This is our first time using a pool cleaning service, and we are very pleased with the results! Albert is personable, helpful, and does an absolutely wonderful job making sure our pool is in tiptop shape for swimming! Highly recommended!

We have been coming to this location since they opened, even though we live down in Port St John. They have been our go-to folks for all pool essentials like chemicals, pool toys and filters and we have always been very happy with them. I would be remiss in not mentioning however that the last couple of times we have stopped by for water testing and picking up chemicals the person attending us was new and seemed to be not very knowledgeable. Hopefully this is a transitory situation and any newbies will be quickly brought up to speed.

Did you know that if you want the water in your pool tested, you can take a sample to them and they will test it for you? That is great customer service. Thank you!

I bought a new Zodiac MX8 Elite on April 2 2021 from this Pinch A Penny. It has been back to Pinch A Penny 2 times because the gears didnt work. After the 2nd time they called and said Zodiac was replacing it with a brand new one. Zodiac actually sent a Display Head not for sale replacement. I wasnt happy about that. After speaking with the store owner Tobias, He exchanged it with a brand new unopened box. Thank you Tobias for making the situation right.

These people went above and beyond! Were new to the area and have never owned a pool before. They instructed us on what we need to do to get our pool ready for use and explained every chemicals use. Well be lifelong customers!

Go their weekly for water test cant always trust testers have to always watch the numbers and know your pool. I like them though

We have been happy with the service at our Titusville store until now but when I called and asked if they would service our salt cell, they said no. They didnt sell it to us and it isnt the brand they sell. Our cell was installed when our pool was redone so true, we hadnt bought it from our local store but Pinch A Pennys advertising says they will service all brands. Guess not... so customers beware.

I just bought a new house in November. I now have my first in ground pool. Every time I have a problem I can call and get advice. They keep great records and the previous owner used their service also. They linked the pool information to my account. They can help me with anything I need a have a full history on the poil. I will keep going back and highly recommend them!!!

I just stopped in for a o-rings the parts guy said with out a make and model he couldnt help me. But wait I have the old one to match up, OH thats different. He said you can look around the store maybe you will find something. No help at all.

What kind of pool, spa or patio store doesn’t have a patio or pool umbrella?

First time pool owners. Walked in today to get the basics on our newly acquired older pool. Helpful staff gave us the initial treatment to get the green out, then some info on how to get the cloudy out after. Busy place with a constant stream of customers coming in to get chlorine.

This store has been in titusville for long time. We purchase all of our pool supplies from here. They often send cupons to our house as well. People work there are very professional and knowledgeable of pool equipments.

Very helpful and friendly, but a bit pricey

Cleaned pool well. Allowed water to get low in pool which contributed to pump overheating. One employee, Dale, was not truthful in communications, including falsely accusing a tenant of having work done by a third party which resulted in the pump overheating. When my tenant, who contributes money toward pool service, confronted Dale about his accusations, he got defensive and raised his voice with her. Pinch a Penny wanted to receive all business for pool supplies and equipment and when not given the business, allowed pool equipment to be compromised then fired themselves. We expect to get the best price and that may entail using other businesses. They were somewhat whiney in that they would make comments about how much they wish they had not taken up cleaning pools and making repairs. Seemed more about the money than customer service and best interests. Was very uncomfortable dealing with staff as they were defensive and again, complaining about their responsibilities.

They are knowledgeable about what they sell I will continue to go there
