I went to this store every day for two weeks while renovating a mobile home, and Ill say that the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating every time I went in, even 15 minutes before closing. They would remember me and greet me when I walked in the door. They had a large selection of clearance items which were favorable priced.

Terrible customer Service. Ordered a window and door months ago. Kept getting delayed, that’s Okay. I understand but it would be nice if they let me know that the SCHEDULED delivery wasn’t going to come after all. Anyways second attempt. Only door delivered, installers had no window and could not locate the window that I already paid for. Called the store, she put me on hold “to get to a better computer”… 32 minutes not a joke- no one even picks up again and I kept calling backOn the other line to no one even picking up! I rarely give bad reviews but this one is warranted.
We bought outdoor chairs, table and a sofa. What we wanted wasnt available so we put another set together. They have a nice selection of plants and pots. Workers very helpful and went out of their way to help.
The service at this location had been fairly poor over the last two years; however, a recent visit revealed an improvement in service. Employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help customers. I purchased enjoyed a pleasant shopping experience and purchased the needed items to finish a small home project.
We walked into Lowes to buy a refrigerator. A very polite young lady helped us and offered next day delivery which meant Friday delivery. That was great. It was delivered last Friday, the day after purchase, and we love it. Its smaller than our old one yet holds so much more. Lowes came through for us again. We love Lowes!
Poor customer service. I asked for some assistance in the lumber area. Thee associate said i dontt have time, he didnt call for some help for me. Never going back. Hime Depot for ths win.
Its going on six months, and we still dont have resolution about the Bali brand roller shades that we purchased in April 2021 at Lowes Titusville, Florida and had installed through Lowes. After waiting about three weeks for the installer to come out to the house to measure the windows, he took the measurements and provided them to Lowes. Several weeks passed and when the first set of roller shades arrived at our home. We scheduled the installer to hang the roller shades. The installer came out to the house and hung the roller shades. The problem is and remains the shades were cut incorrectly and did not cover the window width leaving large gaps between the sides of the windows and the shades. Some shades had a gap on one side and some shades had a gap on both sides.After going back to Lowes to complain, calling Lowes on the telephone, and waiting several weeks, the same installer came out to re-measure the windows and then weeks later to re-measure the shades. It was determined that shades were not cut correctly and were too small. Lowes told us they were going to re-order the shades without taking any deductions so they would fit the windows properly. Several weeks passed and we received the second set of shades. We called Lowes to schedule the second install, and a new installer arrived to replace the first set with the second set. He was not familiar with this type of shade and had a really difficult time removing the first set and installing the second set. He even knocked a security sensor off the window. And, of course, the shades were cut incorrectly again, with a gap on the sides of the shades.We went back to Lowes to speak with the person who originally sold us the shades and requested a refund. Our comments were entered into the Lowes computer, and we requested that a manager call us to discuss the issue and requested refund. After approximately one month passed, we received a phone call from a Lowes representative asking if we received our refund. We thought that was the end of our problems with the shades. It was not.We then received an email from a Lowes Representative stating there was nothing wrong with the product or the installation, and just because we were unhappy with the shades, did not mean we were entitled to a refund. We were offered a discount if we would like to purchase another product and was given 24 hours to respond. We responded to the email and stated that we did not want to purchase another product at a reduced price and that we wanted at least a partial refund.Needless to say, we were devastated. Now we have one set of unusable roller shades sitting in our closet, and we are out over $1600. We have stopped shopping at Lowes, and I encourage everyone reading this review to do the same. The company was totally useless in my opinion in trying to resolve our issue as well as making the decision not to refund our money after the same issue occurred for the second time. They did not even have the decency to call us and discuss options. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida next to file a product and services complaint against Lowes.

