Very nice ladies that work the front desk . They always answer all my questions and give me satisfaction on what I had to visit dfcs for...Thank you!!!

The staff here are some of the most helpful anywhere! They are willing to help you through the maze of governmental hulu hoops. It does take a while sometimes but they do give each person the individual attention they need when your time is called. The waiting room is very sterile and just basic. Dont expect any extra frills, it is a government office!

The people at the front desk are awesome they are very professional and understand the situation we are under and try to resolve each individual on a personal Base. They tolerate a lot of back flack that is not their fault to start with. They sometimes go beyond what is called their job to get things done. They are a team. Thanks for what you do and then some.

The lady in the window was very helpful today. I have had terrible experiences with customer service here, but today was great and very appreciated.

This organization is the single most unorganized group of individuals I have ever encountered. Rebecca M. that works at the front window is the only person in the whole place that deserves to be paid. Shes the only one that has ever been able to help or fix anything when something has been messed up on my fathers veterans paperwork. The rest of the DFACS people should be replaced.

I wonder if they are truly there to help children or If they care more about getting a paycheck .

The ladies at the desk really do know how to fix all the mix ups the phone service center messes up. I was denied benefits because they claimed I gave them the wrong social security number, but after talking to ladies here they seen where the other woman typed it in wrong. They do try their best to help everyone.

Awful experience with these people. Im always given the run around. Never getting answers and always getting attitude.

My Children are in the WIC program so we vist every few months, all the staff and nurses that weve met are very nice and very helpful.. My only complaint is the waiting to be seen..my appt was for 9am and it was 12:30 when we left.

APPLICATIONS, AND ONLY ABLE TO APPLY FOR ONE TYPE OF SERVICES THROUGH THIS SITE IS REALLY CRAZY, I HAVE BEEN HERE A MONTH AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING, HAVENT RECEIVED A CALL BACK OR ANYTHING, I AM NOT ABLE TO GET THROUGH AT THE CALL CENTER FOR THE PAST TWO WEEK, AND I HAVE WASTED NUMEROUS AMOUNTS OF GASS MAKING BLANK TRIPS TO THIS OFFICE THIAT STILL HAD NO POWER, THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND I HAVE A 6 YEAR OLD THAT NEED TO GO TO THE DOCTOR,THE EYE DOCTOR TO GET THAT GLASSES FIX, ECT. BUT IM NOT ABLE TO DO SO, FIX IT THIS PLACE IS SO BEHIND TIMES....

Gave it a 4 because I waited so long for one and for 2 when I got up there the lady didnt even tell me I wasnt eligable. I didnt find out until I got home.

Went to change information for grandchikdren. Filled out paperwork and etc. Talked to employee. Left called week later and they lost information. Very frustrating
