I had been struggling with my furnace for several days and had reached the day of a Halloween party, when I finally forced to call in for help. Brian Johns talked to me on the phone, and then moved to text for ease of sharing photos and communication, and in the process of doing so, walked me through the required steps to finally fix my furnace with simple instructions. I was incredibly grateful and readily offered to write a review to thank him for his help. Ill admit Im a little late, but I intend to make good.

Amazing customer service! We just purchased a house that had a heating and air conditioning system installed by Brian Johns Inc. so when we had a question about it I called them. The gentleman walked me through possible issues over the phone and had me send him a few pictures of our system. He was able to trouble shoot the problem completely over the phone and we were back up and running! I will recommend them to everyone!

Great service all around, from the person answering the phone to the gentleman who came out and fixed my furnace issue. The repairman Rick diagnosed the problem and replaced the pump. He also gave the whole furnace a look over and made quick fixes as needed. He made sure I knew how to maintain it going forward and recommended I buy a carbon monoxide detector just to be on the safe side. I will definitely call Brian Johns, Inc. in the future.

Im a relatively savvy individual, so this may not apply to everyone. They walked me through taking apart the faceplate feeding the igniter for my furnace, cleaned off a few pieces and restored proper airflow and BAM working heat again. THAT is service. They werent fishing for money, they were helping restore heat to my home. Awesome chatting with their tech, personable, knowledgeable, professional. Service means a lot to me and these guys have it.

It took a few times calling to get through to answering service- but had a call back within 15 minutes! Brian was able to get here less than an hour after I called! Granted I was lucky enough he was leaving a site near me. He was quick and polite. Repair on my a/c was completed quickly and fairly priced. I will definitely call them again if the need arises.

I could not thank Brian enough. He is a life saver during these hot days. He showed up when he said he would. He was professional and got right to the point. His prices are very reasonable. It took him no time at all to find the problem in my central air unit and fixed it within minutes. Thanks again Brian for your help, my family and I greatly appreciate it.

I look forward to doing business with this company next week and updating my review accordingly! 😁Ive been calling every single day for 3 days for a service call with this company telling me they will contact me asap, and nobody ever contacted me. I like to support small local businesses and the reviews all seemed great and said this company was honest, so I decided to go with them. I know its a busy time of year, but it would be nice to at least get a phone call back letting me know a time frame or something.

I called Brian Johns after being speaking with Atlas AC. I needed someone to go out and check the AC for a client of mine in the area because they called and said it wasnt working. The person that I spoke with at Atlas was incredibly rude and told me that they could not and would not even speak to someone out of state (my client lives in Oregon hence my call to an Oregon AC repair co.). They then hung up on me. I called Brian Johns and explained my situation and they were so nice! They had someone go out that same day, see that the AC had been tampered with and was not in working order, spoke with me to make payment arrangements, and then went out and replaced the whole unit for a fantastic price. Wonderful company with great service and great people. I cant say enough good things about them. They are honest, fair, and dependable. You cant go wrong with this company.

I had used Brian Johns in the past and he was very nice, very pleasant and came out to help me. I thought he was great. Bottom line is, we had asked him to check the pressure and charge the new system and he said it was fine. I truly believe that he didnt want to use his own refrigerant because its expensive. I would have paid for it, but lack of him helping me and taking our advice ended up costing me $700 the next season. Hes been in the business long enough to know that the new system needed more charge after extending factory lines. When calling him back this season he was short and would not take ownership. I bought new equipment, and him simply doing right by me this time charging it properly wouldve been all I ask. Sad.

Charged 80 dollars did not find anything. Called a competitor who actually opened the furnace and immediately found the part that was leaking and fixed the issue.Edit: I was present with tech while In the basement and he did not open the furnace at all.

Polite and prompt and very reasonable price! I called for a routine repair to one of the pumps on my hot water radiator system. Brian came out the next afternoon as promised, was pleasant and professional, diagnosed the problem in a few minutes, and made quick, clean work of it. The price was very reasonable as well. Will use them again for certain!

I found Brian searching online and spoke with him about my furnace, one of those huge old gravity heat systems that was probably installed over 75 years ago.He came out, nearly crawled into the monster in the basement, and got it up and running and he didnt even charge me for the visit He also gave me a great quote on putting in a new heating system.Im looking forward to having him upgrade my heating system.Thanks Brian!

I was having a problem with my high limit switch on my furnace. I called the main number and Brian promptly called from his cell phone. Without any charge or even coming out to my house, he gave me troubleshooting instructions (how to reset the limit switches). I went down and did as he said and Im up and running! Ive permanently found my HVAC guy in Toledo!

Brian came out today and fixed my heat in about 20 min. Much better service than Ive experienced with another local company in the past. Ill definitely be calling him in the future!

I called at 7:30am on a sunday morning because the furnace wouldnt turn on and received the answering service. Brain called me back before I could put my phone down which was first surprise. He explained right away that sundays are extra so that it was clear before making an appointment, which I appreciated. He arrived promptly at the time we set. Figured out the issue, had the $30 part on his truck and we had heat within 35minutes of him arriving!! I would recommend him to everyone looking for reasonable prices and excellent customer service!

I called Brian out in February after dealing with another local guy 4 times in 1 month, with no resolution. Brian came out and confirmed what I thought, and had been telling the other guy, that the circuit board appeared to be bad. He replaced and all was fixed. A few weeks ago, October, I came back from vacation to cooler weather, turned up my furnace, and the same issues were occuring and my furnace would not kick on.Called Brian, he came out, he thought the circuit board was bad. Ordered a new one, installed it and the new one works great. I was hoping he wouldnt charge me but feared there was a short warranty and Id have to pay again. Nope!!! Not only did he not charge me for the new circuit board, he didnt charge me for the 2 house calls either! Thats great customer service and complete customer satisfaction! Thanks Brian!

I found Brian online randomly since i had a problem with my rental property and was unable to go out and take a look at it myself. The AC unit wasnt blowing strong or cold enough. He went out to my house checked the unit and found that there was a switch on the furnace the tenant had switched that turned the AC to Low. He fixed the problem and charged me $0. In this day and age its very hard to find a trust worthy handy man, i highly recommend Brian and would use him again.

AC broke yesterday. I made the call today and he happened to be close by. Fixed and running in about 15 minutes or less. Highly recommended!

So its Sunday almost midnight zero degrees out Called and asked if a tech come out because I think my ignitor went out I told him I had 5 blinking lights he told me to look at the back of the panel and tell him what the 5 blinking lights meant I told him sent him a picture of my furnace he had me push in this button and it started back up I asked him how much I owe him and he says nothing I would recommend him so I added his contact information to use him from now on for any heating problems

Blower stopped working called on Sunday was here in 20 minutes had part on truck replaced it and back to having heat thank you thank you. 11/20/2016 South Toledo.
