Ordered front and rear springs and hardware for a customers 69 Camaro.Did not receive the rear leafs, Spent over an hour on hold and no response from email. Terrible customer service, or I should say NO service.Cancelled this order and bought from a speed shop that appreciates their customers.
I ordered leaf springs for my 68 Camaro back in May. I rrecieved the leaf spring conversation kit right away. I still havnt recieved the springs.I have tried calling several times waiting on the phone for two hours . If you call sales you can get through right away but they cant help me! Its funny they sold me the parts. And to top it off a repeated message telling me all about there out standing service department. I have used this company for many years.I guess like many companies they forgot good company service!
My father and I have been in the restoration business for 40+ years. Ordered two parts from Ricks Camaro’s; the first one showed up and half the parts were NOT as described. (Not pressure fitted hoses/lines) the second part never showed up. I emailed (multiple times) for the status update: two weeks later they say it’s supposed to ship by the end of the week, I asked to cancel the second part of the order. Then conveniently they create a shipping label (although it still hasn’t shipped) and proceed to say they can’t cancel the order because it’s been shipped. Devious and untrustworthy business practices!!
Could someone, ANYONE please respond to my emails or return my phone calls in reference to my order?!?!
I ordered a seatbelt for my Camaro a few months ago. The seat belt and shipping added to about $30. I paid via card. On different occasions I had money added and subtracted on my account by Ecklers. While they only ended taking the correct amount, I didn’t like money being put back in and taken out at random times for no reason. I received the seatbelt today after several months and was very disappointed. It did not say “GM” like the catalog and website depicted. It also is different in other way, like straps. I will never purchase from Ecklers again, and do not recommend anyone else to.

Terrible customer service drove from Texas to pick up order and then they told me my order was not placed nor did they have parts in stock . Dont use they don’t care about their customers
My order has been processing for 30 days ~ My order has not even been shipped!! However, It took them 5 minutes to take the $272.00 out of my bank account. I have emailed customer service twice ~ it took over 2 weeks for the first response and I am still waiting for the second response. I called and was on hold for 45 minutes ~ no one ever came to the phone. The next time I called I went to a different department besides customer service and the gentlemen told me that he saw my order. If my order does not go out of processing in the next few days I am going to dispute the charges with my credit card company. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I made an order to France, I am extremely satisfied with the parts received, with the speed of transport via FedEx (1 week for the 1st package, the second largest arrived the following week).I will be able to make other purchases with confidence on this site.Keep it up, thank you👍🏻.
