Well, I applied here for the first time a couple months ago online. When i called in to get some help regarding a question I had about their site, I was met with a rude guy over the phone who literally treated me like I was stupid. He didnt even sound like he enjoyed working or helping me in any way. I let it slide, because, I understand...people have bad days. We all have them. Fast-forward, I came in to acquire about a job placement and again, the guy I saw acted weird and didnt even seem like he was happy to help me in anyway (Probably the same guy I spoke with over the phone. I do know his name but I will not disclose that information online since its not a good review on his part) He barely made eye contact with me. I greeted another worker with the most pleasant smile and in return she gave me a stare like she hated my guts!!! I didnt feel liked, nor did I feel welcomed to be there. I felt really uneasy. Dont get me wrong! Everyone behaved professionally, however, no one acted welcoming or nice. And as a place that prides themselves in putting people to work, and helping jobless people (such as myself) you would think they would lead by example.Im not writing this from a place of anger or resentment, but rather from a place of love & concern. I do understand that maybe the Staff at Adecco deals with allot of ignorant people. I just simply wish that they didnt allow the attitudes of others to get the better of them when dealing with kind people such as myself or the next person. On a lighter note, Susan (older white woman) was very, very sweet and shes the only reason I didnt feel let down after leaving. She made me feel at home and made me feel welcomed to be there. Shes the one I would recommend anyone to talk to if they decide to give this Temp Agency a try. My goal isnt to get anyone into trouble but rather spark a thought or conversation about the kind of impact we can leave on others. I just hope that if I have to return in the future,whether its over the phone or in person, that my experiences will be more pleasant.

I talked to an employee by the name of Don, speak with him if you ever get a chance he was really helpful. When I had set up my account online, the link I was connected to was an unkown adress. Don switched all my files over to theirs and sent me prescreens to my email for a specific job I wanted. Very good staff as far as my knowledge.

Not worth your time find another Temp agency that will pay you more

Been with the company a long time but I feel jipped the last few months of working supposedly 16hs of work comes out to being $46 hmmm...
