Its really cool that places like this exist define homes for neglected animals. There are certain people that should never have the right to own a dog. This place is really really doing a lot of good and theyre filling homes with joy with dogs that need homes
So far so good. They were polite responsive to my questions. I will ne visiting soon.
Nice, clean facility. Lots of amazing dogs available for adoption which is only about $30 or 2 week fostering for free. Would be nice if they kept better records on which dogs they still have available but other than that this is a great place to find your next family member which Ive known quite a few people who have adopted great dogs from here including me who just adopted this adorable, loving, well-behaved little boy!
Upon arrival it looks like a very nice business as you walk into their lobby. After waiting 10 minutes for the receptionist to finish her personal call she informed me that I needed an appointment (not listed on website and uninformed when I called) for the business I was there for. After making an appointment, I show up to take care of business and unfortunately could not be helped nor has anybody gotten back to me on information regarding the situation.
Love their thrift store and especially their sales! Yesterday...50% the entire store!! 😍
I have gotten two rescue dogs from the Titusville SPCA. Both dogs were over three years of age at the time we adopted them. I was able to bring my first dog in to pick out her friend. That cut all of the stress out for both dogs. They lived happy together for nine years. I now have two owner serrender dogs that I hope will live out a very long life. When its time I will return to the SPCA to bring home two more dogs in need. I check the Web site for my sister that needs a small dog due to deed restrictions and her need and ability to lift less then 20 pounds. This is a great place to bring home a great pet/family member.
An awesome place! Has helped me with savings and exactly what is needed. Thank you BHA!
Reminded me why I love my dog and all animals.Everyone should volunteer there.
Its always busy here...my mom adopted an awesome kitten. On the way home we spotted an injured dog, spca had just closed. Next morning we brought her back and she was reunited with her owner, lickety split. Great ending to a great beginning. These people CARE.
I believe I speak for most of Brevard when I say Lacie Davis will never fill the shoes of the last director. She failed Wookie and it makes me wonder how many more dogs she will fail. They have special resources out there and lots of people willing to take the dog. There is such a thing as responsible dog owners. Plenty of dogs need to be in single dog house holds. Took you 3 years to decide withone evaluation to kill the dog. SUPER DISAPPOINTING.
Wonderful, caring, knowledgeable staff. Ive been fostering for them for years, they truly care about animals and do their very best to find good homes for the animals in their care, and take extraordinary care of them while theyre there.
Amazing client and animal care! Unfortunately we didnt start our search here. We went to some of the Humane Societies and it truly seemed like they didnt want me to adopt. They treated me more like a criminal than anything. This SPCA staff were all so friendly and helpful. They walked us to their cat rooms and then let us explore on our own. They even escorted us into the nursery to take a peek at the kittens not yet available for adoption. And that is where our new family member found us!!! She reached right out of her shelter and grabbed our hands and then our hearts. There were no bad smells and the cats looked healthy and content.Tomorrow our family grows by one 😃❤️ 🐈
We started as weekend warriors. We wanted to keep him after 5 minutes in the car. He had a genetic issue that needed corrective surgery in both eyes and the SPCA paid for all of it and had thier vet do the surgery. He seems fine 7 days out. I really appreciate the vet, and Ms Nachelle(i am sorry if i misspelled her name she is a HUGE asset to that team) and the woman who helped communicate responses back and forth along the way. These people are working for the good cause. Really hope more are considering donating to help! They are great there.
Lonely as a widow with an empty home, I spent hours shadowing an absolutely fantastic volunteer that took me into each cat room to find my perfect match. I wanted 10 of them but finally Missy a 7 year old bobtail calico & I clicked. She even slept in my bed that first night. Im over the moon. My experience was top-notch. I would have taken a photo but Missy was agitated after being in that metal cage for so long & now free.
We have recently lost three of our fur babies within 6 months and the cat that we drove up to get is an amazing Kitty and we are very grateful for this place because they definitely take care of you and the Animals theyre charged with keeping safe healthy and happy.
These people are great, im here now with foster kittens weve had for a week now they take care of everything and even give us food for them and the medicine they get doesnt come out of our pockets. They desperately need responsible foster parents for cats if your interested in getting a cat and arent sure try fostering one that way nothing comes out of pocket you help a defenseless animal and the staff here.
Such a caring place. These people go over and above to help the animals.
Amazing people caring for animals and finding them loving homes. Whats not to love?
They go above and beyond for not only the animals there but for everyone. They cared about if our dog matched well with one there and unfortunately it didnt but then we got a foster to adopt puppy and in just a couple days he fit right in. I will never go to any other shelter when we add to our family in the future.
It is super organized and clean ... I love going to this store
I just adopted the most loving kitty. Love my girl.
Our kitten is from here! Good experience when we visited in 2020 and staff were nice
They take wonderful care of the animals. Staff is courteous and professional.
Took my dog a week ago to get neutered and a week later something happened to where he had surgery which was an emergency and of course I received the answer we are too booked today (aka we are not gonna fix our mistake) for them to let me know when the doctor came in if they could take me, I am still waiting for the call. I had to take my dog to another vet. Maybe if the doctor would come in when they open and not 2 hours later they could actually handle emergency. I understand being busy but an emergency is priority in my opinion. Especially when the surgery was done by the same place. I will never bring my dog over there for anything. And I def do not recommend anybody to go there. That experience show me that they don’t really care about animals.
Clean, friendly, knowledgeable. Very informed on the health and welfare of all the animals they care for.
Great staff, great dogs and cats. Very clean. Highly recommended.
