Katie at Kitchen Design Plus was very helpful in designing our kitchen remodel. She took our outdated 80s kitchen and turned it into a beautiful showpiece. She answered all of our questions and made any changes we requested. Our cabinets were ordered and delivered in a timely manner. Our new countertops are beautiful and weve received so many compliments on them. KDP was quick and everything in our order was perfect!

We have been through a build and remodel in the past 5 years and have worked with many venders including 4 cabinet suppliers. Valerie is truly the best of them!! Her 30 years of experience in the business is evident in her knowledge and helpfulness. We appreciated that she was clear on costs and materials, and when we showed her photos of ideas they became our final outcome. She made the entire process seamless and so easy that it was a night and day from past experiences. Our cabinets turned out beautiful and were more cost efficient than difficult to deal with custom companies. Thank you Valerie and KDP! Love our new cabinets!

I’m a finish carpenter of 20+ years. These are by far the worst cabinets I’ve ever worked with. The boxes are wobbly and poorly built. One of the boxes is a different shade than the others. The cabinets that were sent out do not match the drawing that was sent with them. Glue from edge banding has squeezed out on just about every edge it was applied to. The drawing calls for a 1” filler and they sent a 1” filler which would be fine in a perfect world but we as we all know it isn’t. A door on one cabinet was the wrong swing and I assume they knew that because hinges were put on the correct side but the door was not moved. Every box of molding says “accessory” instead of what’s in it. I would put HD cabinets in my house before I ever used these. Spend your money elsewhere and get a better product.

After contacting KDP we were ‘given’ a kitchen designer, Katie. To keep this short and to the point, this was the most unprofessional experience. Was emailed and told we would here back from her within the week after week 3 we had to follow up to see where she was at. Then she didn’t remember emailing us to letting us know that and she was just ‘really busy’. When she was finally ‘done’ with our design and with not much effort put into it we have an appointment scheduled to meet with her on Saturday morning at 10! We arrive at 9:55am and the door is locked. No one at the front desk. Went back to the vehicle to wait and at 10:05 she is pulling in! I’m sorry but if I’m going to invest into a company with an 18% markup for commission then I shouldn’t have to do the follow up or wait on the person to arrive on time for our meeting.

Horrible. I do not recommend them at all. A lot of issues in my kitchen. Months and no one show to fix the issues.

Kitchen Design Plus has a gorgeous showroom filled with concepts and ideas that sparked my creativity. The staff is extremely knowledgable, and I know that any project that I need to have done will exceed my expectations. This long standing family business is an absolute gem in Toledo and in the kitchen and bath world!

Beautiful showroom! We were able to schedule an appointment with a professional designer and actually see and touch countertops, cabinets, tile, etc. Love the overall process and how professional their kitchen designers are.

In short and at the end of the day, I would absolutely recommend KDP as I truly believe they are a solid company with incredible service, expertise and professionalism.I would say our experience with them was challenging, pleasing and frustrating but great... confusing, I know. Giving brutal honest feedback, the designer that we hired, pointed us here to purchase our cabinets. This designer had no affiliation nor was employed by KDP and missed some things that could have made the experience go smoother.Our cabinets that came were completely the wrong color. Then a few weeks later when we did get the correct color, a base cabinet was the wrong size (too small), side panels for fridge were too small and we were missing trim, etc. There were communication errors somewhere and obviously.However, I KNOW this was an extremely rare case for them and I give them koodos and I praise them for taking action immediately with addressing the mistake that entirely was not their own.I was overly impressed with the professionalism and the way that Melissa here at KDP handled everything. She is truly a gem and a real MVP for this place; much respect to this woman!In the end, we were left with beautiful cabinets and hardware and any and all little polishing touches were addressed and finished. The level of care and the way they went the extra mile is not seen (unfortunately) often enough today in the market place but KDP over delivered, despite and in the midst of, some big mistakes early on that again, werent entirely even their own.If there is any rare mishap, at least their customers can rest assured they WILL be addressed in the most appropriate way and that says a lot about KDP (and Melissa whom to us, has been the face of KDP).I am also convinced that future customers looking for a beautiful kitchen and awesome service to help them achieve such, will be making a great decision to come here. Thank you to Melissa and KDP :)
