make sure I had a position as soon as possible.

When looking for the right position for myself or my business, the staffing firm I would choose would be Supplemental Staffing. They are active in the industry and their community as volunteers sharing their talents and best practices. They highly value continuing education for themselves and their staff, which contributes to a positive work environment and attracts the best candidates.

I have dealt with this sorry excuse of a temp agency for three months!!! And have gotten nothing but lied to etc. Here recently was placed at a job site and was there for only two days and got told by them they were ending my assignment due to some bs excuse they threw out. Called them the following day and asked them for the reasons and got nothing except more sorry excuses!!! IF YOUR A SKILLED CRAFTSMEN DO NOT APPLY WITH THEM THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE TIME OR EFFORT!!! But if you want your family to hurt money wise by all means apply because they are good for it!!!

They found me a great job 5 years ago, so when I got downsized last Monday, Mary was the first one I called. They got me an appointment in less than a week. I just got back from a great interview and very sure I will get the job.

Ive been working with Supplemental for almost 3 years. After a simple conversation with them and a quick form to fill out, they had a pretty good idea of what I would like. Soon after, I interviewed a got a great job! They handle my benefits and pay without ever having an issue.

Would be 0 I was turned down because I started an app with them but had to leave because of an FAMILY EMERGENCY!!! They wouldnt even let me come to reapply told me that If I couldnt finish the app they dont trust that I would show up to work like WOW

Monday, May 1, 2017; 3:45 p.m. I called last week and was told that they would call me back as soon as something becomes available. No call yet, but I just called in today to follow up and was told the same thing. Yet, I am friends with a few guys who have gained assignments, and these guys told me that they placed a bunch of people, last week, at the same job site that they (the guys I know) work at. So, Im not certain if I, myself, am not who theyre looking for. At the same time, I would appreciate them letting me know that, instead of just putting me on a callback list and telling me that they will call when something becomes available, when it is obvious to me that something has become available, but I wasnt called back. Now, the guys that I know seem to think that I havent called Supplemental back, because they actually see new bodies being placed at their job site, but Im not one of them. All of this is puzzling to an extent, yet it would seem to be more proper if Supplemental would just be more honest and forthcoming to jobseekers.

They have messed up my husband’s paycheck repeatedly. They also continue to get his name spelled incorrectly (and it’s not a difficult name to spell) which adds to the disorganization. At first they didn’t have any federal being taken out. When my husband corrected it- his federal would (and still continues) to fluctuate drastically even though he words the same amount of hours at the same pay each week. One week they were off 10.5 hours (overtime included) because they confused him with another person with the same name. If you decide to go through them (which i would not recommend) be sure to pay close attention to your paycheck.

Professional service, understands our labor needs

This place is so disorganized. They will mess up your pay and then tell you they cant fix it. They never gave my boyfriend his first paycheck and they messed up his pay and told him they cannot reimburse. This is the absolute worse temp agency in Toledo. I recommend you go literally anywhere else.

If I could give them a 0 I would I worked with them for a few months and had nothing but problems with them I dealt with lisa shes very rude and very mean she has the worst attitude ever I called them to find out if they had any jobs and they never called me back I dont think my fill with them is even open anymore they pick and choose who they will work with and who they wont work with and help I had to f my own job because they would not find me one and then they got made over that worst temp agency in the state do not go here its a waste of your and money

One star because I cant put zero stars. Dont even waste ur time with this place unless u enjoy always getting answering machines always leaving voice messages and never getting a reply. These people SUCK at finding u work and SUCK at answering their phones. Basically, this place is all around a pile of crap that shouldnt even be in business

If I could give no stars I would, my husband went thru these guys for 2 years, they had found him work, but towards the end, they didnt have ANYTHING at all. He ended up finding his own job, but got laid off, so he called back. (Knowing he was terminated) but wanted to get back involved with them. The lady from HR just called, and was VERY rude to him. Even said she didnt know how they gave him work to begin with?!?! This place is a joke. They pick and choose who they will employ. Go to someone else, or work fast food.
