I thought my inner tubes were blown but really the tires just needed air. They took care of me and gave the bike a once over! All for free great service I will be back!

Great on site bike me mechanic (Russ). I described my issue (clicking noise), and he fixed it. He also gave the bike a good look over, and made a few small tweaks. The bike rides great and no clicking noise!!

We went to purchase a new helmet. We were greeted immediately and Joe offered us quality helmets at various price points. He described the features and guided us to a good helmet and proper fit. We actually purchased 2 helmets!I discovered a small pouch that attaches to handlebar. I was assured that if it did not fit my bike or my needs, I could return it. Its just right!While in the shop, another customer came in with his bike for service. He, too, was greeted in a kind manner, the service was actually performed while he waited, and off he went with a smile on his face.Thank you, CycleWerks!

I love the staff! Very knowledgeable, no pressure to buy. Thorough explanations about everything. They asked me so many questions about what I like and what I was looking for specifically to help me get the best out of my purchase. I felt they genuinely wanted me to enjoy my buying and cycling experience. Ive went in the shop right before closing time with a flat tire twice and they did not rush me and helped me get back on the road in no time. This place is the best!

Love CycleWerks! Bought a bike in BG and have serviced in Sylvania. All the staff members weve worked with are terrific. This has been a crazy year in that industry but everyone has been patient, helpful, and kind. Only place wed go to buy (and service) our bikes. Owner is terrific as well.

Scott was a perfect salesperson. He was informative and didnt make me (as someone who hasnt been on a bike since college) feel like a dope for not knowing much. My husband and I both bought an entry level hybrid bike. I also bought my kids helmets, and he was fantastic with my kids. For example, he asked me if he could touch them before he adjusted their helmets. 10/10 Scott was the best. Love him.

When my bike stopped shifting everyone there was great. They worked on it quickly and fixed the problem to get me back out there. They even transported my bike from one location to the other and back for my convenience.

We had a great experience in the store. I wasnt sure what size bikes my children needed and it was nice to get their input on that. We ended up buying 2 bikes and we are really happy with them. The quality is top notch!

I brought my Tri bike in to have a spoke fixed and a tune-up. Two days later it was done and better than new! Russ is the best bike mechanic in Toledo!

I want to extend my thanks to Russ Young, and also apologize for keeping him past closing time 2 days in a row. I walked in the door knowing I wanted to get riding, but not knowing what I wanted to be riding. Russ was very patient with me as I was indecisive while in-store. Great customer service! Whiling to work with me over the phone being over an hour away! Transaction went smoothly and had the new bike ready in no time. They set my wifes bike up to a Tee to fit her while we were at the store. They were not rushing by any means to et us out the door like some other bike shops I have come across. I would most likely come back to this bike shop for my next trek!

I Love ! Cyclewerks. I have visited both the Whitehouse and Sylvania locations and have had great service at both. The sales and service is top notch they take the time to answer you questions and ask you questions to make sure you purchase the right bike and accessories. The service department is also awesome . I won’t take my bike to anyone but them .

Excellent sales staff. The associate worked with my wife and I for over an hour to find us bikes that fit us and covered our criteria.

CycleWerks service was pleasant and staff was helpful and informative.

Its really too bad to see that other customers had such a pleasant experience with CycleWerks because I had nothing of the sorts. Shipping delays and problems with a manufacturer led me to waiting for my bike for 10 weeks after I was told 14 days max upon purchase; had I known the timeline and the people I would have to deal with I would have taken my business elsewhere in a heartbeat. Problems do arise and with the high demand this summer as well as other delays with COVID-19 I do understand things happen; but that doesn’t make up for the utter lack of customer service. The way I was treated by not only the employees but the owner himself left a horrid taste in my mouth. I would never ever treat a customer like the way I was treated. Its too bad they didn’t make any effort in trying to create a better experience for an already unhappy customer... shame on you Cyclewerks... I hope I have been the only customer who has been spoken to and treated the way I was. I will never recommend anyone to do business with you.

Cyclewerks is the best!!! They are so knowledgeable about everything! Any questions or problems I’ve had they have answered and helped! They are so good for our local tri club too! And they host Brick and BBQs during the summers! I highly recommend them! Jon and Julie go above and beyond!

Came in a few days ago, for a tire true, they dont make you stay for hrs took me 15mins max and they do a great job and are nice and best prices in town, will definitely be my go to place!

Im just getting into cycling. The staff here have taken lots of time to educate me and find a nice used bike for me within my price range. They had a bike transferred from another location for me to try. The two times Ive been to the Sylvania location they havent been busy and are able to send lots of one on one time with customers.
