This company was an absolute pleasure to work with!! They had reasonable prices, excellent communication, and truly provided a great service (we had our tike steam cleaned). Romeo (not sure on the spelling) went above and beyond on every level for us and we are beyond pleased with his work, professionalism, and friendliness! Really a great company! I definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Let me first start off by saying that Ryan was Great. He showed up early. He actually put a lot of effort into cleaning a lot of the grout joints he did a phenomenal job on my couch he spent some time on there to make sure it was clean. He also had a wonderful attitude very good employee will definitely recommend him and the company again. As for the company I had other places me a price after I already gave them The sizes of the rooms. When they show up the price was always $300 more. I appreciate the fact that after I gave my room measurement that price that I was given was the actual price two thumbs up for that. No hidden fees or anything.

Clifton cleaned most of my 2300 square foot house, four carpeted bedrooms and roughly 800 square feet of tile. He was courteous, thorough, and professional. I did not feel like he was rushing and I could tell that he took pride in his work and cared about the outcome. I would definitely ask for him again. I was impressed with responsiveness of this company. They were quick to answer my questions, provide the estimate, and sent their tech here on the next business day.

Everytime I order service from there they always blew me away. No matter how dirty the carpet is, due to the heavy traffic area & having kids it gets dirty pretty quick. The end result amazing. I will continue to call Broom Hildy for all of my carpet cleaning.

First off the made me pay my money without the work being done. Everyone they send to my house smell like cigarettes. Then I got another person to come out because the first people lied saying the did work they didn’t preform. And when the new lady got her she says oh we don’t wash dishes we don’t fluff pillows. So I said clean the bathroom she didn’t clean a tub, a sink, or toilet all this lady did was swipe and mop then seat outside until she got to any hour. The last people did too until I started staying home watching them then they couldn’t lie anymore about time. It has been a horrible experience for me I guess that’s what I get. But on top of that the first people I have them tips 40 dollars a piece on top of paying them in they still was ungrateful. Hope everyone else has a good experience but mine was horrible I would never recommend them to anyone.

I had a true nightmare with this company. Very untrained cleaners. Had no idea of deep cleaning. I tried to show them what I expected but they outright REFUSED. One girl was tierd & td me tbey were cleaners not maids

Started out at a rocky start but were able to fit me in today even through it was later in the day. They also even showed up early to clean the couch. They were nice and did a fantastic job cleaning the couch.

Id like to share my review about the service I just had with Broom Hildy Llc. The tech (Ryon) was prompt (actual a little early which was great), very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the service he provided. He provided an exceptional good job and went over areas of grout lines that had heavy traffic. His clean up was also 5 stars. I HIGHLY recommend Broom Hildy to get your tiles/grout clean. I plan on them coming back in 8 to 12 months going forward. Well worth the price and service. You wont be dissatisfied.

We intended on paying extra to have the grout sealed, but they were honest & showed us that it had already been sealed & whoever did it did a good job with a quality product. We didn’t need to have it sealed. They would certainly have done it had we still desired, but there was no need.We appreciated their quality work & honesty! I’d recommend using them.

I emailed them using the form on their website in response to their response to my review thinking maybe it was just a bad two employees but no, no response to that email either, and at the time I tried to get help they threatened to put bad reviews of the business I worked at at the time, paid several hundred dollars for them to not do a good job and sprayed water all in my doors and windows and spray mud onto all of my stuff and when I complained and hoped for better service or a refund I was treated badly, they even tried to claim I gave them a bad card number when the guy forgot to take down the cv number and called that they would put a lien on the house immediately, pretty amazingly bad in every way possible

We had a great experience on Monday! I reached out over the weekend to see about having about 800sq ft of tile cleaned in a new rental house, and they answered quickly and made an appointment for Monday. Great customer service. But wasnt wowed at the quality.They deep cleaned my home and did my rug & couch with the steam cleaning.The rug came out nice. The couch was left with streaks and just was a rushed job. But I was told theyd be sent back out to fix it!The house, they spent over 3 hours in my home and the stuff that was cleaned was nice. But my house was already clean and thought this would more detailed? Maybe I misunderstood deep cleaning. But things werent dusted. Oven not cleaned. And simple vacuum not done.And that was one of my big things was the amount of dust I have. Would I spent 236.00 to he it done again? No way.

