Worst car rental experience EVER!! Rented a car for a week and Mike was my agent and he was extremely rude and condescending both at pick up and drop off. The car had an awful smell to it and was completely dirty and I had to completely air it out and disinfect myself since I had my 7 year old with me and it was gross with stains all over! It didn’t look like it was disinfected at all. I returned the car and made sure it was cleaner and smelling better than what they gave me at 12:15pm because I wanted to make sure the gas tank was full and he not only charged me for a day for being a few minutes late, he actually told me he would of waived but chose not to! I do not recommend at all!

We rented a car here for a week and Mike Wallace was our agent. He was very accommodating and pleasant and provided us with a car we were very happy with at a reasonable price. He gave us valuable information about the area and we are very satisfied customers and happy that we did business here. We recommend this place to others.

The ease with which my car rental went to take her away, was the same ease with which I returned her. The price was great and fit my wallet. I had the most fun driving a brand new car that wasnt even mine 😉

Had spent a frustrating hour on the phone with Budget Orlando airport the day before. All I wanted to do was extend my reservation.Luckily when I got in, Mike assisted me immediately and was WAAY more knowledgeable than anyone Id spoken to on the phone (at central/corporate Budget).It turned out I had actually been given the incorrect advice on the phone the previous day too!Anyhow, Mike shows how much better an owner run experience can be.Ill definitely try use him from the get-go next time I fly in to Orlando..This is the best car rental branch Ive dealt with!
