Have been renting for past 4 years and havent had a single issue so far. Their units are well maintained. Their rates are very competitive and affordable, and the office staff is very welcoming, friendly and professional! Ill highly recommend this place to anyone whos looking for one.

I have experienced Do-It-Yourself Storage on South Ave. closing early at least 4 times when I come to pay my bill. From I we had an emergency as you see two employees in different cars slowly pulling off at the same time, to I wasnt getting very many people so I decided to close early but Im standing there looking you in the face. Service hours are service hours. Ill be glad when I can finish sone things and close my storage. Tired of it....

Sold the company to RED DOT! I moved during their transition I was never made aware of. Now this company is trying to charge me for 2 months.Gtfoh
