Good place to go! They are fairly priced, polite, and the staff is very helpful. Josiah, Juan, and Paula are on top of things and are quick to have your stuff ready for you. They go above and beyond their job duties to make you happy. Definitely will keep going here with that staff to help me.

Committed to Service their website says. Talked to the sales person about getting some product from them and was told it was in the Eugene store and would be brought up the next week. Left my name and number to be called when it was available. Had to call them the next week only to find out the product had been sold in Eugene before it could be brought north. No call, no apologies, and no business from me. Disappointing commitment to service.

Service Partners made a mistake on my order, but when they discovered what had happened they bent over backwards for me to make it right. They delivered the insulation to my job site and saved me a lot of time and money having to go back to Tigard to get it fixed. I have not seen service like this for a while. I truly appreciated it.