OMG, the staff (volunteers?) were so helpful and nice. We were looking for a kitten and ended up adopting one with feline leukemia. They explained it to us, photocopied info for us - so wonderful. In the cat rooms there was a litter box smell, but not overpowering - all the cat rooms seemed really clean. I highly recommend adopting a pet from there.
They have me the medicine for the wrong dog and told me my dog has heartworms and come to find out he did not have them
Wonderful experience! We adopted a beautiful pup. The staff is great.
I adopted my 6y/o long-haired cat Gimli (aka Tommy) from the SPCA! Its so obvious that everyone who works and volunteers there has a true love for helping animals. The shelter itself is very clean and they have great programs for fostering animals and even borrowing a buddy for a day! All the animals there seem well cared for.
Love what they do here. We just finished fostering 2 cats that unfortunately will have to find a furever home with other families, our resident dog did not get along so well with them. We did however take home a new kitten to join our family.
Seemed like a nice place, my 1st time going there. The ladies were really nice. I just wish the mask wearing was mandatory instead of optional.
My fiance and I went in on Saturday and left with two of the sweetest little kitties, Ellie and JJ both girls. They adapted to our home already. Sleeping with us in the bed and constantly following us around. And when were both at work they entertain and play with each other! Best place to adopt. Remember, Adopt dont shop!
They are great with the pets that come into the shelter. And they are on it when informing foster parents of the pets needs and checking up make sure to answer any questions or concerns. Best place to adopt a fury baby.
Answered questions. Adoption was easy
They sincerely care about your pet. Dr Somers and her team are excellent. Our cat Zeus was so ill. We almost lost him. They took him in right away and got to work on him. We have him home now. We could not be happier with the staff there.
I dont want to give up my cat who has been shredding our legs. The lovely folks at the Adoption Center applied the claw covers I bought for him. Bless them and I hope this works.
My daughter volunteers there a few times a week great people.
Did community service and volunteer work here. It was great to work with Jessica and everyone in the back.he no judgement zone and mutual respect along with positivity is amazing. One kind words can change a persons world
Great place to adopt However receptionists have a lot of attitude and act like they do not want to talk to you but besides that a great adoption place!
Well Chalmer now has a kitten named baby they make a perfect couple thanks
I was given a appointment at 11:30, for my cat. Would have been a long wait, since I had to stay outside in my car. I left, and called and explained I couldnt stay. Not there fault at all, I will make another appointment.
We found a great kitten quick and easy trixie will make a great addition to our family
Such an ice and place all the pets are treated like royalty and I got to see a couple pats find new homes today.. The staff is the nominal. They facility was clean top to bottom very distant directed scene clean mop water ready to clean up any masses of there were any..
All living things matter. Not stuff. Love you SPCA!!
I salute the people who work so hard to protect a lot of fur babies! And to the volunteers...Thank you!!!!!They need u.I enjoyed my first visit.Everyones so friendlyBehind masks. Of course!
Great/quick service. Friendly people
Clean place and down to earth employees
Took my dog there as he was limping did x rays and check up with medicine was almost 500 dollars. and sent him back home.3 days later getting worse took him to another vet and without x rays he found the problem and had to schedule a surgery he charge us just 138 dollars for initial check up. We went ahead with surgery and 2 weeks later problem solve. SPCA are money hungry give you unnecessary charges and fraudulent results. Shame on them !
Got our beautiful new Russian Blue kitten. We love him. He is a dream. Staff was very helpful.
Everyone was so nice n helpful. Thank you.
Spca of brevard great experience just adopted a rescue dog from them everyone was a big help thank you all
The staff there are Wonderful ~Everyone is so thoughtful and extremely kind to all the pets for adoption~everywhere I went it was so clean and the animals were so well taken care of~They gave me all the information and medical records for the cat I adopted and sent me home with a bag of food for him~I highly recommend SPCA of Brevard if you are thinking of adopting a 🐕 or 🐈 ~

Wonderful and caring staff!
The people who work here are true angels on Earth - saving the lives of countless animals in your community.Adopt your pet from SPCA! Theyre incredible!
You are welcome how much is it to get my cat checked out?
My boyfriend and I put in to adopt Tempest 2 (now Osiris) a week or so before Christmas. Unfortunately, he had gotten ill, and we let the SPCA keep him for a while to allow him to heal and be medicated. The day after Christmas, we got a call that he was healthy and ready to come home. They took such good care of him and saved us a lot of trouble/money. They talked with me about the shape he was in during his stay (I called a few times over the course of a week and they were always happy to check up on him and tell me how he was doing). It relieved me of a lot of stress since I found this kitten on my mind constantly every single day.Hes made himself absolutely at home. Very vocal, very loving, and adores his big older sister, my 8 year old Chihuahua. Super happy with the companion we adopted. Thank you!
Great place with great staff.
Caring staff, very clean and cozy facility. Animals looked healthy and well cared for.
Overcharges in my opinion.. especially when compared to other local vets.. supposed to be affordable vet care.. and supported by donations.
We met Andrew today who has a huge heart and passion for these animals. Great people! Great cause!
Great place
I called about a dog I felt needed some looking after and the man that answered the phone was extremely rude and talked over me did not let me finish And could care less as to why I was calling I am certainly not impressed.
Great people god bless them ! Please DONATE 😇our cats and dogs thank you 😺🐶
Im looking for a dog to adopt in this center was very useful
I highly recommend asking to go in the cat room. It kinda smells like a litter box in there, but they are adorable.
Bright, clean. Staff outstanding.
They are the best
