They definitely take care of their tenants. They were Kind enough to come let me into my apartment when I locked myself out ! So quickly too! Couldn’t ask for better service ✨

I have nothing bad to say about renting from Marving Real Estate. I’ve been renting a duplex from them for almost a year and anything that needs done/ fixed is done quickly. Will and his team are very easy to work with and very understanding. Would recommend anyone to rent from them!

Ive been here for 12 years and anytime Ive made any maintenance requests they have always completed the work promptly. The office staff and maintenance men have always been kind and helpful. I appreciate the many forms of communication since Marving has taken over operations. Its nice to be able to pay my rent online and receive information via text. I also have awesome neighbors and enjoy how peaceful it is.

I love living at Tamaron Apartments. The office staff are incredibly nice, patient, approachable, and offer time to get to know you. The maintenance staff are quick to respond to issues and the grounds are kept very clean. It is evident that the staff care about the residents and the grounds. The pool is very nice to enjoy and overall it is a very comfortable and safe place to live. Also, there is a staff member who responds to after hour emergency calls and lives in the complex which is an added plus. I feel cared for by both the staff and my neighbors. I highly recommend this complex.

I have always been fortunate to have good landlords and agents, but I am especially happy with Marving Real Estate. They are friendly, respectful, competent, efficient, organized, communicative and prompt -- no exaggeration. Ive been living in Tamaron Apartments for 3.5 years, and Ive been really impressed by the changes Marving has made here since they took over managing the property. They kept all the great staff Ive gotten to know here, and worked to set up online payment options, more convenient ways to communicate with management, and theyve made improvements around the property. The few times Ive had to contact Marving, they responded very quickly and followed up with me to make sure everything was taken care of. I really enjoy living here and appreciate the open communication style Marving has with their tenants.

Matt has joined our complex not too long ago. Since then, hes doing such a good job on the yard. Course, the maintenance guys do a fantastic job too. Whenever Ive had a problem, I never have to wait long for them to respond. Thanks Kurt and Gordon!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Marving real estate. They are not a company they are like family. They are kind considerate and take great pride in the properties that they have. If there something wrong they definitely take care of it right away. They are easy to talk to and are definitely understanding. If you’re looking for a place to rent I would definitely rent through them.

I love my home here at Tamaron Towers! The office staff is great...always friendly, helpful and right on things. Same goes to maintenance! All kinds of new things going on; updates, renovations etc. And I love that they set up automatic rent pay...so convenient!

Ive lived in the Tamaron apartments since January of 1994. I have been extremely happy here and am continuing to be happy since Marving Real Estate took over management of the complex. Its nice to see positive things happening on the property and the guys running things are great to work with and have been fantastic with communication!

I leased a house from Marving Real Estate for the last 2 years and I could not have been happier with Will and Ryan. Real class act! My wife and I just bought a house and we moved out of the house we were leasing from Marving. I would highly recommend them!

I have been a resident since 2013. Management and their staff have always done a great job taking care of everything around here, both inside and out.

I have only been living there for 5 months but all I have to say is all good things. Since we moved in any problems we had the management was so quick to respond and had maintenance take care of the problems right away! I couldn’t think of a better place for my first time renting!

Me and my wife have been living here for a lil over a year. We move from ann arbor Michigan to be close to family. This is by far the best apt complex I have stayed at they work with you to make sure you feel like your home

Great Job, no complaints, nice and quiet, plenty of privacy

We’ve been very happy staying at Tamaron Apt. Any maintenance issues we’ve had, the office sees to get the repairs done as soon as they can.

During the last year of living in Toledo our landlords have gone above and beyond making improvements to the house that are huge. Beyond thankful to have them and we are sure this will be the only house we live in during our time here.