I came here to buy lots of fence slats to replace my current fence. There werent many left that were acceptable. I ended up going to a Home Depot nearby and luckily there was lots of the same slats for the same cost ($2.27ea). I was able to purchase all I needed. 😊

As a frequent shopper Lowes is by far the best for all your home decorating remodeling needs. Easy to find things. The staff is well trained and knowledgeable and very helpful. Each department has a dedicated staff person at the ready so when you are in need of finding something they are there to help you in quick fashion. This store is over the top in customer service from management to floor staff they all greet you and provide excellent service.I feel confident shopping at this place for I know that the return policy is second to none and the material quality is top rate. Their parking lot is always full and theres a reason for that. The Pro desk staff are the best. They get things moving and have helped me with more things then I can mention.Thank You Lowes!
I needed help finding a kitchen/garage door. Aaron and Dave explained how that door is different from the inside doors. They answered all my questions and were very patient with me. I highly recommend Titusville Lowes.
Service and help was a lot better 2 years ago. Once you make it difficult for me to give you my money . . .by not opening any cashiers . . . Im going elsewhere.. Since their latest reorganization of shelves . .. . ..Im sure sales have gone up at Home Depot. See a lot of red vests walking around . . . but not one at a register.
Bought a Craftsman compound saw and at just over a year it quit working. They handed me off to 1800craftsman who handed me off to yet another company who took a message. So much for service.They got back to me next day and gave me a note to show Lowes, who exchanged it for new saw no problem. Satisfied customer.
Its Lowes. Same reliable inventory. Many of the employees are very knowledgeable about their areas and can save you a lot of time and hassle. The garden center here is well stocked with tons of plant varieties.Only downside now....with Covid...is many customers dont wear a mask even though the store signs say everyone needs to wear one.Like this review if you find it helpful.
Employees not very helpful. Also, I had a long piece of lumber in my cart that made it difficult to walk through isles. A store associate directing a fork lift had to stop and wait for me to get my cart containing the lumber out of their path. I & the fork lift operator had a light & pleasant conversation during the interaction while the young man directing him rolled his eyes and gave me an unpleasant look. Less than 1 min later I left my cart off to the side of a low traffic isle where the lumber would not be in the way and went to grab the other supplies I needed. When I returned less than 2 mins later the cart was still there but now empty. I saw the young man who had been directing the forklift I had moved for just moments earlier and asked him if he had seen what happened to the contents of my cart. His reply was I just got done putting it back. He said no more as I stode in quiet disbelief. I set the supplies I had just gone to get in the now baron cart and went to get the lumber again without a single word from the rude employee.
Great plants! Other departments, I prefer Home Depot.

I would typically go to home depot just because of their rewards program, but Lowes is going to be the new go-to. The employees are always willing to lend a hand, even with the heavy lifting, their website is always pretty close to true when it comes to stock numbers, and their prices are comparable and they even price match. I will be likely using Lowes for home projects in the future.
They need to train their staff to be a little more helpful in there and they need more staff. They dont have enough to be helpful.

Kathy who is suppose to be a manager in Appliances. I called about repair for the dishwasher purchased for $612 and have spent thousands of dollars with this place over the past 2 months and she was NO help and actually pretty RUDE on the phone. She was of NO help what so ever other then clearly not liking her DM status which she isn’t very good at. I would go above and beyond to help a customer that pays her bills . Well I purchased a SOS dishwasher and within 1.5 months the top wand fell off and she just kicked me around like a rag doll… very very POOR customer service on her part. DON’T PURCHASE THE EPP for sure she will not help walk you thru a process that shouldn’t be on me however she had no problems kicking me around.

Bryan, the General Manager, went out of his way to fix an issue my husband and I were having with returning an item. He went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get the help we needed after hours on the phone with customer service and Lowe’s third-party delivery service. He is an asset to Lowe’s and we can’t thank him enough for his help.
Very good although trying to find a member of staff to help me find what I wanted was impossible may be if they did not have so many smoke breaks customers could get help locating what they need

The Garden Center cashier never made eye contact, didnt great her customers at all, and didnt even look up from the register while checking anyone out. I only bought 1 item and she didnt even hand me my change, just held it to her side and made me reach under her register guard to get it. Not the first employee here that I have had that problem with... when you can FIND an employee!
I wish there was a way to rate the Christmas tree lot only, but I cant find it. We got our Christmas tree a little over a week ago, and whoever packed it up for us did not cut off the bottom to give it a fresh cut (that is a pretty normal thing to do when buying a Christmas tree), so our tree is already dropping needles and we have not had to fill up the water a single time, because the tree isnt soaking up a single drop of water. It will most likely be dead before Christmas. Waste of $50. Now the actual Lowes part is meager. Their garden section always looks extremely dehydrated and overpriced. Their outside employees are always standing around talking and never seem to be doing anything except for checking out the occasional customer. They also have rats. Plenty of rats. The employees inside are nice. Home Depot has a much nicer garden section.

