We went in with something in the tire so it was leaking air. Late on a Saturday but really needed to get it fixed or spare put on, to be able to get back across state to get home. Was 1st told there was no way they had time. When we got back in to leave the tire was flat. A very nice young man (Josh G.) said he would personally take care of it and he did. Really appreciate his extra effort and told home I couldnt thank him enough. There are still some great people out there. THANKS, JOSH !
I stopped in this morning guys I had the bulge in the tire. Ended up getting 4 new tires but they fit me in fairly quickly. Great job guys
Almost closing time on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to work in our car in to fix a panel hanging down in the front. We were on our way home to Orlando and my wife was really scared and worried about the noise under car. They got us right in, fixed it, and at no charge! Amazing service! Keep up the good work! Great service. Very nice and respectable team they have there. Brought my Forester in last minute due to a suspected leaking tire and they squeezed me in despite being busy, made adjustments to solve the problem, and left me with a good feeling about it.
They are the only place in town who will work on Tesla tires. Everyone else turned their noses up. They were slammed with appointments so make it a few days ahead. The guys were fast and gave a written estimate up front. Asked the right questions and were honestly happy to help. If you own a tesla and need tire services give them a call.
I sent my husband for full set of brand new tires. Huge purchase! He went in for the first time they gave him a price and they ordered the tires they said come back tomorrow at 4:30 to get them on! He returned for the second time for his *scheduled* appointment only to be told they can no longer see him that day because they were too busy. he was offered to wait 2 hours there or return the next day for another scheduled appointment. He went back for the 3rd time only to be told that the original cost discussed days prior is increasing by TWO HUNDRED dollars and he was told to come back the weekend for the 4th time so he could participate in some sale they are running and get $100 off. Total waste of my time! What company agrees on a price then increases it by hundreds? I feel like from the first day we got nothing but a run around from these people ..... I will take my purchase elsewhere. I do not recommend Firestone!

Avoid this Firestone store, I have been a long time customer and dont know why it took me this long to realize they are ripping people off constantly, every time I have went there for any repairs it turns into a huge amount of money, go in for a oil change and the next thing you know is my mechanic says you need this and that and you end up in the hundreds of if not thousands of dollars of unnecessary repairs, went to have tires replaced and was told brakes and rotors need to be replaced, then informed them front and rear brake pads and rotors were just replaced two weeks earlier, the latest episode was I was told power steering hose needs to be replaced $280 then it turned into rack and pinion needs to be replaced $1,200, avoid this Firestone, you can sit in the waiting area and hear them doing this to every customer that comes through the door.

The low grade is not for the service but for poor scheduling and ineffective manager. Drove down from Virginia to fish and camp locally. During the camping trip I noticed a tire on my camper had gone flat. I called firestone to set up an appointment to get it repaired (replaced all four tires). I explained to them that I would be leaving from the appointment to travel back to Virginia and wanted to get on the road as soon as possible. They set the appointment for 9:00. I arrived 10 minutes early and checked in and told them I would walk down to a Denneys approx. a mile away and would be back in approx. 1 hour - they stated they hoped to have it done by then and would call me when ready. I returned from Denneys at 10:30 and the tires had not been worked on. I asked the rep why they had not worked on the tires and the urgency of getting it done and he said they were just getting to it. I asked why they had not started and they said they were really backed up. I reminded them that it was an appointment and no one said anything about being backed up when I dropped it off. I asked to see the manager and spoke to Ryan. Ryan provided nothing beyond I could go somewhere else if I needed it done. No offer to accelerate the work, offsetting the price for the delay or that it would be done at any specific time. The technician worked diligently to fix the trailer but I was not on the road until 11:30. ironically the sign above the door is a quote from the founder - the foundation to business is honesty - perhaps they need to lower the sign so Ryan and his team can read it and be more transparent on their inability to keep their obligations and manage work.
Joe and Anthony was awesome very respectful and professional. I had a wheel bearing issue with my truck. They fixed it in a timely manner.in my opinion the attitude they had towards me was like if they were the founder of Firestone. Who ever hired these 2 needs to give them a raise or bump them up to the next level because its really hard to find dedicated workers like that.
We are on our way down to Weston Florida and had a severe slash in our tire. We were scrambling because it was about 5:00 p.m.. most places could not take us and it was a Saturday.Firestone really stepped up and helped us out in a pinch, and very quickly. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and because I am in a wheelchair and was on a time constraint, they worked even more quickly for us. Highly recommend them.
Two hours and counting for a tire replacement and the car is still in the parking lot. With appointment.

