An over priced car wash and an extremely pushy girl trying to sell me a membership even after I told her I dont visit that part of town often. There are 3 less expensive car washes near me so I wont be back and neither should you.

If I politely decline membership and you keep asking me why!! It is so rude I will never go back!!

I have the unlimited pass, which is convenient, but my car is never dry when I leave, and the staff have caused my rims to be horribly scratched due to misguiding me onto the “track”. I found a different car wash that has a nearly flat track and better drying, so I’m contemplating switching.

Super friendly,always helpful.The entire staff just has a cheerfully attitude.If your going anywhere else,your missing out.Side note.my kids LOVE the BUGZOOKA.the random costumed employee has them asking if we can go back,even if its gonna rain we do.All in all,WELL worth the monthly membership.😄🙏👍

Every time I go they waste my time trying to sell me a membership when 10000 times I’ve told them I wash my car once a month. It wasn’t worth the membership. Other than that I would’ve liked it. Good vacuums

I recently signed up for the monthly plan. I truly enjoy my car wash “experience”. The staff is really friendly, fun and professional. Each morning before work, staff puts a cute smiley face on my window and says “have a good day” it’s definitely the small things that matter! I love having the amenities to use if need be (wipes, magic erasers, car scents and dog treats. Kudos to you all!

No call back, bought the Ultimate Wash, bugs all over and hand prints still on my vehicle. Reported when I went back 2x, did not fix the problem, I paid for thw wash again.

I had a terrible experience here today I just wanted a single car wash and the girl kept trying to sell me the membership everytime I refused she got more upset and was making smart comments like well this isnt going to be available next time you come back and I told her no again and she literally said why not?. After finally getting my $14.99 single wash the car was still dirty bird poop on the hood and dirt on the lower half of the car . I used to go to this place for vacuum cleaning and sometimes for washes here and there I will never go back to this business EVER again I just wanted a car wash not to be harrassed.

Their tire shine machine malfunctioned and damaged my car. Employee witnessed it, emergency stopped the car wash and had to manually push my vehicle out. The tire spine part damaged my running boards to the point that I cannot use my drivers side back door. At first the employee called the owner or manager and they said they’d pay for it and get back to us on that following Tuesday. They called and then said they will not cover the cost as they don’t cover running boards.If that was the case why would they let my vehicle in the car wash & why wouldn’t they tell me when I purchased my membership. Now they will not return my calls.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Plenty of supplies and other free stuff for monthly members. The monthly fee is very affordable

Great price on monthly plan they have free vacuums, free tire air, free rug beaters and they even have towels to dry off your car. Just make sure you put them back so they dont take away the free towels. If it wasnt so far from where I live I would have kept my membership.

Went to this establishment mid February for a car wash and was talked into doing the membership for $20 a month. I bought a brand new vehicle that same month and trusted the establishment that going forward and getting washes that my vehicle would be cared for and maintained. However that has not been the case, since getting my car washed multiple times I’ve received scratches and gashes on my vehicle in the same area. Unaware at first where the damages were occurring from I thought they were from me but didn’t understand how since the vehicle is a luxury vehicle and I do well taking care of my things and I’m a good driver and where the damage was at it was difficult for it to happen from me and daily driving. Come end of March, I received a car wash on my lunch break once I received my wash I went back to work and soon after I was off I realized another gash on the same area as the previous damage on vehicle I immediately realized it must had come from the car wash. Upon further investigation on my end I filing a piece of fiber strand embedded into the paint/damages area that was of the same color of that used at the establishment. I filed out an incident report and spoke with the manager on duty about the situation as well as showed him video proof of the damage and the embedded fiber strands on the same day of that wash however the manager denied all claims and denied that faulty machinery caused any damage. This has caused a huge inconvenience on me and I figured and trusted that management would be willing to help in this situation and that the establishment would take care of my vehicle everytime I entered the wash but this was not the case. I would not recommend anyone to use this car wash.

Will never go again. Music is blaring while youre waiting a half hour for a car wash and when you realize you want to leave you cant because youre trapped in the line of cars . Russ car wash is much faster and does the job .

Me and my husband went to have our car washed and we sat there for twenty minutes because cars that had a monthly pass got to go ahead and I think that was very rude. They should have to sit in line like we did, instead they were privileged to go ahead. We wasnt the only ones that turned around.

Does anyone know the email to cancel the membership, I felt bullied into getting because they wouldnt take no thank you for an answer. Of course the phone number you get no one and I dont see an email on the flyer they gave me to stop recurring charges. Could someone let me know what it is pretty please and thank you.

It would be nice if the vacuums had an attachment for small areas like between the seat and the console

2nd time going there was worse than the first. Both times badgered about buying a membership. This time the guy would not accept my answer of “no thank you.” He continued to pester me about it for about 5 more minutes. Then he asked “why won’t you just spend $5 more for the membership?”, as he pulled down his mask and sprayed his spit into my car. That’s when I had to roll up my window and get out of there. Very unprofessional sales people and very rude, not to mention dangerous to me and my passengers’ health. Never go there. I am absolutely appalled by my experiences there.

