I love this guy! I first met him after I had totaled a brand new motorcycle. He had no problem storing my bike until the insurance company and I had settled. Since then Dan has helped me in multiple ways each time with the utmost professionalism. My daughters first helmet came from his shop and he has been an absolute blessing ever since. Had Dans shop tint my taillights. They were an extemely difficult project because of so many flares and odd shapes that nothing shop could do them and said they had to be sprayed. They came out perfect. Glossy. Dry. Beautifully match my blacked out car! Not too dark either for legal purposes you can still see red. I could not be happier! Friendly ppl too!

Should just be called an RC shop. Had some work done to my motorcycle here. Communication is HORRIBLE, told me multiple dates my bike would be finished, date would pass, would have to call him every time to get an update, eventually started stopping in to get updates, would have to wait forever just to speak with Dan because was always dealing with RC customers, and when motorcycle was finally finished, weeks after was supposed to be done I was highly disappointed to his attention to detail. maybe was good back in the day and just to busy now idk but def wont be back.

So be patient, as you will get the best 1 on 1 personal attention. You walk in a customer, you leave as a friend. Cant say enough. And if youre an online shopper like me, you may on save a few pennies, but the vast knowledge Dan has is priceless....you wont get that online! I stopped at several shops before deciding to use Dr. Dans. It was a breath of fresh air chatting with Dan, his mechanics and other staff from the body shop side.The modification to my bike was fairly straight forward, and it was completed in a timely fashion.Pricing is better than reasonable and was determined on the front-end. Im sure that this may vary on a case-by-case basis if any hidden issues were to arise, but I can confidently say that Dan isnt the type of guy that is going to charge for anything that was unnecessary.If you havent been here, go check it out. You will not regret it.

The owner is in the store everyday making sure progress is made and the quality is second to none. Thanks Dan.

I was very disappointed with Dr Dans. I dropped my scooter off after speaking to a lady and setting it up on a Wednesday. She said we probably wont even look at it until Monday. Disappointed I left it anyway. Monday came and went as well as the whole next week. No call back. I called on Wednesday but she said she would check and call back. Never did. On friday morning I called she said she would check and call back. 4:15pm I called again and she said she would check and call back.4:45 I got a machine. 5pm she called back and said it would be $250. For work that I think they just said needed to be done without mentioning the obvious flat tire. It still seemed like no one even looked at the bike. So I waited the weekend and through Monday. Still no call back. Tuesday I call in the morning and she says oh! Let me check on that and call you back forgetting she had even spoken to us on Friday. She of course never called back. I called her and I said can you please ask him to break down the cost and she seemed annoyed. I asked if she was really going to call me back and she said probably by the end of the day. Couple hours later she comes back with a price of $348 for all new parts and they as far as I can tell still never looked at the scooter. It was just to replace parts that could have possibly gone bad for a scooter sitting for a long time.this scooter has less than 50 hrs on it and they want to replace instead of taking the time to fix. So I decided to pick it up and the woman glares at me and says no one told me you were picking this up no one called me. Which I thought was ironic since she never ever called me ever. The man who bought it out seemed to be rude at first, but then instead of leaving the bike outside the gate ended up helping us put it in the truck. Im guessing Dr Dan doesnt know how I was treated but what can I do. He is apparently to busy and I cant trust that a message would ever get to him to call me back so I can tell him how this costumer was treated. This is my first complaint about a business ever, so I hope its taken in the spirit it was given. Not angry just frustrated and wish my time hadnt been wasted.

Will never go to dealerships to have tires mounted again! Dr Dans has the latest and greatest tire mounting equipment. Service is fast and friendly. Prices were incomparable, dealership prices are insane. You literally cant get a tire mounted at a dealership anywhere near a decent price.

Went there for a simple oil change on my Harley. Dan was extremely nice and professional. I also met and talked to the mechanic that would be working on my motorcycle. He too was very nice and professional. After the oil change, the mechanic brought my bike out and let me know everything he found and did to the bike.While waiting, Dan came over and we talked at length about his shop. I truly believe he and his staff wants to do an excellent job for everyone that comes in. I highly recommend this shop!Richard

The guys down at Dr. Dans got me a good deal on a rear tire for my bike after my normal shop couldnt get a tire to fit my budget. They got me a great tire and fit my budget and were able to accommodate an early drop off and after hours pickup. This was the kind of customer service that absolutely deserves a 5 star. The tire looks and rides great even better than the last time I had a tire installed(could be the tire could be the balance) already recommended a friend to the shop because of the competitive pricing and fast response and service. If your looking for good quality service at a more than fair price check them out.

Great place to do business! The owner, Dan, is an absolute professional that truly takes time to understand the needs of his customers. He brings many years of experience to the table and is passionate about motorcycles. Sometimes repair shops can be aggressive and intimidating in their practices- this is no such place. Took my 1986 Goldwing there for a starting issue. They fixed it in two days and all is great. The price was the best in town. Dan even called me a couple days later to see if all was ok. I highly recommend Dr Dans Cycle Shop on Garden Street to any one who needs repairs. They do body work and paint work too.

Absolutely amazing motorcycle shop... Dr Dan is so very friendly and hospitable he made me feel right at home and he even made me a hot cup of Lavazza Espresso as I waited for my new motorcycle tire to be installed by his team. They all did an excellent job and got me in and out with a brand new Pirelli back tire installed on my Beuell Blast at a very reasonable price and best of all I felt so safe riding my bike back home with the new tire on it.