This location is a complete joke. They tried to do exactly what we told them not to do and then tried to add on $800 of parts and labor for items not needed at all and not asked for. Not to mention how rude and condescending the staff in the lobby are. This alone is enough to make us never go back or recommend them to anyone else.Then this happened when we went to pick up my husbands truck. I am disabled with a mobility cart. I have handicap parking placards. The striped area between the handicap parking spaces is for someone such as myself to get in and out of my vehicle using my cart or walker. This location has no respect for ADA laws or handicap business or they wouldnt do this or allow it to be done. Just because you have a wanna be fancy car doesnt give you priority to park in such a location. Shameful Im never going back.
Super happy with the service I received recently. Mark was most helpful when setting up my appointment for new tires. I was informed of the discounts and possible charges. I arrived for my appointment and Anthony checked me in. I was waiting for the service and was directed to a very comfortable waiting area. Anthony informed me of things that might need attention in the future, he was not pushy or insistent that I needed to add any services to my visit. The tires were done in a very timely manner and I was thrilled with the care they took with my black rims mounting the tires. The experience was extremely pleasant and I never felt that they were trying to sell me more than I needed. I strongly suggest Firestone for you tires and services.
Was traveling back to Jacksonville and had a tire begin to come apart on the highway. It was 3:40 on a Sunday. Tire kingdom told me they were sorry for my luck. When I called Firestone they were more than willing to help and had exceptional service despite the time. Highly recommend this location
Automotive repair is a tough gig, but these guys have taken great care of me over the years.
My car is older and has issues. They told me in detail what was going on. They didnt try to fix it fast. They fixed it thoroughly and kept cost down as best as they could. I will be back for all my services to both of my vehicles.🙂

Got a flat tire on my trailer with no spare while driving down 95 in Mims area around 5pm on a Friday. Unfortunately due to COVID everything has reduced hours and I called around to about ten different places and all were closed or about to close before finally finding Firestone. Anthony at this location answered the phone and had me set up to come in with the tire I needed ready to go. Got to the location and Anthony himself replaced the tire within ten minutes and had me back on the road. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a tire shop and would absolutely use them every time if i lived closer to Titusville!

Calls 30 min before my 9 am app. Tell me there 2 or 3 hours behind. When I ask how they say they were behind from the day before. And have 3 other people scheduled at 9 am as well. So you call to tell me that out of everyone I need to wait or reschedule mean while I have to go out of town the tomorrow which is why I scheduled it two weeks ago!!!!

I went to this store needing new brakes. I was apprehensive after reading some of the reviews. I asked the guy how much to replace the brake pads. He stated it was $170. I then told him I had a coupon for $60 which should bring the job to $110. COOL! He told me his quote included the $60 discount. How could he include the discount without even knowing I had the coupon? RED FLAG! Then he mentioned that if they have to replace the rotors it would be more. ANOTHER RED FLAG! Of course he wouldn’t know until they looked at it.Well after looking at it, the guy stated the rotors needed replaced (of course they did), and the cost suddenly climbed to $368. Was I surprised? NO! I could have told you from the way the guy was acting from the beginning that this was routine for this shop and their brake jobs. Standard practice for rip off shops, to hike up the price for brake jobs, by saying your rotors are bad. If I were a betting man I would say that the majority of their brake jobs involve rotor replacement not needed. The guys probably get a bonus if they can jack up the price on their customers.I will avoid this shop like the plague in the future. I have a policy, fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice and I’m the idiot. After driving home with the thought that I just got screwed, it won’t happen again.The only reason Im giving them one star, is because I had to click one in order to get the post to go through. It should be ZERO, or a negative one star.
We were looking to get service done at other places other places quoted us a much higher price we came to these guys and we got quoted a very very fair price lower than other places and they’re honest. They do great work and treat you right.

