The office called to verify my appointment and sent all the information to my email. Our inspector was prompt and professional. Mike did a wonderful job educating us on the findings of the home and did such a thorough inspection. He answered all of our questions and had immense knowledge regarding home inspections; you can tell he truly cares about what hes doing. We feel confident in our decision thanks to this inspection. We received our report within a few hours of the inspection with detailed notes and excellent pictures. We would highly reccomend Erie and ask for Mike!

I’m in the process of trying to buy my first home. I was given a list of a few certified home inspectors. Erie was a name on the list. With Erie inspection we got a general inspection, radon test, and pest inspection. Jordon was super informative and thorough and had clear responses to our questions and was super knowledgeable about what he was seeing and doing and he took thorough notes and photos. Everyone should get an inspection done because when you are with the inspector you get a deeper second look at the home with a professional and they go over with you things that need to be addressed and things that can wait.

Mike was early for the appointment and very informative on the property. Very easy to talk to and get along with. The power went out on the entire block and was not able to enter the house. He did his outside inspection and explained everything as he went along. Very thorough, even gave suggestions to our potential property purchase. We were able to finally get inside and also did a great inspection. This may be a complete remodel, so we chose a 6 pt inspection. He agreed it was the best option. Process was easy from the initial call to the emailed inspection report.

We are in the process of buying a new home and we used Erie for our inspection! They dig deep to make sure they didn’t miss anything as well as made sure they checked everything based on a VA loan. This inspection was performed prior to purchasing a home. Our home was inspected by Jordan. The results were good from our home inspection, and everything was very thorough. The inspection was performed very safely and efficiently. Erie used a drone to ge pictures of the roof, and that was a very neat feature. Much safer than using a ladder. I would very much recommend Erie Inspection.
