Went in to get service on vehicle for suspected engine related issues and the turnaround time with answers was done in less than a day and was available for pick up right away. This was done with what appeared as all bays being full with other customers as well as the entire lot. Issue was explained to me in terms that I could understand and the desk offered other tips and advice. I would recommend this shop very easily to anyone needing work done on their vehicles. I brought my car in yesterday to get checked! Will and will (yes they have the same name) they were AMAZING, FABULOUS, RESPECTFUL, FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL! I feel they went way beyond any place I had ever been to. Will, the mechanic, found a filter that was so disgusting and it was the original one. Crazy! The other Will even asked if I wanted to take it home! Lol I was very thankful he found that. My wife took our car there for a wheel alignment. She went to leave and there was oil/grease on the tan leather driver seat and door. I guess I would recommend asking them to put some kind of cover over the drivers seat so it doesnt happen to you.**Update**Ryan reached out to me almost immediately and apologized for this incident. That is great to see an owner reach out and apologize. I will say that the alignment was done and car is aligned and good now. Price was great compared to other local shops. Thanks Ambrosia Auto.

I grew up across the street from the owner of this business, so of course when I needed something fixed, I wanted to support local business and someone that I knew at the same time. Ryan exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to get the job done in a timely fashion and kept the cost down on the repair. The shop also offers free road side assistance to new customers for the year after the repair is finished and its not limited to what they worked on. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs service and I will be taking my vehicles back there!

BEST MECHANICS IN TOWN!! I have taken Audi, BMW, Chevy Corvette, to them and they are able to find the issue almost within an hour and depending on the car and the issue, they are able to get back to you super fast. I was given a wide ranging estimate of $400.00 to 500.00 dollars. When I went to pickup my van the Bill was$587.34. When I politely pointed this out he said this $35.00 should not be on here! And your total is $552.34 Still $52.34 over the highest original estimate. Ohio law says they can go 10% over without informing you. They are still $2.34 over what Ohio law allows. All charges are labor charges!They replaced a brake line going to the rear wheel!

This is the most professional and best place to get your vehicle fixed in town. They do not over charge you, and they dont try to tell you that your needs something fixed that isnt broke. We have had several vehicles fixed here and would recommend them to everyone. Best place in town.

Ive had my 05 MINI Cooper S here a few times and have never been treated as second-class for bringing them a European-built car (anyone whos tried getting most shops to touch a BMW, Merc, Audi, etc will be familiar with what Im referring to) and the prices have always been great.They wont sell you parts just to turn a profit. If your car doesnt need it, they wont force it on you. This said, I cannot believe that the 1-star reviewer is being completely honest about how the events happened. That just doesnt accurately reflect the Ambrosias experiences of myself and these few dozen others on here, and I cant be convinced that there arent details missing from that story.Keep up the great work!

Trustworthy and honest! I took my car in for some in depth repairs and when they found something more severe than expect they contacted me and updated me on everything. They explained what was wrong, offered me alternatives and never left me in the dark. The repair time was speedy considering the big job they took on, and I never once felt like they were irritated by the issues or upset by how much the repair changed. Ryan has truly developed the Mom and Pop feeling along with his wife Jo, and the staff!! I could not thank them enough! I Will never go anywhere else for repairs again!

I kept having the OBD read a faulty ignition coil in the cylinder Ambrosia said they replaced after service. Their excuse was that the computer was somehow confused and actually needed number 8 replaced. I didnt let them touch my vehicle a third time. They were kind in giving me a refund with little fight. I went to Midas that day and after looking at it they said it looked like the coil had never been changed as it appeared old and dusty like the rest..(even asking how LONG ago did they change this? They come new in individual packages. 6 months?! and itd only been 3-4 weeks) . I guess my motor is labor intensive to take apart, even for Midas and Ambrosia claimed to have completed the job in 45 minutes while I waited. The tech who did the job at Ambrosia told me I could not watch him change it out (I like learning about cars) because it would make him nervous and he seemed uneasy and now I know why. AVOID. Something not quite right about these folks, I felt it the first time I went in. Everyone Ive talked to, like folks at Autozone or Midas, either have no idea who these guys are or resort to saying oh my god, not them. Theyre the worst. Stuck up jerks NOT a good sign.

Horrible service horrible communication took my truck there it took them seven weeks before they even looked at it then I get told it was because I didnt have a battery when mine was inside the truck so they tried to sell me one when that had nothing to do with anything I brought all my brake parts new inside the truck and they charged me for new ones along with a battery put a new fuel pump in but never put my filler hose back on bolted my hood down wrong so it doesnt open and close right and then never called to say truck was done or asked for the ok on some of the work oh they put a new brake caliper on but never changed my rotor which had a chunk missing from it they call me an hour before they have it towed to storage for extra charges when the truck was not even done when their sign states upon completion of work maybe subject to storage how is my truck done when I cannot put gas in it and my brakes have a chunk missing

The guys were very polite and answered all my questions! They didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I didnt need and I didnt have to wait very long to get my car back!