I have called the Titusville, FL store 8 times. I have asked the computer for rentals 3 times. I asked for customer service 3 times. I asked for a manager 2 times. Every time the phone rang so many times that it hung up on me. I was never able to contact anyone. They dont answer their phone at all, just a computer asking who you want to speak with. So aggravating.
We bought our 4 th pressure washer back in Sept ... it quit first time we used it in January fought with them for getting it fixed but they did for parts used it again for first time this week it quit again... work 5 mins then quits ... $400 down the drain ... they do not back there products ... time and time we’ve bought things that was not replaced with something that works ...oh we can get it fixed but the place they send it is backed up for months so does not do anyone any good ....Done with this store !!
Most employees just group together& chat. Really nodoby knows anything or they tell you wrong. They wont even get a supervisor when asked! Have to go daily for jobs & despise going!

The food was exceptional. it tasted wood and it was cooked a bit too much. waiters didn’t even address me or come to give me my food, but at least the toilets worked nicely and were comfy. wouldn’t flush though. smells nice and welcoming. am considering going again.

Im doing a shout out to one of their employees. Ray, who has a British accent, and was in the parking lot gathering carts when he observed an elderly mother/daughter demo tag team run into my new (new to me) truck. My truck was minding its own business, well within the confines of its parking space and enjoying the mild Florida winter when... bam, it was rudely violated on its left rear flank. The female demo tag team attempted an escape but my man Ray, with his bright blue vest and with disregard for his own safety fearlessly flagged down the destructive and now angry duo in their caddie and insisted that they contact the owner (moi). Yep, they were going to hit and run. Of course they both said, in snow-birdie accents that they didnt realize that they had run into another vehicle. Go figure. Their insurance covered my $725 repair. Thank you Ray.

I feel like they try harder to help but allot of the effort comes from lack of training. Like they just dont know where that is or how that program works, you need to call corporate or go online for that is too fast of a reponse for everything. But i shop here allot and rarely need help for allot of things. Very tidy in the least they maintain i good clean store.

The folks at Lowes or always top notch! And today was no exception every corner I turned I got asked can I help you find something? The way that they honor veterans warms my heart and the 10% they give me makes it even much better. I like the way that they made it easier for me to ID myself as a veteran by using my phone number, it makes it very nice and easy for me to get the discount.
Pretty good selection. Plenty of staff to help out if you cant find something. Some staff members are not helpful, but theres enough staff that usually someone else is nearby.

Review for online order & pickup - half of the items were not picked and ready for pickup, despite email saying ready for pickup. I would not recommend this if you value your time.Update: While I waited, they went and re-picked the same part of the order I already had. This is definitely slower than shopping in-store for the items myself.Update: One employee commented to another that half the order missing “sounds about right” - the same is happening with two other customers at the same time. Sounds like a known problem, which is even more of a reason to avoid.

Paid $104, for the truck delivery, almost double what I paid for the drywall itself because Im a 100% disabled veteran and everything said they would bring it into a covered area. Truck shows up with one guy and a forklift. Says he can only leave it outside, when its about to rain... So now I had to move the six pieces of large, heavy drywall inside by my disabled self before it rained. Stuff I cant really be doing. This defeated the whole purpose of paying for the delivery. I call Lowes and get transferred 3-4 times before getting put on mute and forgotten about while someone is eating. I call again pretty furious and once they find a manager they call back about 45 min later. They just say sorry, cant do anything. Even stating that they dont carry things inside when I read they will when checking out as well as the automated call the night before confirming delivery, saying they will put it in a garage or covered area. I have spent thousands at this Lowes in the past year, Ive been extremely loyal, but now Im getting a Home Depot card. Talk about low, Lowes. You are pathetic...
