I’ve done business with Montrie Auction in several capacities. First - real estate. Jade came out and gave a very thorough analysis of a fair asking price. They analyzed the market in numerous ways to determine the market price. They advertised extensively, we had 11 showing in 7 days and the house sold in a week! Very pleased!!Second - I have both bought and sold numerous items through the auction. We had a large estate auction on-site and I was very excited, and impressed by the big turn-out and the prices we got. Everything from the set-up, to the sale, to the clean- up afterwards, was perfect. They were VERY professional and every transaction has been positive! I would definitely recommend their service!
