Did a good job . Only complaints, seats were soak and wet when we picked up van and still wet the next morning. This shouldnt be. Also, they emptied out the glove box and put in bag. They didnt need to do this. They lost parking sticker but agreed to buy a replacement. Wont go back.

Ziebart has been quality consistent for decades. This experience was no different. Always professional and courteous. Job was completed on time and vehicle was clean. (This was not a detail job, it was an undercoating.) Once again, Ziebart did a tremendous job and I would recommend them for any of your undercoating, detailing and specialty needs.

I had a great experience at Ziebart yesterday. During this COVID-19 crisis, I was hesitant to leave my house and complete this service. From the moment I arrived, Bill and his staff were very busy disinfecting every door, surface, counter, my keys, credit card and their hands during my time there.They were each very professional and helpful. Had car Detailed for $203, expected showroom clean. Seat was dirtier they when took in, picked up the car after hours, took it back and they remedied. Didnt get the soft waxed finished expecting, drivers mat not as clean as expected, bug remains and dressing still on windows. C for detailing.

We had a smart start installed in our car.They service them take 5 min tops.$95.00 a wack (that’s fine)But the level of how poorly there staff treated my wife was as in pro as it can be.AS FOR PRICE GOUGING !!They wanted to charge us $90.00 to jump the car.Yelling like a fool from across the SHOP That’s not my job tell them $90.00 and I’ll jump it.Talk about humanity taking advantage and a bad situation.Sad very sad do not recommend this pace at all on any level..

When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I could literally wipe dirt off my seats with my hands,Pricing was not understood at any point(I was told one price upon dropping off my vehicle then I was immediately told it was the wrong price) Almost none of the work that was agreed to be done was finished, (Dirt under my rear seats on the frames was just pooled up,there is dirt on my ceiling in the rear of my vehicle that wasnt there upon arrival, door jams and weather seals were not cleaned before I picked it up,I had to request it after I was told that it wasready and they still werent properly cleaned. My interior was extremely sticky after their cleaning .....I also have over $400 in weathertech mats that are less than 2 weeks old that were dirty and one got really creased from being shut in my door.Everything that they missed i easily could remove with a basic wipe and i am honestly not pleased with the result nor the fact that I even had to pay for the service.The exter wasnt too shabby and my carpet seemed quite a bit cleaner. But that is all that seems to have been done in a satisfactory manner.I now have to replace my headliner(which is stained)and hopefully get the creases out of my rear cargo mat as well as spending more money to fix everything they messed up or did not do.

Summary: detail work was OK - not great. I had some work done at Taylor Kia just before dropping this off at Ziebart. Taylor offered to do a full interior and exterior detail/wax/engine cleaning for $60-70 less. I opted for Ziebart because I thought theyd do a better job. Sadly, what I got back is exactly what I would have expected from a dealership; except now, I am wondering if the dealership would have done a better job.My family has used Ziebart for years, so Ive seen their work in years past. When we would get back our vehicles it was like getting back a new car.Not so with the SUV I dropped off. While the carpets look great the seats did not. The appearance of the seats lends me to think they were cleaned hastily. Sadly, I picked this up toward the end of the day as daylight was dwindling. I didnt notice until I was home. There, I saw stains that should have come out. I flipped down the armrest in the back seat and there was an obvious (and easy to clean) coffee ring lining the cup holder. Where the belt buckles recess into the seats, there were crumbs and wrappers. Additionally, there were marks from where the wet vacuuming failed to fully suck up detergent. I also found a bit of wax on the front passenger seat and bits of wax on windows and elsewhere. Overall, this strikes me as a very rushed job.Im disappointed. I know Ziebart can - and has - done great work. For now, I am working on getting the stains out myself (with success). Im disappointed enough that, in the future, I just might use my own elbow grease and wet vac tools.

Interior detail was good but not worth $90. I wouldve thought that my inside windows would have been cleaned but they werent even touched. Same with the rearview mirror, the glass on the dashboard or the radio. Leather cleaner residue was left in the windows as well.Nice job on the carpet, leather surfaces, and front dash.

These guys have been in business for years. The price was fair and they had the job finished on time. I put the truck on a hoist a couple days later and made an inspection of the work. I found it very thorough with no messes. Thanks guys

I am very unhappy right now. Had to get my car re tinted 2 different times and every time there was either still dust in the film or an imperfection from left over glue that wasnt cleaned off before they reapplied the new tint. Now dont get me wrong, all wasnt bad. Customer service was good and they wanted to help me out but I think if the shut the bay door when doing the tint it would of limited the dust in the air that stuck to the tint. But after several times getting it redone and not having my car each time for hours. I choose to go to another shop and get it done and couldnt be happier with the job they did. But it was brought to my attention that when they took off the back window film they must of used a razor blade and scratched off all my defroster lines on the window and now it is ruined. Hopefully when I return tomorrow to show them they will rectify the situation and Ill in return take down my bad review. I understand they just wanted to get my car done and out of the way because they probably were tires of redoing my car. But I payed good money to have a professional job done and not rush something and have to redo it or in the end, end up screwing up my back window because they just wanted it out of there way. Im very upset right now and have a felling its going to be a battle for them to admit they messed up but Ill repost and let everyone know what happens. I just hope they do the right thing.

I Had my truck done in 2014. In 2018 the left rear wheel well bubbled up. After multiple attempts to reach Keith ( I believe thats his name), he finally took care of the rust. Not the best job but the rust was gone. I had the same experience this year(2019), however I was told it wasnt covered because apparently GM puts foam in the beds. How do you fix it once then not honor the same issue. Had I been told my truck fell in that category initially I wouldnt have wasted my money on it. I contacted corporate about it and they basically said Im lucky they fixed it in 2018. Very poor business ethics.

Absolutely terrible service. Waited around for about 4 hours for them to tell me they couldnt get my interlock installed and had no information to tell me why it couldnt be done. Went to Langes Automotive in Maumee and got it taken care of like that. This place is incompetent.

I had both rear fenders (outer, and inner) replaced on my 2004 Dodge Ram about 4 years ago, by Rowe Collision. They recommended that I go to Zibart and have the undercoating done since I am planning on keeping the truck for as long as possible. They did the undercoating and I brought it back each year for a touch up as they recommended. Just before I was going to bring it back this year I noticed rust bubbles on one of the new fenders. I took it to Zibart and he told me that since the application wasnt put on when the vehicle was new their lifetime warranty didnt cover it. I told him those panels were brand new when they did the application, which he already knew that, and he tried to blame the bubbles on Rowe Collision and that they didnt apply the paint properly. Needless to say I didnt have the touch up done, since their warranty wasnt going to cover anything. Total waste of money and time.
