If I could give zero stars, I would.. for the last month + they dont show up on schedule.. and this week they never came at all. I understand 4th of July holiday but Ive already drove 25 min one way to the dump and back. And the cans are full again. I pay my dues, fees, taxes whatever.... i expect service. And for automated trucks that do the work for you they sure are some of the laziest workers Ive seen. No respect for property... well no Xmas tip coming either

Being a commercial business that depends on trash pickup they dont show up all the time or as scheduled this leaving our dumpsters overflowing. When they do finally show up and dump, they scatter trash and dont pick it up. When we pick it up theres enough trash to fill it again from what they dropped. I recommend finding a different service. They missed two services in a row for us, we lost customers over it.

When you call the WM inc. Waste Management at 100 N. Palm Ave to ask a question or complain the number listed sends you to another company. This is a constant problem over the last year . Very irritating for all involved.
