As a business owner I find that Tate and his team are great to work with. I have called on 365 when in a pinch and have needed more people for short or long term. They produce the job description (with my input) and recruit and vet active candidates for me. What I like best is that if a person is not working out, we just give 365 a call and they replace them for us. No more hire/fire drama. Great talent pool to draw from. Works quickly with our needs. HORRIBLE.They Basically Fired Me (THE LAST DAY OF MY TRAINING) Because I Mispronounced A Few Words, I Was Reading To Fast, The Training Manager (Tammy) Felt Like The Job Is Too Much Pressure On Me Because It is My First Job & Also Because Im 18! Which Is Referred To As Discrimination. Oh Just To Throw In There, There Are Only 5 Days Of Training, And They Put You On The Phones THE THIRD Day & The Last Day They Listen To Your Calls To I Guess Basically See If You Get The JOB! Even Though You Basically Have It If You Are Obviously In Training. Also, Not To Mention I Believe It Was The Second Day Of Training We Took A Mini Assessment By Just Reading A Script. I PASSED. So They WASTED All My Time Just To Fire Me On The LAST Day Of Training. Later That Day, My Husband Called HR And One Of The Questions He Asked Was If They Have Extended Training For Those Who Might Need It And Her Response Was YES. So Why Are You Firing People Then If They Are Reading To Fast, Mispronunciating Words? I Thought Thats What Training Is For. Of Course People Are Going To Be NERVOUS When Its Something Theyve NEVER Done Before, You Know. Talking To Strangers. Yes Youll Be Nervous. But Thats The Point Of Training. You Train People For Them To Get Better. NOT EVERYONE IS PERFECT. It Takes Time. Not Just Oh Youre Getting LET GO Because You Couldnt Perform The Job Correctly. Not To Mention This Just Happened Last Week.
Horrible employment agency and the call center was too. Nasty attitudes from management (Jody and Angelica), and shorted two of my checks. I will never recommend anyone to work here. My worst job experience ever in life.
