I would not recommend this company because of communication issues. I used them and they were helpful but very slow. Every time I call just to ask a question they were always too busy just to take a moment to help me. I was always told that I had to schedule a call and that would be days away. Not being able to ask a question about your credit sometimes can’t wait. They did get some items removed but it took months. They send letters in the beginning that don’t get to the root because they want to stretch out your subscription. I had trouble with one company and had to send a registered letter myself which got the item removed. They do not have good personal service and don’t care about you. They send the letters each month to get their money and then that is it with only doing what they have too. In short they are too busy and lump letters together just to get their money.

As soon as I signed up they immediately began working in my behalf sending out dispute letters. They keep me up to date on what’s going on & also send me helpful tips explaining the process & how to keep my credit in good standing. So far I am very impressed with their professionalism & knowledge!

I need to raise my credit score a few points to buy a house. Jason And his team did that in just a few days. With in the first week they had letters out to every creditor challenging there debt and making sure it was done correctly. I also ran into a snare with an old repo and getting past underwriting and Chris helped with several options to take care of it. I recommend Witness Riches to anyone needing to repair there credit. They ask for you to be patient an give them a couple months but in my experience it took a couple weeks to see improvement. 5 out of 5, reasonably priced and super easy to work with. I have been with Witness Riches since Oct 20. I made the decision to start working on my credit. I love the way my credit counselor is always in touch with me about every single item on my credit report that I have questions about. Stay far far away they will treat you like nothing if you let that membership cancel I have waited 7 months for one reply about anything on my credit report it shows they sent sent out 10+ disputes over 2 rounds so 20+ letters according to my portal at the time To no avail I canceled my membership because it’s no telling when the credit bureaus will reply back I encourage everybody to be smart they will just keep charging .my first dispute was sent 7 months ago still no reply not to mention Jason white lying under my previous comment saying they got something deleted which was 100% not true nothing got deleted because of anything witness riches did these are the facts it was never about the refund it’s about transparency and being honest y’all know it’s gone take more than 90 days to get a reply back(personally going on 8months) yet that is the cut off for the money back guarantee what a joke save your time and money people please!!!!

Not very good credit repair service a lot of talk no results. I know nothing happen overnight but I never had anything disputed on my credit report . We’re going on 60 day no results I say spend a little more and get better service.My expectations are not out of bounds I lower my credit ratio to under 30percent and made sure I paid everything on time I believe your company scam and review are not actual client. How can something be removed if u never send a dispute to credit bureaus?

Having no credit history is worse than having bad credit. Creditors know they can make money off folks with bad credit while folks with no credit history are a risk. Be very cautious I have had this company since late November 2020 I have seen my credit scores increase exactly 0 points The credit bureaus are taking longer than normal which means they can keep charging you until they respond customer service was great until I let my payment relapse for not seeing any results in which case the lady who Answers the phone said I can’t speak with anybody until I pay absolutely insane good people in the company but not satisfied with my results hopefully yours is different wouldn’t say don’t try just be cautious I wasted time and money maybe you don’t have too

I’ve been with this company since the end of September I believe.It’s now December soon to be January and nothing has changed. I’ve been receiving email stating they sent out dispute letters. Nothing on my credit report shows anything being disputed. Why do I see other people getting results from themselves or other credit repair companies from the credit bureaus.When I sent out my own letters the credit bureaus had I put in disputes 2 weeks after receiving my letters. They canceled my membership and I didn’t even cancel it. They did not update my report for November I had to remind them. To me nothing is being done I’m just being told letters are going out. I have been sending my ID and updated utility bills so I don’t know what’s going on at this point.I’m about to pay them again for December and still no results smh.If I don’t see nothing happening by the end of January I’m canceling.

I really wanted this to work out for me but, I paid this company $75 a month for about a year and my score couldn’t even get to a 600...out the gate I asked if u could just do “payment for deletion” on some accounts because i already knew the deal...but nope their procedure is disputed everything and “payment for deletion” is the last option...so I went along with it assuming they know best...12 months later I’m still getting notifications of “first round disputes” being sent on my behalf...don’t get me wrong it wasn’t all bad...my score definitely increased but I still can’t even get a basic credit card and it’s been 12 MONTHS!! I could have paid off some of these accounts with all the money I paid them up to this point...It wouldn’t be so bad if you could call and talk to someone about what’s going on and work out a detailed plan/road map on how getting to a decent credit score, but, you have to make an appointment for that and and you aren’t getting a road map at all...It’s Sep 2nd...I went to make an appointment for a phone call..and the earliest is Sep 21st!!!! Which is what prompted me to write this review...I’m not going to give 1 star because they did help my score increase but I definitely wasted hundreds of dollars because a high 500’s credit score is useless...and if they have time to respond to this review before I can get a call with my credit repair person then that right there shows what time it really is...This company may be good for people who have a certain type of bad credit but the type of bad credit I have apparently isn’t fixable by this company...if someone could call me and convince me that there is hope in the near future then I would love to continue with the program but right now I feel like I’m wasting $75 a month and plan on cancelling soon as they open today.