The service tech was nice, but my grout is still dirty on about 30% of the floor. Just recieved a call, they offered to come back out and redo the floor which is nice, but I declined the offer.

I figured Id give Broom Hildy a shot since I really wasnt impressed with Stanley Steemers after they left my carpets saturated and I saw no difference in my grout color. All I can say is WOW! They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. My grout has never been so clean and the coffee stain from when I had a clutz moment and spilled my coffee on my carpet is GONE! I just found out they offer house cleaning services too and I cant wait to have them come clean my house too!!! I will definitely be calling them from now on.

No call now how first time I hired them. The girl I called when they didn’t show said someone tried to call but I had no voicemail. Then was told through Facebook messenger that they had only found out a few minutes ago that the tech called in and no one had tried to call me. Told them I wasn’t happy at all about the service they provided and was blocked on social media so I can’t leave a review there. Would not recommend to anyone!

Had them clean our house as we moved out of state . They didn’t do what they were suppose to do. Real Estate agent said your floors have dirt on them. Lamps needed dusting off. Typical of type of labor you find in Titusville. Would not recommend.

Absolute horrible customer service. They canceled on me twice. I was very understanding the first time they canceled. The second time I was calling them to confirm they were still coming. They confirmed. Called me back 10 mins later to tell me they had to cancel due to technician being out sick. I had already moved all of my furniture and rearranged work availability for me to be there. They are very unprofessional. Ladies running the reception area have horrible attitude and customer service. Baby crying in background. Instead of trying to accommodate the inconvenience they recommended another facility to use. I’m all for supporting local business and mom and pops but in this case I will gladly give my money to another bigger, professional,company.

Vest cleaning company Ive ever had the pleasure hiring. The girls came out to do a move in clean. The previous people left it a bit of a mess. Ive never been more pleased with a cleaning companies work. They cleaned from top to bottom. My new house was sparkling! Then we had Romeo come out after the girls finished up. Romeo did an outstanding job cleaning our tile throughout the house, he also cleaned a couple rooms of carpet too. He saved us a bit of money because we were considering ripping the carpet up. I highly recommend that everyone seal your grout lines. It helps protect and preserve them and keeps it looking amazing. The next day we had Paul come out to clean the exterior windows, pressure wash the drive way, exterior of the house, and the pool deck. When they say one call does it all, its the truth. For the convenience of me. Ot having to do all this work the pricing was well worth it! I highly recommend this company to everyone!

Horrific communication, had an appointment scheduled for our sectional to be deep cleaned after renovations in our home.. mad the appointment for the 19th a few days before Christmas. When I scheduled I made sure to give my address and even ask specifically if my area was serviced. They person ensured me they did. Today one day before the appointment they call and say they don’t service my area and they need to call and cancel, mind you we needed this couch cleaned for Christmas. The person who called initially called let the phone ring twice before hanging up and not leaving a message. When I finally got around to calling back they informed me the appointment had been canceled. Poor business, horrific communication and the other reviews speak volumes. Moral of the story you get what you pay for we will just pay the extra to have Stanley Steamer out.

I had Romeo with Broom Hildy come out to my house to shampoo 2 rooms. We have a Boston Terrier and she has spit up on beige carpet. It was past time to do something about it! I had concerns if the stains would come out...you know when a pet finds every corner and leaves a throw up stain when their stomach gets upset? First Romeo called to see if he could come early and that totally worked for me. He worked fast, was quiet and low and behold the stains were completely 100% removed. I dont know why I waited so long to clean the carpets if I had only known how affordable and easy it was. They do a terrific job! Im a raving fan. Dont wait like I did just give them a call...youll be a raving fan too!

Tiffany and Kendall were sent out and after walking them through the home and pointing out areas that needed special attention they got right to work. Broom Hildy cleaned the exterior of 5200 S Washington Ave. The old ecklers offices. You can see HUGE STREAKS at top of building where the areas were missed on the large white trim areas at top of building. We wanted our building soft washed especially since the north side is moldy but they clearly dont know what theyre doing, after seeing the finished product of the large building on us1 I will be contacting a different company.

Very pleased with the grout cleaning they did, would use again.