Complete joke made me drive to location after I called about my truck waited over an hour just to be told they cant lift it when I asked to buy the tire they told me that they didnt have it in stock after telling they had a few I took personal cause a place like that should have a heavy duty jack or at least if you not equipped for a job just say so
From the moment I stepped in and was greeted I knew I was at the right place. The technician showed me another companies mistakes and reassured me he could correct it. This place has honest people working for them especially with the complexity of newer cars/trucks on the road. They fixed another companies mistake and have earned my trust.
They were able to check out my brake problem right away. Turned out I needed front brakes and rotors. While getting a complete vehicle inspection, they found my strut was real bad. They showed it to me. It was real bad. Had them replace both front struts, and it wasn’t easy for the tech. He had to chisel the old bolts off. Took quite a while to get it all done, but knowing what the tech had to do, I could understand why. When it was ready to go, the service writer apologized for the amount of time it took to get everything done. It sure wasn’t their fault it took so long. It really wasn’t all that long for the amount of work that had to be done. Good job by all the employees. Yes, I would recommend this Firestone Auto to anyone.

I have had nothing but good experience with Titusville Firestone! The shop is open for convenient hours, even on Sundays. They are an honest and reputable establishment. Service advisors aim to please. This is the only place I take my vehicles to except for the dealership when necessary. This Firestone has pretty much replaced my dealership-they are closer to home; reasonably priced; knowledgeable and trustworthy. What more can one ask for??

This place will completely rip you off!!! My boat trailer lost a single hub last year on the way to the Keys, I now know the two hubs they replaced cost no more than $100 MAX, they charged me well over $600 and that was after I used my own tools to jack the trailer up and removed two of the hubs.They play like they are helping you out but they knew I was stuck and they took advantage of the fact, took their time and emptied my pocket without a thought. If I could give them zero stars it wouldn’t be enough!!!!!!

I wanted to keep liking this place. I have been there several times before and felt really good about doing business with them. Recently I gave them 5 (yes 5!) chances to get my tire and they keep failing me. I call to make sure they have the tire. Yes. I go in and they gave it to some else or say they got the wrong one or never ordered it. Im going elsewhere.
I used to go exclusively to a different tire shop until I started going to this one. The front of the house is nice, thorough, and knowledgeable. Sadly, The back of the house is slower than most techs at comparable shops. Typically I would wait in the waiting room for most jobs, but at this location I make sure I have a ride home because you never know. Tire selection is the widest, but they have some of best passenger tires on The market. Bf Goodrich

The best part of my visit is communicating with Mark. Hes a great example of what customer service should be like. Very kind and pleasant and ensures you, the customer, are the priority. Every encounter with him has been the best experience.
Fast friendly service. Thoroughly explained to me when ever there was an issue. I have not had any problems with the employees and the restrooms and waiting areas are clean and neat.

Initially there was to be a 2+ hour wait for a new tire to be put on my car. The thoight was dreadful as I was many hours from home and the last place I wanted to be was sitting in a tire store. Well, before I knew it the awesome staff had my car in the back and they had the tire taken care of (less than an hour) I was so happy and the staff was so cool to have helped me like that. Pricing was good, the store was clean, and aside from needing to replace a tire- my experience here was a good one.

Aaron crushed it. I had a bad experience with an out of state location. Aaron was so good, and I was treated so well that any previous issue I had is gone. i trust these guys 100%. Professional, courteous service that really was a step above any other firestone I have ever been to.I have a 2006 S60R, it has rare parts and can be fickle to work on. These guys nailed it. Identified every issue and had me back on the road quicker and cheaper than I had hoped. They really were amazing.The only negative is the parking lot is always full, because the service is so good we all come back for more. If you do business with firestone, go to this location. Ask for Aaron, he helped me a ton.
I used to be a good customer here, but recently the customer service has really gone down hill. It seems the parts are getting bad quality when and I have to return for broken parts that were just replaced.

Ive taken any car Ive had into this location and any singular person from Sales Tech to Mechanic knows what they are doing and they will all go above and beyond. Very poor customer service....I wouldn’t recommend the Titusville location. Made an appt on-line, called the store as well to verify the appt time, making sure it was definitely avail, said it was all good. Drove the 30 min to their location, they stated I was too early, informed him no, my appt was for 3pm, even had my email as proof of time, he said no, was for 330, he then informed me it would be at least a two hour wait, for an oil change. Told him that was unacceptable. If there was a problem with the scheduling, I really wish they would have mentioned that when I called the day prior, or even the day of the appt, a simple phone call from them would have saved a lot of aggravation on my end, they had my cell #. Ended up leaving & going elsewhere, where they took me right in & was cheaper as well.

