CD Building Services (Ray & Chad) was very accommodating when working with us on two post-construction cleaning jobs. On one of the jobs, we had to stop cleaning in mid-process due to an unforeseen issue at the facility. After the issue was resolved, they did some rescheduling to get our facility cleaned so we could open on schedule. Also, they are currently doing the nightly janitorial services at both buildings and the staff at each facility is pleased with the cleanliness.

Best building maintenance company I have ever worked for!! I mean that!! The management team treat everyone with dignity and respect! Unheard of in this type of industry. I,we,are treated as we are family. Great opportunities to boot!!

Got a job here threw a mutual friend. Really looked forward to working with them. Until about a week in the mom of the owner calls me to tell me I was done way to fast at my job. So I called an asked what i all missed an she says her husband said I didn’t sweep. I proceeded to let her know if she felt like I didn’t do my job I’m sure there’s cameras she could check. Then she changes her story an tells me her husband said it just looked like the vacuum spit the salt out cause it wasn’t set low enough.(which wasn’t my fault) so the next day she tells me I need to come to work earlyTo talk about the situation. I let her know I’ll be a lil late due to my babysitter running late. She told me it was fine. Well in the process of waiting for my babysitter to call I had an emergency with my family about my grandmother. In the mist of that my phone died. Well when I get it charged an turn it back on which was no later then 6:30. She texts me an tells me to turn my stuff in an that I’m fired because I ignored her. Which was completely not true. But I was ok with it considering how she was treating me. Well a hour goes by an I get a call from my friend who got me the job an she calls me mad because the lady calls her telling her all my business on why I was late an everything that happens! As a professional company they should not be telling everybody’s business to the next employee. An I will never recommend them as a employer. The mother tells EVERYBODYS business to EVERYBODY!
