They did an excellent job on my bathtub, it looks brand new. I am very happy with their work.I would suggest that they be a little more gentle with removing tape on painted areas when they mask - they did take a small amount of my bathroom paint off. But overall, I am very very happy with their work - my bathtub looks and feels great, and their technician was professional and friendly. Thank you!

Our tub was an absolute hellscape, people, and now I feel like Im bathing at an expensive hotel. Its a freaking miracle. Isaiah did an incredible job. He was responsive, timely, and undid a nightmarish DIY job by our houses previous owners. I wish all contractors were this great to work with.

The old mauve bathtub now looks beautiful. This company is communicative and on time. The cast iron bathtub was exposed to all the typical debris that flies around during the middle of a remodel. Some particles of grout, or silicone or something got stuck on the side of the tub and were overlooked during the repaint and left a few very small raised surfaces which could be seen only if someone got down and looked for it. Also, a small flake of paint came off while I was sealing the tub tile. Not really a big deal. Quinton came out and offered to completely repaint the tub but was honest and informed me that with the cool weather we were experiencing there was the risk of the paint running, etc. which he had already experienced at other sites this past week. If that happened then he would have to come out again later to fix it again, which he would do if necessary. I had him patch up the flaked area and buff the tub and told him not to bother trying to make the tub perfect - it was fine as it stands. Which it really was. An upfront guy with a friendly, accommodating attitude. I feel that they will stand by their 10-year warranty too.

After 21 years of service, my white porcelain kitchen sink looked like it needed to be replaced. I had a yellow bathtub with a white with gold fleck tile surround that just had to go. I also have another bathroom with a white, blue and grey tiled shower with black-stained grout that needed attention. I had refinished my showers and tubs in California before we sold our home. So doing it now seemed like a great idea to spruce up the bathroom. I thought about re-grouting the tile but that is just an undertaking that I didnt want to deal with for a rental house. The tile was beautiful but the labor involved would have been very time consuming. So I made a call and had Bathroom Surface coat the whole bathtub and the ceramic tiles and as you can see it turned out beautifully. They were punctual and very conscientious about all the work that I had already done. 2 days later I could shower there again. The fastest and most satisfying results. I would do it all over again. In fact I might in the house that I live in.

I had my shower repaired in August of 2018. Was told it would last 10 years. The cracks reopened this month and I am currently paying to replace my shower after wasting $1200 to have it repaired. Dont waste your money, just replace your shower.

Did a very good clean job resealing everything after. Now we have a brand new beautiful looking tub that my kiddos take a bath in every night. We used Bathroom Solutions to redo our kitchen countertops & sink as well as a sink in a bath. The results are great and very reasonably priced. We are very satisfied with their service and would recommend them as an alternative to a remodel.

They did a good job with my oversized kitchen sink with wings. Only issue I have is that there is some chipping that occurred less than a month after the warranty had expired. Made me feel a little cheated. Otherwise, Looked great and great customer service.

Seemingly irredeemable tub/surround made to look brand new. They called back right away to set up appointment, came within one week and refinished bathtub and surround which now looks excellent. The final product was great!The only problem I had was.the amount of dust created by all the sandingThey don’t have a good system to keep the dust from spreading in to the all house,We were left. With a dusty house after the job was completed!But other wise the bathroom looks like it did when it was bran new !

We so appreciated having our 28-year-old shower Re-coated! The shower looks brand new again! We’re hoping for another 10 to 15 years of use. So nice not to have to do a pull out of the old shower and then reinstall! $800 versus a reinstall of 4000! So worth it!

We are in the process of updating our guest bathroom that has a one piece, fiberglass shower enclosure. Our technician was professional, friendly and never seemed bothered by our questions. Both my shower and jacuzzi tub turned out very nice. I had a tough jacuzzi tub with jets that were aged so it was a bit tricky but overall they look great! Plus they called to ask questions to confirm things since I was not onsite.

Great company that does solid glass repair. They had to come out twice to follow up and did so in quick order. Only gripe is when they left each time, the place was left filthy. Dust everywhere from sanding even some debris left on floor. Door to adjacent room was left open when making repair so there is dust everywhere in there as well. If you need a repair they definitely know their stuff. Just be mindful of the cleanup afterward.

What an absolute disaster! 0verspray EVERYWHERE and the shower pan peeled a week later! Proper prep work couldve been done to eliminate some of the problems. The owner has still not sent out a cleaning company, and this happened in October. Do yourself a favor and buy a new tub or shower pan. This company sucks!

Quinton did such an amazing job on our shower/ tub for an extremely wonderful price. We were told it was the worse crack ever seen on the top edge of the bath (Other companies wouldnt even quote us or contacts us back) but Quinton was up to the challange and you cant even notice it was ever damaged. We had a tired looking shower, and with the new finish/paint it feels like new. The crew worked efficiently and carefully.

Had them refinish a tub, a tiled shower, and a sink and they did poor job. I couldnt get the chaulk, or some of the fixtures off the shower so they told me it would cost a couple hundred extra for them to do it. They charged me $350 to do it themselves and then didnt get it all out and once they sprayed their stuff over it the only way to get it out is to cut it out with a multi-tool. They left a full black garbage bag in my driveway, razor blades and Redbull cans on the floor around where they were working, and a sweatshirt draped over the couch in my living room.Didnt close the door, or hang plastic between the master bathroom where they were working and the master bedroom and as a consequence I got dust over everything that I own. Had to clean the floor 4 times before I stopped finding white dust and because I left my closet door open I had to rewash all my clothes.The first time I cleaned the tiled shower after they refinished I found hair now permanently embedded in the floor of the shower, which is funny because they told me that they use a light acid on the shower to clean the grime off and then flush it all down.The tiled shower is old and the grout absorbed the epoxy or whatever they used in a few places. I was told this was common for older showers and that they had a compound that they used to fix it. Watched as they used a squeeze tube of Dap caulking to make it white. Not sure how long that will last, but probably not the 10 years of warranty.Overall, the experience was meh. Dont think I will ever refinish a tub again after this experience.Very, very poor attention to detail.