Complete idiots or just scam. After two days of trying to balance my truck tires all they did was make it worse and try to sell me $1,000 worth of new tires. They are almost new And very high quality. Pep Boys had it fixed in less then an hour and said tires are perfect, just needed balanced.
Mark and the guys are the absolute best. I came in at 5 minutes till close with a nail in my tire and they were more than happy to help me out. Definitely the kind of customer service that keeps me common back.

Anthony, Sean, & Kori are some of the absolute best people we have ever dealt with in regards to vehicle issues. We were stranded after leaving another “discount” tire facility that actually put us on the road with unsafe tires and the rims were the wrong size and damaged my car. These guys at Firestone have gone so far over and beyond to try and fix another shops mistakes and get us back on the road.

Very helpful. Daughter brought car in for oil change. Courtesy inspection showed some other issues. They itemized the issues, and explained to her which ones needed attention soon and which ones could wait. No pressure at all. She is a college student on a tight budget, and the service agent was very understanding...even offered to extend a special until later in the month when she could afford to have the work done.

Honestly if i could i would give them no stars... my fiance took his truck there to get a tire balanced. Sat for 2 and a half hours and when he got his truck back it has a major transmission fluid leak and a shake to the whole truck. When he tried going back to get it fixed they told him it was his fault and made a scene. This is not the first time ive heard this happening there. Never again will we ever take a vehicle here.

Ive had work done on my vehicle and when I thought I had issues I took it back and they checked into it and we took care of some other things that were overlooked before by myself and the Chevrolet dealership. I highly recommend oil changes and basic maintenance on your vehicles at the Titusville Firestone on Cheney Highway. And they have good coffee!Sincerely,Jeff Storrs
Im not as sure about this place as I used to be. Firestone is a great company, great products...They are running short on mechanics, long on Staff and very long onwait times. Even with an appointment it tooks 4 1/2 hours to get an oil change and rotation... The tires that worked well last time and I needed are no longer made or available thru Firestone. the not available in Florida.The manager tried to put/get me all terrain tires for my van, very ridicules!@ Buzzing down the street in a Chevy conversion van with low profile package...some imagination hay!

They do a great job fixing your car but they do not know how to estimate how long it will take. Took my vehicle in for a new alternator at 10 am with an appointment. Promised to be ready by 3. It is now 4 and was told that they just now got the old part off. I had to call for this update. Not good at all.
Came in to have my battery cables cleaned from erosion as Ive had to do in the past. I didnt even know they were that corroded only realized when I needed to add windshield fluid. I just had my oil changed and surprised the guy at lube specialist didnt inform me. This obviously didnt happen overnight. However the cables actually needed to be replaced. After having them cleaned in the past or at any time my battery was dissembled it took hours or even days for the battery to talk to the computer causing my car to stall. My previous mechanics could never figure out why... Knowing this happens, I asked the tech at firestone as I was leaving after my car was done, if it was stalling when he did the road test he said yes but at no cost to me he went ahead and fixed the problem which had to do with my throttle needing cleaned. Years after this started finally a reliable mechanic took the time to fix it. I would highly recommend these guys... I trust them totally with my car! And it didnt cost an arm and a leg! They won me over! Small gestures go along way!

If I could rate this lower I would. This is the worst customer service I have seen in years. They installed defective parts then refused to fix it. they are claiming that there are no issues with the vehicle.
Recently took my vehicle there for an AC issue. Without any explanation or discussion, I was told I needed to replace my compressor at almost $1,400. Found out it was a 20 minute fix due to shim spacing on the compressor clutch. I’ll never go there again!!!

Complete incompetence! Went in for a lifetime alignment that was purchased a week before that was done incorrectly. Said bring the car back and they would throw it back on the rack. Well as they drove it on they mangled my exhaust and ripped off the bumper. Then blame the car when it was on the same exact rack a week before with NO ISSUES!!! I wouldnt have them replace a bicycle tube.
My grand daughter took her car in, had a bad radiator cap, they told her she needed a radiator and a back flush, they said they did a pressure test and found a leak.she gave them permission, so she had to pay for it. Next time well take our business else where.