The list checking me in gets on my case about rolling up my window so she can place a receipt on a pole so they can socially distance meanwhile her coworker is helping people without wearing a mask. Maybe get stuff inorder at your business before you try amd tell me how to get my receipt. Also dryers are horrible my car still has water all over it and spots horribly

They have huge signs out front advertising a $4.99 wash on certain weekdays, then spend multiple minutes trying to upsell you on unlimited plans. Cashier demanded to know multiple times why I wouldnt upgrade. No thanks. I can get a $5 wash with free vacuums at Meyers any day of the week without dealing with pushy salespeople. Not coming back here again.

I love this place. I have 4 vehicles and they all need cleaning regularly.I am there just about everyday. The service is great and the people thereis awesome. The monthly plan is the BEST!!!!!

Went on 11/16/19 for a quick wash after recent snow. Overall look of place was nice enough. They WILL try to upsell you on the monthly subscription if you are only going for a one time wash. And they will do it everytime. I spent a good three minutes listening to the cash register lady explain the perks and benefits of a $14.99 or $19.99 per month plan and if I would be interested. They apparently will take your payment right and then to get it rolling. Well despite saying no not this time I then got a another round of what is keeping you from doing the subscription today? Felt like I was in some kind of negotiation for a simple car wash.This is why Ill probably not return and stick to self-serve or regular automatics. Regular wash was decent enough, nothing spectacular. It is a nice perk to see the free vacuum, free air, and mat shampoo stations. Although its hit or miss which ones will work on any given day.So 2 stars because the customer service aspect really makes you not want to return and deal with what should be a relatively easy trip.

Was bullied into a monthly membership. Cancelled the membership online the next day so I wouldnt have to deal with them again. Per the information on the receipt I had to cancel within 10 days of the next payment. It was cancelled on 3/7. I just got charged today 3/22. Shady business that is stealing from people. Charge has been disputed and company reported for fraud

$19.99 a month for an unlimited car wash. If you’re like me and like a clean car, this is the place for you. I like the hand held air blower to get the debris out of areas the vaccine won’t reach. They also offer a self serve bin that offers complimentary air freshener, dashboard and steering wheel wet wipes, Dum Dum Lollipops and dog treats. I go 1-2 times a week. The staff work hard and they are very nice.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is a total joke!! I washed my brand new car at this place 12/28 I paid for an unlimited pass. Something inside of the car wash beat the hell out of my passenger door! A car I just purchased 12/12. I have dents and scratches and need a body shop. The owner of the car wash promised to take care of my car using the best body shop In town I was given a quote from the body shop(R&S Collision) of 698 dollars. The owner of the minute man car wash told me (through text messages) that as soon as he receives the email from the body shop hell approve it and I can get my car fixed. Well I still havent heard from him and its another day. Its been 6days total since this Incident.

Worst car wash in Ohio

Paid $14.99 for a wash, thought my car was going to be amazingly clean especially for that price. Only looks clean in the dark, you can still see the dirt all over the car. No sign of prices and what comes with the wash you select, kinda shady.. I dont even know if the wash I received was indeed the $14.99 wash... I am guessing not since it still looks like it did when it when in.

One of the least expensive full service car washes I have been to in the Greater Boston area. Youve probably driven by the sign on route 93 dozens of times, by the time you see it you are flying past the exit. If you get off at exit 31, you can take 2 rights and arrive at this hidden gem. Affordable, efficient, and much less busier than competitors in the area.

I have the unlimited plan and I like everything about the wash except for the occasional lazy employee, though not frequent, and the amount of days the wash is closed bc of technical or maintenance issues. But they usually do something to make up for the days they are closed. All in all I would recommend to anyone who needs a car wash. I have been an unlimited member for almost a year now and I plan to keep coming back

The vacuum was not strong enough in my opinion but other then that it was cool and they have a mat cleaner that was cool amd you can put in air in your tires for free

I have been coming to this car wash for a year and i have been noticing that a large blonde female who always REEKS of cigarettes!! But thats not all, last time I was in I saw her smoking in the parking lot by the cash register! Very unprofessional!! This place has really gone downhill in the last month or so I think its under new ownership. would NOT recommend.

The front asnd sides of my van were clean but even going through twice they didnt get the back. Was assured it would be cleaned prior to 2nd round. Paid for premium wash...Id be better going to a coin wash it seems.

I bought an unlimited car wash monthly package. Within the 1st month Ive been there 4 different times during their open hours and the car wash was shut down. On top of that they only have air dryers and no towel dryers on duty. They do give you a free towel if you want to dry yourself. Also the wash isnt the best Ive had. The only positive note is that the vacuum machines are free. If they are shut down 1 more time I will be canceling my monthly package as Ive spent $40.00 plus tips for the other 4 times I had to go elsewhere.

They cracked my windshield, said they would pay for it after looking at the footage, kept stalling for over a week. This was my company car that I needed so I was losing money due to this situation and then they refused to pay for it and said it was my fault. that the crack had already been there (I would have noticed if a crack so large the entire windshield needed to be replaced had been there) and that there is “no metal in the machine that could crack it.”During the entire process they said they would call me back and never did. I had to keep calling and calling only to eventually be told I would have to pay over $200 to pay out-of-pocket.The owner was rude and refused to work with me. I had to wait half a week for him to even look at the footage.
